Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the drawings, wherein like reference numerals represent like elements throughout.
Referring to fig. 1-23, the multifunctional anti-falling bedpan capable of automatically measuring urine volume comprises a chair frame 1, a chair back 2, a bedpan 3, a disposable collecting bag 4, an infusion support 5 and an anti-falling device 6.
The chair frame 1 comprises a seat 11, two armrests 12 and four supporting feet 13. The seat plate 11 is made of metal. The middle part of the sitting plate 11 is provided with a toilet hole 111, which is convenient for the patient to sit for the toilet. The armrests 12 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the chair frame 1, so that a patient can conveniently walk when using a toilet. The four corner positions of the chair frame 1 are respectively provided with one supporting leg 13. The seat 11 has a receiving cavity 112 communicating with the stool hole 111, the receiving cavity 112 is distributed on the left and right sides and the rear side of the stool hole 111, the receiving cavity 112 has a movable plate 14 capable of moving left and right to close and open the stool hole, the rear side of the movable plate 14 is matched with the rear wall of the receiving cavity 112 through a first concave-convex structure 14c, the first concave-convex structure 14c comprises a sliding groove 14a recessed at the rear end of the movable plate 14 along the left and right direction and a sliding block 14b protruding forward at the rear wall of the receiving cavity 112 along the left and right direction, and the sliding groove 14a is matched with the sliding block 14b, so that the movable plate 14 stably moves along the left and right direction. One side of the movable plate 14 is fixedly connected with a first screw rod 15, the tail end of the first screw rod 15 penetrates through the side face of the seat plate 11 and extends out of the seat plate 11, a first nut 16 is arranged on the tail end of the first screw rod, a first driven gear 17 is fixed on the surface of the first nut 16, a second motor 18 is arranged on the outer side face of the chair frame 1, and a first driving gear 19 meshed with the first driven gear 17 is fixed on an output shaft of the second motor 18. Through the work of the motor II 18, the output shaft of the motor II is linked with the driving gear I19, the driving gear I19 is linked with the driven gear I17, and the driven gear I17 is linked with the nut I16, so that the screw rod I15 moves leftwards and rightwards along the axis of the nut I16, and the movable plate 14 is driven to move leftwards and rightwards to close or open the excrement hole 111. When the movable plate 14 moves rightward to open the stool hole 111, the patient can go to the toilet. After the patient has finished using the toilet, the movable plate 14 moves leftwards to close the toilet aperture 111.
The movable plate 14 is internally provided with a cavity 141 with an open bottom, the top in the cavity 141 is provided with two electric turntables 142, the electric turntables 142 can be directly connected with the output shaft of a motor arranged at the top in the cavity 141, so that the electric turntables 142 rotate when the motor works, the bottom surface of each electric turntable 142 is eccentrically fixed with a motor III 143, the output shaft of the motor III 143 is connected with a bracket 144 capable of rotating within the range of 0-90 degrees, the bracket 144 is provided with a motor IV 145, the output shaft of the motor IV 145 is connected with a cleaning brush 146, and the two cleaning brushes 146 are in a first state of being horizontally accommodated in the cavity 141 when the bracket 144 rotates by 0 degrees and a second state of vertically extending out of the cavity 141 and respectively extending into the urine collecting part 32 and the excrement passing part 33 as described below when the bracket 144 rotates by 90 degrees. Through the work of motor three 143 for support 144 rotates 90 degrees, make two cleaning brush 146 vertical stretch out the cavity 141 outside and stretch into urine collection portion 32 and excrement and urine through portion 33 respectively in, rethread motor four 145 work makes two cleaning brush 146 rotatory, and the rotation of rethread two electric turntable 142 makes motor three 143, support 144, motor four 145 and cleaning brush 146 together rotate, also can rotate round the inner wall of urine collection portion 32, excrement and urine through portion 33 when making cleaning brush 146 self rotatory, thereby can clean urine collection portion 32, excrement and urine through portion 33. The electric turntable 142, the motor III 143 and the motor IV 145 are respectively controlled to start and stop by independent switches.
