As an embodiment of this application, this embodiment is provided with two pan feeding mouths at concrete mixer 2, and is linked together two pan feeding mouths with first mixing arrangement and second mixing arrangement's discharge gate respectively, and then the aggregate in the first mixing arrangement and the mixture of powder enter into concrete mixer 2 through one of them pan feeding mouth, other concrete raw material mixtures such as cement enter into concrete mixer 2 from another pan feeding mouth, through this kind of setting, can guarantee that the aggregate surface is wrapped up by the powder, and then can improve the quality of concrete.
And the crushing and screening machine circularly crushes the aggregates according to the proportioning requirement of the particle sizes of the aggregates.
As an implementation mode of the application, because the concrete with different purposes has different requirements on the particle size of the aggregate and the proportion of the aggregate with different particle sizes, the application can adopt a circulating crushing mode according to actual requirements to enable the particle size of the aggregate output by the crushing and screening machine to be closer to the actual requirements, and the application range of the concrete preparation production line is widened.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: according to the concrete preparation production line, the aggregate obtained by recovering the construction waste is directly applied to the preparation process of the concrete through the aggregate recovery system and the concrete preparation system, and the construction waste left after the old building is dismantled can be effectively utilized, wherein the aggregate recovery system removes the metal waste of the construction waste through the magnetic separator, removes light substances in the construction waste through the sorting machine respectively, then crushes and screens the construction waste to the set size, and further can finish the primary treatment of the aggregate; the primarily treated aggregate is subjected to acid leaching and washing in sequence, so that the porosity and water absorption of the aggregate can be reduced, the surface smoothness of the recycled aggregate is improved, and then the acid-leached aggregate is washed, so that the acid solution remained on the aggregate can be washed away, the problem that acidic substances enter the concrete to influence the performance of the concrete is avoided, and the washed aggregate absorbs water, therefore, the washed aggregate is directly applied to a concrete preparation system, and the adverse effect of the water absorption of the aggregate on the concrete can be avoided; according to the invention, different raw materials are respectively mixed through the first mixing device and the second mixing device, and then the preliminarily mixed raw materials are stirred through the concrete stirrer to prepare concrete, the washed aggregate is firstly mixed with part of water and powder by the first mixing device, the water immersed in the aggregate can improve the bonding capacity with the powder, so that the aggregate and the powder can be stably connected, and the quality of prepared concrete is improved; the second stirring device preliminarily mixes the residual water with the cement, the water reducing agent and the residual concrete components, and then stirs the mixture with the aggregate and the powder mixture, so that the influence of the water absorption of the aggregate on the action effect of the cement and the water reducing agent can be reduced; after the acid leaching component 11 finishes the acid leaching process, the aggregate can automatically slide out downwards from the acid leaching outlet under the action of the gravity of the aggregate, so that the aggregate automatically enters a washing flow, and the convenience and the automation of aggregate treatment are improved; the water leakage net 123 and the sewage collecting box 124 are arranged at the position, corresponding to the water sprayer 122, of the material conveying rail 121, on one hand, the water leakage net 123 and the sewage collecting box 124 can timely collect sewage generated in the washing process, so that adverse effects on the production environment in the washing process are avoided, on the other hand, silt on the surface of the acid-dipped aggregate is easy to loosen, and therefore after the washing of the water sprayer 122, the silt on the surface of the acid-dipped aggregate is separated from the aggregate through the water leakage net 123 under the driving of water flow, so that the silt can be prevented from entering the concrete, the quality of the prepared recycled aggregate is improved, and the quality of the prepared concrete is guaranteed; according to the invention, the aggregate grain size output by the crushing and screening machine is closer to the actual demand by adopting a circulating crushing mode according to the actual demand, so that the application range of the concrete preparation production line is widened.

Claims (9)
1. A concrete preparation production line based on construction waste recycling is characterized by comprising an aggregate recycling system and a concrete preparation system;
the aggregate recovery system comprises:
the magnetic separator is used for removing metal impurities in the construction waste;
the sorting machine is used for removing light substances in the construction waste;
the crushing and screening machine is used for crushing and screening the construction waste after impurity removal to a specified size;
and the aggregate cleaning machine (1) is used for pickling and washing the screened aggregates.
2. The concrete preparation production line based on building waste recycling according to claim 1, wherein the concrete preparation system comprises:
the first mixing device is used for preliminarily mixing the washed aggregate, water and powder;
the second mixing device is used for preliminarily mixing water, cement, a water reducing agent and the remaining concrete components;
and the concrete mixer (2) is respectively communicated with the first mixing device and the second mixing device and is used for mixing the mixture output by the first mixing device and the mixture output by the second mixing device to obtain concrete.
3. The concrete preparation line based on the recycling of construction waste according to claim 1, characterized in that the aggregate washer (1) comprises an acid leaching assembly (11) and a showering assembly (12);
the pickling assembly (11) is used for immersing the aggregate into the acid liquor and fishing out the aggregate from the acid liquor;
the leaching assembly (12) is used for washing the acid-leached aggregates.
4. The concrete production line based on construction waste recycling according to claim 3, characterized in that the acid leaching assembly (11) comprises a tank body (111) and a leaking net cage (112);
the net leaking box (112) is driven by a driving force to slide into and away from the pool body (111) relative to the pool body (111);
the acid leaching device is characterized in that the net leaking box (112) is obliquely arranged, an acid leaching material outlet is formed in the bottom of one side of the net leaking box (112), and when the net leaking box (112) slides to the uppermost side, the acid leaching material outlet is opened.
