a dressing change device with a waste collection function for orthopedic clinics comprises a main box body 1, a base 2 arranged at the lower end of the main box body 1 and a dressing change part 3 arranged at the upper end of the main box body 1, wherein both sides of the main box body 1 are provided with ejection mechanisms 4, one side of the main box body 1 is provided with a placement mechanism 5, the upper end of the placement mechanism 5 is provided with a positioning mechanism 6, and a collection mechanism 7 and a conversion mechanism 8 are arranged inside the main box body 1;
the placing mechanism 5 comprises a placing plate 51 arranged on one side of the main box body 1, a placing groove 52 arranged on the outer surface of the placing plate 51, an air pressure telescopic column 53 arranged on one side of the placing plate 51, and a T-shaped block 55 arranged at one end of the placing plate 51, wherein one side of the T-shaped block 55 is provided with a magnetic panel 56, one end of the T-shaped block 55 is provided with a lifting rod 57, a side position hose 54 is arranged on the outer surface of the air pressure telescopic column 53, the placing plate 51 is connected with the main box body 1 through the T-shaped block 55, and the air pressure telescopic column 53 is connected with the positioning mechanism 6 through the side position hose 54.
Positioning mechanism 6 is including setting up location section of thick bamboo A61 and a location section of thick bamboo B67 in main tank 1 one side, set up the magnetism fishplate bar 62 in a61 one side of location section of thick bamboo, and set up the constant head tank 63 on location section of thick bamboo A61 and location section of thick bamboo B67 surface, the inside of constant head tank 63 is provided with location gasbag 64, the one end of a location section of thick bamboo A61 is provided with inserted cylinder 65, draw hole 66 has been seted up to the one end of a location section of thick bamboo A61, the one end of a location section of thick bamboo B67 is provided with inserted bar 68, the lower extreme of a location section of thick bamboo A61 and a location section of thick bamboo B67 all is provided with bottom block 69.
Positioning cylinder A61 and positioning cylinder B67 are connected with side position hose 54 through guide hole 66, side position hose 54 is communicated with positioning air bag 64, positioning cylinder A61 is magnetically connected with one side of main box body 1 through magnetic connecting plate 62, positioning cylinder A61 is connected with inserted bar 68 through inserted cylinder 65 in a plugging manner, and positioning cylinder A61 and positioning cylinder B67 are movably connected with placing groove 52 through bottom block 69.
Specifically, when the patient's shank was put on placing board 51, the shank can cause the extrusion to the flexible post 53 of atmospheric pressure, and its inside gas then can enter into location gasbag 64, progressively makes location gasbag 64 inflation to fix patient's shank, and do not have the injury to the shank, and through fixing a location section of thick bamboo A61 with main tank 1, a location section of thick bamboo B67 removes towards a location section of thick bamboo A61 direction, thereby realizes fixing different thickness legs.
In order to solve the technical problem of how to collect dressings, as shown in fig. 2, 3, 8, 9 and 10, the following preferred technical solutions are provided:
the upper surface of the main box body 1 is provided with an inner groove 11, one side of the main box body 1 is provided with a T-shaped groove 12, the upper end of the main box body 1 is provided with a surface plate 13, the outer surface of the surface plate 13 is provided with a movable groove 14, the inner part of the movable groove 14 is provided with a push rod 15, two sides of the main box body 1 are provided with leakage grooves 16, the outer surface of the main box body 1 is provided with a bottom groove 17, the collecting mechanism 7 is arranged in the inner part of the inner groove 11, the main box body 1 is movably connected with a T-shaped block 55 through the T-shaped groove 12, the main box body 1 is connected with the medicine changing piece 3 through the surface plate 13, and the leakage grooves 16 and the spraying mechanism 4 are arranged in the same horizontal plane.
The medicine changing piece 3 comprises a movable block 32 arranged inside the movable groove 14, a main connecting plate 31 arranged at the upper end of the movable block 32, a rotary seat 33 arranged on the upper surface of the main connecting plate 31, and a rotary rod 34 arranged on one side of the rotary seat 33, wherein a short connecting plate 35 penetrates through the outer surface of the rotary rod 34, the main connecting plate 31 is movably connected with the movable groove 14 through the movable block 32, and one end of a push rod 15 is connected with the movable block 32.
