Wherein, the uniform scraping mechanism 6 comprises a second motor 61, the second motor 61 is fixedly connected on the outer wall of one side of the fixing frame 5, the output end of the second motor 61 is fixedly connected with a second screw 62, one end of the second screw 62 far away from the second motor 61 is sleeved with a mounting plate 63 and is in threaded connection, the mounting plate 63 is in a U-shaped structure, the opening of the mounting plate 63 faces the rubber roller 12, the front side and the rear side of the mounting plate 63 are both in sliding connection with the inside of the sliding chute 8 at the same side, two baffle discs 64 are symmetrically and fixedly connected with the opening of the mounting plate 63, a fixing cylinder 65 is fixedly connected between the middle parts of the two baffle discs 64 together, a discharging pipe 66 is fixedly connected on the side wall of the lower end of the back of the fixing cylinder 65, the discharging pipe 66 penetrates through and is in sliding connection with the inside of the sliding chute 9, a scraping plate 68 is fixedly connected on the circumference outer wall of the middle part of the fixing cylinder 65 above the scraping plate 68, a feeding hole 67 is arranged on the side wall of the fixing cylinder 65, the lower end of the feed inlet 67 and the upper end of the scraper 68 are level, so that glue can be uniformly smeared on the rubber roller 12 during use, the glue can be conveniently and uniformly smeared on the polyurethane medical dressing material by the rubber roller 12, and meanwhile, redundant glue can be collected, thereby avoiding waste and pollution.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.

Claims (8)

1. A uniform gluing process of polyurethane medical dressing is characterized by comprising the following steps;
firstly, carrying the gluing equipment to a working place, aligning the gluing equipment with equipment for conveying polyurethane medical dressing materials, switching on a power supply, and starting to work;
secondly, enabling the material of the polyurethane medical dressing to pass through the space between the top plate (47) and the rubber roller (12), starting the hydraulic cylinder (76), the second motor (61) and the third motor (10), enabling the second motor (61) to rotate the second screw rod (62), enabling the second screw rod (62) to move the mounting plate (63) towards the direction close to the rubber roller (12), and controlling the distance between the scraper blade (68) and the rubber roller (12); the hydraulic cylinder (76) moves the pressing plate (77) downwards, the pressing plate (77) extrudes glue in the storage box (71), the glue is extruded to the rubber covered roller (12) through the discharge hole (72), in the process, the pressing plate (77) pushes the sliding frame (711) downwards through the pressing rod (78) and the second connecting rod (710), a worker can know the glue storage amount in the storage box (71) by observing the position of the sliding frame (711), and the warning lamp (715) can be started when the sliding frame (711) abuts against the travel switch (714) to prompt the worker to replenish the glue in the storage box (71); meanwhile, the third motor (10) rotates the rubber roller (12) through the driving shaft (11), when the part of the rubber roller (12) stained with the glue rotates to the scraper (68), the scraper (68) scrapes off excessive glue and uniformly coats the glue on the surface of the rubber roller (12), and when the glue accumulated on the scraper (68) is excessive, the glue on the scraper (68) flows into the fixed cylinder (65) through the feeding hole (67) to be stored;
thirdly, starting a first motor (42), driving a first screw rod (43) to rotate by the first motor (42), driving a threaded sleeve (44) by the first screw rod (43) to drive a lifting plate (45) to move upwards, jacking a top plate (47) by the lifting plate (45) through a first connecting rod (46) so as to jack up part of the polyurethane medical dressing material at the upper end of the top plate (47) until the polyurethane medical dressing material is contacted with a rubber roller (12), and coating the surface glue on the polyurethane medical dressing material by the rotating rubber roller (12);
fourthly, opening a discharge pipe (66), discharging the glue in the fixed cylinder (65) through the discharge pipe (66), moving a pressing plate (77) upwards through a hydraulic cylinder (76) until the lower end of the pressing plate (77) is higher than a feeding hole of the storage box (71), replenishing the glue in the storage box (71), and after the work is finished, pushing a sealing plate (75) to seal a discharge hole (72) through the sealing plate (75), so that the glue cannot flow out of the storage box (71), and meanwhile, the glue is prevented from being polluted;
wherein, the gluing equipment in the first step comprises a bedplate (1), a through groove (2) is arranged in the middle of the bedplate (1), first supporting plates (3) are fixedly connected with both sides of the lower end of the bedplate (1), a jacking mechanism (4) is jointly arranged between the two first supporting plates (3), a fixing frame (5) is fixedly connected with the upper end of the bedplate (1), a scraping mechanism (6) is arranged on one side of the fixing frame (5), sliding grooves (8) are respectively arranged on the inner walls of the front and rear parts of the fixing frame (5), a sliding hole (9) is transversely arranged on the inner wall of the sliding groove (8) on the back surface of the fixing frame (5), a third motor (10) is fixedly connected on the outer wall of the middle part of the back surface of the fixing frame (5), a driving shaft (11) is fixedly connected on the output end of the third motor (10), and the driving shaft (11) is connected on the side wall of the back surface of the fixing frame (5) in a penetrating and rotating way, one end fixedly connected with rubber roll (12) of third motor (10) is kept away from in drive shaft (11), the positive fixedly connected with installation axle (13) of rubber roll (12), the one end rotation connection of keeping away from rubber roll (12) in installation axle (13) is on the positive inner wall of mount (5), the upper end mid-mounting of mount (5) has storage mechanism (7).

