背景技术
洁面产品按原料来源主要可分为皂基型、非皂甚型两种。皂基型含有脂肪酸皂成分,泡沬丰富,易于冲洗,但产品稍有刺激,洗后皮肤有紧绷感。非皂基型产品因复配的表面活性剂不同,发泡力、洗净力、洗后肤感和刺激性呈现显著差异。
非皂基型产品中,氨基酸洁面是如今比较风靡的洁面产品,氨基酸表面活性剂是具有发泡去污能力的椰子油(或者月桂油或者棕榈油)的氨基酸(比如谷氨酸、甘氨酸等)盐(钠盐、钾盐、三乙醇胺盐)。氨基酸类表面活性剂,PH值与人体肌肤接近,加上氨基酸是构成蛋白质的基本物质,所以温和亲肤。
研究发现,现有的氨基酸洁面产品在实际使用中,因其清洁能力较为有限,且难以对使用者面部的皮肤状态进行改善,易使得使用者的皮肤状态变差。
发明内容
为了改善氨基酸保湿洁面泡沫使用者的面部皮肤状态,本申请提供一种及其制备方法。
第一方面,本申请提供一种氨基酸保湿洁面泡沫,采用如下的技术方案:
一种氨基酸保湿洁面泡沫,包括以下重量份原料:水1-3份、丙烷2-8份、PEG-120甲基葡糖二油酸酯5-7份、丁烷1-4份、甘油4-6份、椰油酰谷氨酸二钠10-15份、椰油酰氨基丙酸钠17-20份、酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠5-7份、皮肤调理剂10-20份、保湿剂1-3份、乳化剂20-30份、马齿苋提取物5-8份、香精1-2份、对羟基苯乙酮1-2份、丁二醇10-20份。
通过采用上述技术方案,用椰油酰谷氨酸二钠、椰油酰氨基丙酸钠、酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠复配作为氨基酸表面活性剂,其与人面部的pH值接近,对人脸的刺激较小,且有较强的去污能力;马齿苋提取物具有广谱的抗菌性,又有消炎作用,可防治皮肤湿疹、过敏性皮炎、接触性皮等皮肤病;有良好的氧自由基清除能力,有明显的抗氧化的作用,有良好的皮肤保湿性,可以有效的改善皮肤状态;对羟基苯乙酮是一种存在于高山云莓和大部分中药草中的黄酮类物质,有抗氧化和抗刺激的功效;皮肤调理剂和保湿剂发挥其保湿与调理作用。本申请的洁面泡沫不仅可以达到好的清洁效果,还对皮肤有一定的修护改善作用,在清洁面部的同时,改善面部皮肤的状态。
优选的,所述皮肤调理剂包括重量比为1:(1-3)的辛酸/癸酸甘油酯类聚甘油-10酯类与海藻糖。
通过采用上述技术方案,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯属于棕榈油或椰子油的衍生物,涂抹以后可以达到滋润皮肤的效果,而且可以快速被皮肤吸收,使皮肤变得细腻有光泽;海藻糖是一种天然糖类,与膜蛋白有很好的亲和性,可用作皮肤渗透剂增加皮肤对营养成分的吸收,增加细胞的水化功能,有良好的保湿性,在治疗由于皮肤干燥引起的皮屑增多、燥热、角质硬化有特效;海藻糖还促进皮肤对其他营养物质的吸收,强化对皮肤的调理效果。
优选的,所述保湿剂包括重量比为(1-3):(1-2):1:1的泛醇、1,2-戊二醇、1,2-己二醇、柠檬酸。

优选的,其还包括1-2重量份蒲公英提取物。
通过采用上述技术方案,添加蒲公英提取物,可以捕获皮肤表层产生的自由基,延缓皮肤衰老;蒲公英提取物总抗氧化能力强,含有丰富的黄酮类、抗氧化酶类物质,为天然的自由基抑制剂,以蒲公英提取物为活性成分制备的洁面泡沫,肤感温和、泡沫细腻,兼有较好的抗氧化功效。
优选的,其还包括1-2重量份鼠李糖脂、2-3重量份甘露糖赤藓糖醇脂。
通过采用上述技术方案,鼠李糖脂与甘露糖赤藓糖醇脂属于生物表面活性剂,将生物表面活性剂与氨基酸表面活性剂复配使用,两类表面活性剂协同作用,在清洁皮肤的同时,减少了化学物质对皮肤的刺激和损伤,并且具有保湿抑菌的作用。鼠李糖脂除了具备良好的表面活性外,还具备良好的细胞通透性,促进皮肤对其他营养物质的吸收;甘露糖赤藓糖醇脂由生物发酵获得,不但具有清洁能力,还具备类似神经酰胺的结构,可进入角质层,提高保湿能力,降低皮肤紧绷感。
优选的,其还包括1-3重量份改性玉米淀粉。
通过采用上述技术方案,改性玉米淀粉中主要含有纤维素方面的成分,可以改善皮肤的弹性,改善皮肤的光泽,提高皮肤的整体状态水平。
优选的,所述改性玉米淀粉的制备方法为:
1)将玉米淀粉进行机械活化,得到活化玉米淀粉;
2)将步骤1)得到的活化玉米淀粉配制成质量百分数为12-15%的淀粉溶液,调节淀粉溶液的pH值为8-9,然后向淀粉溶液中滴加辛烯基琥珀酸酐,进行反应,辛烯基琥珀酸酐与干活化玉米淀粉的重量比为(3-5):100;
3)反应完成后,调节pH值为6-7,加入无水乙醇,沉淀溶解的淀粉;然后离心、洗涤、干燥、粉碎,得到改性玉米淀粉。