The bottom surface of the seat plate 11 is provided with inclined spray heads 1a at the rear side and the left and right sides of the toilet hole 111, the inclined spray heads 1a at the left and right sides of the toilet hole 111 are opposite to the inclined direction of the inclined spray heads 1a at the rear side of the toilet hole 111, and the inclined spray heads 1a at the rear side of the toilet hole 111 are inclined upwards for spraying water to clean buttocks; the inclined spray heads 1a on the left and right sides of the toilet hole 111 are inclined downward, slightly extend into the toilet bowl 3 from the upper edge of the toilet bowl 3, are used for spraying water to clean the foldable part 31, the urine collecting part 32 and the excrement passing part 33 as described below, and brush by the cleaning brush 146 while spraying water to clean the toilet bowl 3 more cleanly. The inclined spray heads 1a on the left side of the excrement hole 111 are correspondingly distributed above the urine collecting part 32 and the excrement passing part 33, and the inclined spray heads 1a on the right side of the excrement hole 111 are correspondingly distributed above the urine collecting part 32 and the excrement passing part 33. The upward-tilting spray head 1a is provided with a valve for controlling the opening and closing of the upward-tilting spray head, and the upward-tilting spray head 1a is in a closed state when the bedpan is flushed. Each inclined spray head 1a is connected to a water supply tank 1b by a pipe. The bottom surface of the seat plate 11 is provided with an inclined drying head 1c at the rear side of the toilet hole 111, and an inclined shower head 1a at the rear side of the toilet hole 111 is positioned at the front side of the inclined drying head 1 c. The inclined drying head 1c is connected to a fan heater 1d through a pipe, and the inclined drying head 1c is used for drying buttocks washed by water. The water supply tank 1b and the warm air blower 1d are respectively controlled to start and stop by independent switches.
An alarm 1e and a timing and time display 1f are arranged on an armrest 12 on one side of the chair frame 1. The patient can let the time display 1f begin the count-down and pause the count-down at any time through operating the time display 1f when using the lavatory, and the count-down time needs the patient to confirm according to oneself time of using the lavatory, and after the count-down, alarm 1e sends out alarm sound, if the patient is not faint, then the patient can close alarm 1e by oneself and stop, if the patient is faint and has not had the way to close alarm 1e all the time, alarm 1e continues the alarm, then can instruct medical personnel or family members to in time look over the patient condition, and it is very convenient to use.
The seatback 2 is located at the rear side of the seat frame 1, and the seatback 2 is rotatably mounted at the left and right sides of the seat frame 1, the seatback 2 having a first state standing perpendicular to the seat plate 11 and a second state flattened flush with the seat plate 11. The chair back 2 is driven by driving devices arranged on two sides of the seat plate 11 to slowly flatten and slowly erect. The driving device is a motor five 2a arranged at the rear parts of the left side and the right side of the seat plate 11, and the lower part of the chair back 2 is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the motor five 2 a. The front side of the chair back 2 is provided with an opening 2b corresponding to the neck position, the opening 2b is provided with a neck lifting pad 21, the rear side of the neck lifting pad 21 is fixedly provided with a connecting arm 22, the front ends of the connecting arm 22 and a screw rod II 23 are in limit connection with each other through a concave-convex structure II 2c, the concave-convex structure II 2c comprises a concave cavity 2c1 concavely arranged on the end face of the connecting arm 22, an annular groove 2c2 is concavely arranged on the inner wall of the concave cavity 2c1, the end face of the connecting arm 22 is provided with two symmetrical mounting ports 2c3 communicated with the annular groove 2c2 and the concave cavity 2c1, the concave-convex structure II 2c also comprises an anastomotic part 2c4 positioned at the front end of the screw rod II 23, the outer diameter of the anastomotic part 2c4 is smaller than the outer diameter of the screw rod II 23, two symmetrical protruding parts 2c5 are protruded on the outer circumference of the anastomotic part 2c4, the two protruding parts 2c5 are mounted in the annular groove 2c3, the two mounting ports 2c3 can be plugged and fixed by being plugged into the two mounting ports 2c 3. The rear end of the second screw rod 23 penetrates through the chair back 2 to extend out of the rear side of the chair back 2 and is in threaded connection with a second nut 24, a motor six 25 is fixed on the rear side of the chair back 2, a gear 26 meshed with each other is mounted on the output shaft of the motor six 25 and the surface of the second nut 24, a limiting part 27 is further fixed on the rear side of the chair back 2, the limiting part 27 surrounds the periphery of the second nut 24 and is in limiting connection with the second nut 24 through a third concave-convex structure 2d, and the structure of the third concave-convex structure 2d is consistent with that of the second concave-convex structure 2 c. Two handrails of the cart can be additionally arranged on the rear side of the chair back 2, so that the multifunctional anti-falling bedpan capable of automatically measuring urine can be conveniently pushed to move.