The uniform gluing process of the polyurethane medical dressing according to claim 1, the jacking mechanism (4) comprises a carrier plate (41), the carrier plate (41) is transversely and fixedly connected between the two first supporting plates (3), the middle part of the lower end of the carrier plate (41) is fixedly connected with a first motor (42), the output end of the first motor (42) is fixedly connected with a first screw rod (43), the upper end of the first screw rod (43) is sleeved and connected with a threaded sleeve (44) in a threaded manner, a lifting plate (45) is sleeved and fixedly connected on the outer side of the threaded sleeve (44), the middle part of the lifting plate (45) is symmetrically and fixedly connected with two first connecting rods (46), the upper ends of the two first connecting rods (46) are jointly and fixedly connected with a top plate (47), the upper end of the top plate (47) extends to the outer side of the upper end of the through groove (2).

The uniform gluing process of the polyurethane medical dressing according to claim 1, wherein the uniform scraping mechanism (6) comprises a second motor (61), the second motor (61) is fixedly connected to the outer wall of one side of the fixing frame (5), a second screw (62) is fixedly connected to the output end of the second motor (61), one end of the second screw (62) far away from the second motor (61) is sleeved with a mounting plate (63) and is in threaded connection with the mounting plate, the mounting plate (63) is in a U-shaped structure, the opening of the mounting plate faces the rubber roller (12), the front side and the rear side of the mounting plate (63) are in sliding connection with the inside of the sliding groove (8) on the same side, two baffle discs (64) are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the opening of the mounting plate (63), a fixing cylinder (65) is fixedly connected between the middle parts of the baffle discs (64), and a discharge pipe (66) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the lower end of the back of the fixing cylinder (65), discharging pipe (66) run through and sliding connection is in the inside of slide opening (9), fixedly connected with scraper blade (68) on one side middle part circumference outer wall of solid fixed cylinder (65), feed inlet (67) have been seted up on the solid fixed cylinder (65) lateral wall of part above scraper blade (68), the upper end of feed inlet (67) lower extreme and scraper blade (68) is held level.

The uniform gluing process of the polyurethane medical dressing according to claim 1, wherein the storage mechanism (7) comprises a storage box (71), the storage box (71) is positioned right above the rubber roller (12), the front side and the rear side of the lower end of the storage box (71) are fixedly connected to the fixing frame (5) through second supporting plates (712), the back of the second supporting plate (712) positioned on the back is fixedly connected with a warning lamp (715), the side wall of the middle part of the lower end of the storage box (71) is provided with a discharge hole (72), the outer wall of the lower end of the back of the storage box (71) is fixedly connected with a travel switch (714), the travel switch (714) is electrically connected with the warning lamp (715), the middle part of the upper end of the storage box (71) is fixedly connected with a hydraulic cylinder (76), and the end part of a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder (76) is fixedly connected with a pressing plate (77), clamp plate (77) sliding connection is at the middle part of storage case (71), the equal fixedly connected with depression bar (78) of the upper end four corners of clamp plate (77), four depression bar (78) all runs through and sliding connection is on the upper end lateral wall of storage case (71), four the fixed frame (79) of the common fixedly connected with in upper end of depression bar (78), the equal fixedly connected with second connecting rod (710) of the lower extreme four corners of fixed frame (79), four the common fixedly connected with sliding frame (711) of the lower extreme of second connecting rod (710).
