Background
The sacral nerve stimulator is an active implanted medical device, mainly comprises an implanted pulse generator and an electrode, and is commonly used for sacral nerve regulation and control to treat related diseases such as lower urinary tract dysfunction and the like. In the sacral nerve stimulation electrode implantation operation, an auxiliary tool such as an introducer sleeve is needed to implant an electrode on a specific sacral nerve, and the introducer sleeve is removed after an electrode contact point reaches a nerve target position. Because the introducer sheath and the electrode are in interference fit and the electrode is flexible in a slender structure, in the process of removing the introducer sheath, two doctors are often required to cooperate to complete the operation, namely, one hand of an operator holds the electrode in the middle of the electrode and close to the introducer sheath, the other hand of the operator slowly moves the introducer sheath along the electrode to the end of the electrode, and in order to ensure that the electrode can keep a straight state and is relatively stable, a doctor assistant is required to cooperate with one hand to hold the end of the electrode.
Without the support and clamping fixation provided by the electrode fixation tool, three hands of surgeons and doctor assistants are suspended for the above operation of removing the introducer sheath, making it difficult to secure the electrode position, and easily causing the electrode to be displaced into the body.