When the chair back 2 is flattened and is flush with the seat plate 11, the patient is in a lying state, the purpose of flattening the chair back 2 is to enable the patient to lie flat and facilitate cardiopulmonary resuscitation operation in a coma state of the patient, the motor six 25 works, the output shaft of the motor six is linked with the gear 26, the gear 26 is linked with the nut two 24, the nut two 24 is linked with the screw rod two 23, the screw rod two 23 moves forwards relative to the nut two 24 along the axial direction of the nut two 24, so that the connecting arm 22 is pushed, the connecting arm 22 drives the neck lifting pad 21 to move out of the opening 2b, the neck lifting pad 21 outside the opening 2b is moved out to lift the neck, and the head of the patient is leaned backwards, so that the airway is facilitated to be opened; the neck lifting pad 21 can also be moved into the hole 2b by the reverse rotation of the output shaft of the motor six 25, and when the output shaft of the motor six 25 rotates reversely, the gear 26 and the nut two 24 rotate reversely, so that the screw two 23 moves backwards relative to the nut two 24 along the axial direction of the nut two 24, thereby pulling the connecting arm 22, so that the connecting arm 22 drives the neck lifting pad 21 to move into the hole 2b, and the highest point of the front surface of the neck lifting pad 21 is level with the chair back 2. The front side of the chair back 2 is provided with a safety belt 28, the installation belt 28 is an inclined safety belt, and can also be a safety belt with two vertical parallel fixing shoulders, so that the body position of a patient can be fixed even if the patient is in a faint state. The patient may wear the seat belt 28 while sitting in the toilet to increase the safety of the patient while sitting in the toilet. The arrangement of the chair back 2 also increases the safety of the patient when the patient uses the toilet; the chair back 2 can be arranged in a flattened manner, is convenient to put and form a cardiopulmonary resuscitation position, and waits for medical staff to rescue.
The bedpan 3 is positioned below the seat 11 corresponding to the toilet hole 111, and the bedpan 3 is liftable, foldable, detachable and capable of automatically recording urine volume. The bedpan 3 is mounted on four support legs 13 by a first lifting structure comprising a support frame 3a, a first motor 3b mounted on each support leg 13, a belt pulley structure 3c and a vertically arranged guide rail 3d. The supporting frame 3a is made of metal. Two symmetrical magnetic plates 3a1 are fixed on the bottom surface of the supporting frame 3 a. Four corners of the supporting frame 3a are provided with first sliding blocks 3e matched with corresponding guide rails 3d, and the first sliding blocks 3e are fixed on a belt of the belt pulley structure 3 c. The center of the support frame 3a is provided with an opening 3f, the bedpan 3 is sleeved at the opening 3f and the bedpan 3 can be detached, so that the bedpan 3 is conveniently taken down to be convenient for deep cleaning and airing for subsequent reuse. The first motor 3b is linked with the first sliding block 3e and the supporting frame 3a through the belt pulley structure 3c, the supporting frame 3a is lifted together with the bedpan 3, the bedpan 3 is lifted up to enable the bedpan 3 to approach the buttocks of a patient, and the bedpan 3 is lowered down to enable the bedpan 3 to be easily taken down from the supporting frame 3 a. The first motor 3b is controlled to start and stop through an independent switch.
The bedpan 3 is made of plastic material, and the bedpan 3 comprises a foldable part 31, a urine collecting part 32 and a faeces passing part 33, wherein the urine collecting part 32 and the faeces passing part 33 are independent from each other, are arranged front and back, and are connected to the bottom of the foldable part 31. The urine collecting part 32 and the feces passing part 33 are designed to be independent of each other, so that the urine collecting part 32 can collect urine alone without being affected by feces, thereby facilitating measurement of urine volume. The foldable part 31, the urine collecting part 32 and the excrement passing part 33 are all of conical structures with large upper parts and small lower parts, so that the bedpan 3 can be folded conveniently. The foldable part 31 is of a corrugated folding structure, is convenient to fold, reduces space occupation and is convenient to package. The magnetic plate three 311 is connected to the outer side of the upper edge of the foldable part 31, and the magnetic plate three 311 is supported by the support frame 3a and is fixed on the support frame 3a in an adsorption manner. The outer wall of urine collection portion 32 is equipped with urine volume display 321, and urine volume display 321 has the display screen, is used for handling the chip of information and is used for storing the storage medium of information, through independent power module power supply, and power module can be