S1.将水与PEG-120甲基葡糖二油酸酯、丁二醇混合均匀后,升温至80-85℃,得到初混液;
S2.将除皮肤调理剂、保湿剂、乳化剂以外的原料加入初混液中,混合均匀,保温,得到第二混合液;
S3.将第二混合液降温至35-45℃,然后加入皮肤调理剂、保湿剂、乳化剂、鼠李糖脂、甘露糖赤藓糖醇脂,混合均匀,得到氨基酸保湿洁面泡沫。

通过采用上述技术方案,本申请的方法简单易操作,对生产加工设备没有特殊要求,适合工业化生产。
综上所述,本申请具有以下有益效果:
由于本申请采用椰油酰谷氨酸二钠、椰油酰氨基丙酸钠、酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠复配作为表面活性剂,再配合皮肤调理剂、保湿剂、马齿苋提取物、对羟基苯乙酮,在保证良好的洁面效果的同时,提高了洁面泡沫的保湿效果。

与实施例2不同的是,实施例6中的原料还包括1kg鼠李糖脂、3kg甘露糖赤藓糖醇脂;鼠李糖脂与甘露糖赤藓糖醇脂在步骤S3中加入。

性能检测试验
检测方法/试验方法
对实施例1-16与对比例1-3中的洁面泡沫进行如下检测:
(一)安全性评价-人体斑贴实验实验原理:当患者的皮肤或粘膜接触致敏原产生过敏反应后,如果在体表的任何部位接触到了又同一致敏原或者结构类似、有相同抗原的物质,接触部位就会很快出现皮肤炎症反应,此即变态反应性接触性皮炎。
斑贴方法:选用皮肤健康,无皮肤病过敏史的受试者,进行分组,每组10人,选用合适的斑试器,以封闭式斑贴实验方式,将0.02g受试物滴于斑试器内,外用专用胶带贴覆于受试者背部,24小时后去除受试物,于去除后48小时后观察皮肤反应,按照《化妆品卫生规范》中皮肤反应分级标准记录其结果,表2为皮肤不良反应分级标准,测试结果见表4。

(二)洁面效果测试
选用皮肤健康,无皮肤病过敏史的受试者,进行分组,每组10人,每位志愿者连续使用一周,每天早晚各使用一次,样品涂敷后按摩2-3分钟再冲洗干净,然后对产品的清洁效果、紧绷感和泡沫丰富度进行评价。表3为评价标准,测试结果见表4。

(三)保湿能力评价
选用皮肤健康,无皮肤病过敏史的受试者,进行分组,每组10人,用皮肤水分测试仪进行水分测试,测试方法为:受试者进入恒温恒湿评测室静待30分钟后测试初始水含量以及洁面后皮肤水分含量;实验中左右手臂内侧标记3×3cm 2试验区域,同一手臂可以标记多个区域,区域间隔1cm。测试产品和空白对照组均随机分布在左右手臂上。每个区域平行测定3次。先测量各测试区域的初始含量,然后按2.0±0.1mg样品/cm 2的用量,使用乳胶指套将试样均匀涂布于试验区内,按摩2-3min,然后用清水清洗并擦拭干净后,测量受试区域和空白对照区域的洁面后含量,同一个志愿者的测试由同一个测量人员完成。皮肤水分流失率=(初始水分含量-洁面后水分含量)/初始水分含量*100%。测试结果见表4。
表4性能检测结果
结合实施例1-16和对比例1-3,并结合表4可以看出,实施例1-16中的洁面泡沫的洁面性能以及保湿性能均优于对比例1-3,这说明本申请的洁面泡沫不仅能达到良好的洁面效果,还有优越的保湿效果,有利于使用者面部肌肤的改善。
结合实施例1与对比例1,并结合表4可以看出,对比例1中的洁面泡沫的洁面效果明显下降,这可能是因为椰油酰谷氨酸二钠、椰油酰氨基丙酸钠、酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠复配作为氨基酸表面活性剂,有较强的清洁效果。
结合实施例1与对比例2-3,并结合表4可以看出,对比例2-3与实施例相比,洁面效果相差不大,但是水分流失率上升明显,这说明在马齿苋提取物与对羟基苯乙酮的辅助作用下,可以提高洁面泡沫的保湿能力。
结合实施例1-8,并结合表4可以看出,实施例6-8中的洁面效果明显提升,这说明氨基酸表面活性剂与生物表面活性剂结合,进一步提高了洁面泡沫的清洁能力。

