In the using process, oil smoke enters the silencing hood 706 from two sides of the silencing hood 706, and is sequentially treated by a high-density oil removal adsorption device 701, a high-power UV photolysis lamp 705, a high-pressure static ion generator 702 and a smell removal silencing device 703The smoke is purified, wherein the high-voltage static ionizer 702 is a purifying device for removing solid or liquid pollution particles in gas by utilizing electric field force, a discharge plate and a dust collection plate of the high-voltage static ionizer 702 are connected with a power supply, when airflow passes through a corona area, the gas is ionized under the action of a strong electric field to generate a large amount of ions, the charged ions are adsorbed around pollutant particles to charge the particles in the airflow, the charged pollutant particles move to the dust collection plate under the action of the electric field force and are accumulated on a polar plate, so that the particles are separated from the gas to achieve the aim of purifying the air, the high-power UV photolysis lamp 705 irradiates organic waste gas by utilizing high-energy ultraviolet generated by an ultraviolet tube to change the molecular chain structure of the pollutants in the organic waste gas to change the pollutants into non-toxic and harmless low-molecular compounds such as CO 2 、H 2 O, etc., and simultaneously, the high-energy ultraviolet rays generated by the high-power UV photolysis lamp 705 also decompose oxygen molecules in the air to generate active oxygen ions, and the active oxygen ions have strong oxidation effect and can effectively remove the irritant odor in the organic waste gas.
Referring to fig. 10, the high-density oil removal adsorption device 701 sequentially includes an oil smoke metal splitter plate 7011, a primary nano adsorption plate 7012 and a middle nano adsorption plate 7013 from outside to inside, the oil smoke metal splitter plate 7011, the primary nano adsorption plate 7012 and the middle nano adsorption plate 7013 are distributed in a zigzag manner, the oil smoke metal splitter plate 7011 is made of oil absorption cotton, large particles in oil smoke can be uniformly adsorbed on the oil absorption cotton in the use process, the primary nano adsorption plate 7012 is made of a material containing oleophylic groups, the primary nano adsorption plate 7012 can further adsorb the large oil smoke particles by utilizing a physical principle, and the middle nano adsorption plate 7013 is made of ultrafine fiber woven fabric, so that the middle nano adsorption plate 7013 can adsorb small oil smoke particles.

In the using process of the device, oil smoke generated in cooking enters the device along with airflow generated by a centrifugal fan 704, the airflow firstly contacts an oil throwing mechanism 6 after passing through an oil baffle plate 5, oil steam particles, water vapor particles, fibers, jelly and the like in the oil smoke are effectively intercepted under the high-speed rotation action of an oil throwing disc, the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the oil throwing disc throws out intercepted objects, the intercepted objects flow into an oil collecting tank 11 to be collected, the primarily purified smoke enters an oil smoke purifying device 7, a high-density oil removing and adsorbing device 701 adsorbs the particles with different particle sizes, a molecular chain structure of pollutants in the oil smoke is changed into non-toxic and harmless low molecular compounds by a high-power UV photolysis lamp 705, a high-voltage static electricity ionizer 702 is electrified with high-voltage direct current to form a strong electric field, the residual oil smoke is electrically ionized into oil mist with charges, and part of the oil mist is ablated, carbonization and degradation are carried out, meanwhile, harmful ingredients are effectively relieved by ozone excited by a high-voltage electrostatic field, the effects of disinfection and odor removal are achieved, and the odor removal and noise reduction device 703 further achieves the effects of odor removal and noise reduction. The device has reasonable structure, convenient operation and high purification efficiency, fundamentally solves the problem of pollution transfer, can be flexibly combined among modules, can adjust the number of the modules according to different purification treatment capacity and purification efficiency requirements, and is easy to install and maintain.