located urine volume display 321 side, also can be located the bottom of urine collection portion 32. The sensor 34 is installed on the side wall or the bottom wall of the urine collecting part 32, a non-contact photoelectric sensor is adopted when the sensor 34 is arranged on the side wall of the urine collecting part 32, a pressure sensor is adopted when the sensor 34 is arranged on the bottom wall of the urine collecting part 32, the urine volume can be measured through the sensor 34 when urine enters the urine collecting part 32, and the urine volume is displayed through the urine volume display 321. The urine collecting part 32 is closed at the bottom and provided with a urine outflow opening and a cover 322 at the bottom, the cover 322 may be a screw cover, urine is discharged from the urine outflow opening by manually opening the cover 322, and urine is not leaked by covering the cover 322. The bottom of excrement and urine through portion 33 is open, is convenient for pass through excrement and urine, and urine collection portion 32 and excrement and urine have liftable disposable collection bag 4 through the below of portion 33, and excrement and urine does not adopt bedpan 3 to collect, and adopts disposable collection bag 4 to collect, has reduced the degree of difficulty of clean bedpan 3, can directly throw away after the excrement and urine is collected to disposable collection bag. The urine collecting part 32 and the faeces passing part 33 are provided with a connecting part 35 on the opposite side, each connecting part 35 is connected with a first magnetic plate 36 which can rotate and be positioned in the range of 0-180 degrees, the first magnetic plates 36 are symmetrical, the second magnetic plates 3a1 correspond to the first magnetic plates 36, the first magnetic plates 3a1 are attracted with the first magnetic plates 36 rotating by 0 degrees when the bedpan 3 is folded, and repel with the first magnetic plates 36 rotating by 180 degrees when the bedpan 3 is unfolded. When the bedpan 3 is not used and installed below the seat 11, the bedpan 3 can be folded to reduce the space occupation of the bedpan 3 below the seat 11, and the bedpan 3 can be kept in a folded state more stably by the attraction of the magnetism of the magnetic plate two 3a1 and the magnetic plate one 36; the magnetic plate two 3a1 and the magnetic plate one 36 which rotate 180 degrees repel each other after the bedpan 3 is unfolded, so that the bedpan 3 can be kept in an unfolded state. The third magnetic plate 311 is attracted to the first magnetic plate 36 rotating by 0 degrees when the bedpan 3 is folded and repels the first magnetic plate 36 rotating by 180 degrees when the bedpan 3 is unfolded. The magnetic plate III 311 and the magnetic plate I36 can be attracted to enable the bedpan 3 to be more stable in a folded state when the supporting frame 3a is not installed; the magnetic plate III 311 and the magnetic plate I36 which rotates 180 degrees can repel each other to enable the bedpan 3 to be kept in the unfolded state after the bedpan is installed on the supporting frame 3a, and the magnetic plate III 311 and the magnetic plate II 3a1 work together to enable the bedpan 3 to be kept in the unfolded state more stably. Magnetic plate one 36, magnetic plate two 3a1 and magnetic plate three 311 are all rubber magnets.
Each connecting portion 35 protrudes towards the end face of the magnetic plate 36 to form a connecting column 351, and two arc-shaped elastic arms 352 made of metal are fixed on the surface of the connecting column 351. The sleeve 361 is fixed on one side of each magnetic plate 36 close to the connecting portion 35, an annular groove 362 is concavely arranged on the inner wall of the sleeve 361, the annular groove 342 extends to the end face of the sleeve 361 facing the connecting portion 35, two symmetrical positioning grooves 363 are concavely arranged on the inner wall of the sleeve 361, the two positioning grooves 363 are communicated with the annular groove 362, the annular groove 362 is located between the positioning grooves 363 and the connecting portion 35, the connecting column 351 stretches into the sleeve 361 and the sleeve 361 can axially move relative to the connecting column 351, and when the sleeve 361 axially moves relative to the connecting column 351, the two arc-shaped elastic arms 352 are in a first state located in the annular groove 362 to enable the sleeve 361 to rotate relative to the connecting column 351 and a second state located in the positioning grooves 363 to enable the sleeve 361 to be positioned on the connecting column 351. When the two arc-shaped elastic arms 352 are in the first state, the sleeve 361 can rotate to adjust the angle, so that the first magnetic plate 36 can realize angle adjustment. When the two curved spring arms 352 are in the second state, the first magnetic plate 36 cannot rotate. Within the annular groove 362 is a projection 364 that blocks the two arcuate spring arms 352, allowing the two arcuate spring arms 352 to rotate only in the range of 0-180 degrees.
