The in-mold decoration injection mold is characterized by comprising a movable mold and a fixed mold; the fixed die is provided with an inclined top; the oblique top is provided with a blade; the movable die comprises a movable die module, the movable die module is provided with a groove, and when the movable die and the fixed die are assembled, the blade is inserted into the groove. According to the in-mold decoration injection mold and the in-mold decoration injection molding method, the film is cut into a notch during mold closing, so that the stretching deformation of the film is reduced during vacuum pumping in the mold, and the problems of shrinking, cracking, wrinkling and the like can be solved. Experiments prove that the in-mold decoration injection mold and the in-mold decoration injection molding method can achieve 99% of product qualification rate.

Background
And the in-mold decoration injection molding needs to arrange the membrane on the surface of an injection molding piece during injection molding. Before injection molding materials are injected, the mold needs to be vacuumized to enable the membrane to be attached to the surface of the cavity. After the mold is vacuumized, the membrane is stretched and enlarged, and the problems of cracking, wrinkling, contraction printing and the like can occur after injection molding, so that the product failure rate is higher. At present, cracking and wrinkling exist, and the qualification rate of products caused by the reduction printing is only 90%.

as shown in fig. 1 to 2, an in-mold decoration injection mold 100 includes a movable mold and a stationary mold (not shown in the drawings;
the fixed die is provided with an inclined top 101; the inclined top 101 is provided with a blade 102;
the movable die comprises a movable die module 103, the movable die module 103 is provided with a groove 104, and when the movable die and the fixed die are assembled, the blade 102 is inserted into the groove 104.