An electric telescopic plate 36 is arranged at one end of the short connection plate 35, an end plate 37 is arranged at one end of the electric telescopic plate 36, a telescopic suction pipe 38 penetrates through the outer surface of the end plate 37, an air pump 381 is arranged at one end of the telescopic suction pipe 38, an adsorption cover 382 is arranged at the other end of the telescopic suction pipe 38, and the telescopic suction pipe 38 is communicated with the adsorption cover 382.
The inner side wall of the inner groove 11 is provided with a trapezoidal block 111, one side of the trapezoidal block 111 is provided with a groove 112, the inside of the groove 112 is provided with a small push rod 113, one end of the small push rod 113 is provided with a push plate 114, the inside of the inner groove 11 is further provided with a butt joint pipe 115, one end of the butt joint pipe 115 is connected with the small push rod 113, the other end of the butt joint pipe 115 is provided with a mounting seat 116, the upper end of the mounting seat 116 is provided with a main compression pipe 117, the main compression pipe 117 is communicated with the mounting seat 116, and the main compression pipe 117 is connected with the bottom of the bottom groove 17 through the mounting seat 116.
The collecting mechanism 7 includes a collecting bag 71 disposed inside the inner tank 11, magnetic patches 72 disposed on both sides of the collecting bag 71, and an adhesive sheet 73 disposed on the inner wall of the collecting bag 71, and the collecting bag 71 is connected to the inner wall of the inner tank 11 by the magnetic patches 72.
Specifically, through the inspiratory air current that air pump 381 produced, come with patient's dressing absorption, rethread rotary seat 33's rotation and the shrink of electronic expansion plate 36, place absorption cover 382 and collection bag 71 perpendicularly, place the dressing in collection bag 71 again, after the dressing is put into collection bag 71, the whole weight of collection bag 71 increases, magnetic patch 72 is not enough with the weight of interior inner wall of inner groove 11 magnetic force supporting the dressing, collection bag 71 then can move down, through the diversion of trapezoidal piece 111, the sack of collection bag 71 narrows, main compression pipe 117 receives the compression simultaneously, inside gas flows in small-size push rod 113, make its extension, extrude collection bag 71 sack, bonding board 73 then can bond each other together, thereby play the effect of sealing, prevent pungent smell, and be convenient for post processing.
In order to solve the technical problem of improving the quality of dressing change, as shown in fig. 3, 6 and 7, the following preferable technical solutions are provided:
the switching mechanism 8 comprises a storage box 81 arranged inside the main box body 1, elbow pipes 82 arranged on two sides of the storage box 81, and a filter pressing plate 86 arranged inside the storage box 81, wherein a through hole 83 is formed in the upper surface of the storage box 81, a connecting column 85 is arranged on the upper surface of the filter pressing plate 86, a magnetic block 84 is arranged at the upper end of the connecting column 85, the connecting column 85 is movably connected with the storage box 81 through the through hole 83, the magnetic block 84 is magnetically connected with the magnetic panel 56, and the storage box 81 is connected with the leakage groove 16 through the elbow pipes 82.
The ejection mechanism 4 includes a temporary storage tank 41 provided on both sides of the main body 1, a pressurizing pump 42 provided on the outer surface of the temporary storage tank 41, and a flexible tube 43 provided on one side of the temporary storage tank 41, an adapter 44 is provided at one end of the flexible tube 43, an atomizer 45 is provided on one side of the adapter 44, the adapter 44 is communicated with the temporary storage tank 41 through the flexible tube 43, and the temporary storage tank 41 is communicated with the leak groove 16.
Specifically, in the process of changing the medicine, the magnetic block 84 moves downwards through the downward movement of the T-shaped block 55, then, the disinfection alcohol is filled in the storage box 81, and in the process of pressing the filter pressing plate 86 downwards, the disinfection alcohol flows into the temporary storage box 41 and is finally sprayed out through the atomizer 45, so that in the process of changing the medicine, the medicine changing part is always in a relatively sterile environment, the medicine changing quality is improved, and the wound infection phenomenon of a patient is prevented.