The disposable collecting bag 4 is arranged on one supporting leg 13 near the rear side through a second lifting structure, the second lifting structure comprises a second vertical guide rail 4a arranged on the supporting leg 13, a second sliding block 4b is arranged on the second guide rail 4a, an adjusting piece 4c capable of fixing the second sliding block 4b and adjusting the position of the second sliding block 4b is arranged on the second sliding block 4b, the adjusting piece 4c is a screw, the second sliding block 4b is provided with a threaded hole, the screw is arranged at the threaded hole, the inner end of the screw is fixedly arranged on the second guide rail 4a in a jacking mode, the second sliding block 4b can be moved up and down by unscrewing the screw, and the position of the second sliding block 4b is fixed by screwing the screw. The slider two 4b is fixed with the transverse rod 4d, the end of the transverse rod 4d is fixed with the bagging ring one 4e, the bagging ring one 4e is connected with the bagging ring two 4g through the transverse connecting rod 4f, the bagging ring one 4e surrounds the periphery of the excrement passing part 33, the bagging ring two 4g surrounds the periphery of the urine collecting part 32, the disposable collecting bag 4 is sleeved on the bagging ring one 4e and the bagging ring two 4g, the openable elastic bag pressing parts 41 are fixed on the outer walls of the bagging ring one 4e and the bagging ring two 4g, the elastic bag pressing parts 41 comprise a bag pressing main body 411, a hinge part 412 positioned at the lower part of the bag pressing main body 411, a breaking part 413 positioned at the upper part of the bag pressing main body 411 and a spring 414, the bag pressing surface of the bag pressing main body 411 is of a concave-convex tooth-shaped structure, a yielding space 4h is formed between the breaking part 413 and the upper part of the bag pressing main body 411, the bag pressing ring one 4e and the bagging ring two 4g are respectively connected with the corresponding elastic bag pressing parts 4e between the corresponding elastic bag pressing parts 41, and the elastic bag pressing parts are respectively hinged with the corresponding bag pressing parts 4 e. The finger stretches into the abdication space 4h and presses the breaking part 413 outwards, the bag pressing main body 411 can be opened, the turned edges formed after the upper edges of the disposable collecting bags sleeved on the first bagging ring 4e and the second bagging ring 4g are turned over stretch into the space between the first bagging ring 4e, the second bagging ring 4g and the corresponding bag pressing main body 411, and the breaking part 413 is released to press the turned edges of the disposable collecting bags, so that the disposable collecting bags are firmly fixed, urine is conveniently taken down and discarded. The lifting of the disposable collecting bag 4 is realized by manual operation, and can also be realized by automatic control. The height of the disposable collection bag 4 is reduced for convenient removal and disposal, and the height of the disposable collection bag 4 is increased for access to the bedpan 3.
The infusion support 5 is arranged on the left side and the right side of the chair back 2 and can rotate within the range of 0-90 degrees, and has a first state of being parallel to the chair back 2 when the chair back 2 is vertical to the seat plate 11 and a second state of being supported below the chair back 2 when the chair back 2 is level with the seat plate 11; the infusion support 5 comprises a cannula 51 and a telescopic tube 52. The upper part of the left side and the right side of the chair back 2 is provided with a motor seven 5a, an output shaft of the motor seven 5a is fixed with a sleeve 51, the sleeve 51 is provided with a motor eight 5b, and an output shaft of the motor eight 5b is fixed with a driving gear two 5c. The telescopic pipe 52 is a threaded pipe, a third nut 53 is fixedly sleeved on the telescopic pipe 52, a second driven gear 54 is fixedly sleeved on the third nut 53, the second driving gear 54 penetrates through the sleeve 51 and stretches into the sleeve 51 to be meshed with the second driven gear 54, and when the motor eight 5b works, the second driving gear 5c drives the second driving gear 54 to rotate, and the second driving gear 54 is linked with the rotation of the third nut 53, so that the telescopic pipe 52 is lifted or lowered. The left and right sides of the upper part of the telescopic pipe 52 are fixedly provided with hooks 55 which can be automatically opened and closed, and the hooks 55 which can be automatically opened and closed can prevent the suspended transfusion liquid from falling off from the hooks 55 when the chair back 2 is slowly unfolded. The hook 55 capable of automatically opening and closing comprises a hook 551 with a notch, a motor nine 552 is arranged on the hook 551, an output shaft of the motor nine 552 is connected with a threaded rod 553, a threaded sleeve 554 is sleeved on the threaded rod 553, and the threaded sleeve 554 can axially move along the threaded rod 553 through rotation of the threaded rod 553, so that the notch of the hook 551 can be opened or closed. The upper end of the telescopic tube 52 is provided with a supporting column 56 higher than the hanging hooks 55, and the bottom of the supporting column 56 is level with the bottom of each supporting leg 13 when the infusion support 5 is supported below the flattened chair back 2. The upper ends of the support columns 56 and the lower ends of the support legs 13 can also be provided with wheels which can brake, and when the infusion support 5 is supported below the flattened chair back 2, the wheels on the support columns 56 are level with the wheels on the support legs 13.