Claims (10)
1.一种氨基酸保湿洁面泡沫,其特征在于,其包括以下重量份原料:水1-3份、PEG-120甲基葡糖二油酸酯5-7份、丙烷2-8份、丁烷1-4份、甘油4-6份、椰油酰谷氨酸二钠10-15份、椰油酰氨基丙酸钠17-20份、酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠5-7份、皮肤调理剂10-20份、保湿剂1-3份、乳化剂20-30份、马齿苋提取物5-8份、香精1-2份、对羟基苯乙酮1-2份、丁二醇10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种氨基酸保湿洁面泡沫,其特征在于:所述皮肤调理剂包括重量比为1:(1-3)的辛酸/癸酸甘油酯类聚甘油-10 酯类与海藻糖。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种氨基酸保湿洁面泡沫,其特征在于:所述保湿剂包括重量比为(1-3):(1-2):1:1的泛醇、1,2-戊二醇、1,2-己二醇、柠檬酸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种氨基酸保湿洁面泡沫,其特征在于:其还包括1-2重量份蒲公英提取物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种氨基酸保湿洁面泡沫,其特征在于:其还包括1-2重量份鼠李糖脂、2-3重量份甘露糖赤藓糖醇脂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种氨基酸保湿洁面泡沫,其特征在于:其还包括1-3重量份改性玉米淀粉。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种氨基酸保湿洁面泡沫,其特征在于:所述改性玉米淀粉的制备方法为:
1)将玉米淀粉进行机械活化,得到活化玉米淀粉;
2)将步骤1)得到的活化玉米淀粉配制成质量百分数为12-15%的淀粉溶液,调节淀粉溶液的pH值为8-9,然后向淀粉溶液中滴加辛烯基琥珀酸酐,进行反应,辛烯基琥珀酸酐与干活化玉米淀粉的重量比为(3-5):100;
3)反应完成后,调节pH值为6-7,加入无水乙醇,沉淀溶解的淀粉;然后离心、洗涤、干燥、粉碎,得到改性玉米淀粉。
8.一种权利要求1-4任一所述的氨基酸保湿洁面泡沫的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1.将水与PEG-120 甲基葡糖二油酸酯、丁二醇混合均匀后,升温至80-85℃,得到初混液;
S2.将除皮肤调理剂、保湿剂、乳化剂以外的原料加入初混液中,混合均匀,保温,得到第二混合液;
S3.将第二混合液降温至35-45℃,然后加入皮肤调理剂、保湿剂、乳化剂,混合均匀,得到氨基酸保湿洁面泡沫。
9.一种权利要求5所述的氨基酸保湿洁面泡沫的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1.将水与PEG-120 甲基葡糖二油酸酯、丁二醇混合均匀后,升温至80-85℃,得到初混液;
S2.将除皮肤调理剂、保湿剂、乳化剂以外的原料加入初混液中,混合均匀,保温,得到第二混合液;
S3.将第二混合液降温至35-45℃,然后加入皮肤调理剂、保湿剂、乳化剂、鼠李糖脂、甘露糖赤藓糖醇脂,混合均匀,得到氨基酸保湿洁面泡沫。
10.一种权利要求6-7任一所述的氨基酸保湿洁面泡沫的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1.将水与PEG-120 甲基葡糖二油酸酯、丁二醇、改性玉米淀粉混合均匀后,升温至80-85℃,得到初混液;
S2.将除皮肤调理剂、保湿剂、乳化剂以外的原料加入初混液中,混合均匀,保温,得到第二混合液;
S3.将第二混合液降温至35-45℃,然后加入皮肤调理剂、保湿剂、乳化剂,混合均匀,得到氨基酸保湿洁面泡沫。
