the urine pad mechanism 6 comprises all-cotton spunlace non-woven fabric 60, first gauze 61, water absorbent 62, second gauze 63, VC powder 64, glutinous rice paper 65, PE film non-woven fabric 66, iodophor coating 67, a glutinous rice paper box 68 and spice 69; the all-cotton spunlace nonwoven fabric 60 of intermediate position fixedly connected with that first waistline pad 1, second waistline pad 2, 3 three of side skirt are connected, the lower surface of all-cotton spunlace nonwoven fabric 60 is provided with first gauze 61, the lower surface of first gauze 61 is provided with the thing 62 that absorbs water, the thing 62 that absorbs water is formed by both mixing of polymer water-absorbing resin and fine hair cotton, the lower surface of the thing 62 that absorbs water is provided with second gauze 63, sew up into evenly distributed's net through the cotton thread between first gauze 61 and the second gauze 63 two, the lower surface of second gauze 63 is provided with PE membrane non-woven fabrics 66.
After the baby urinates, urine storage materials in the diaper easily fall down due to gravity, so that the diaper has a crotch part which falls down when the baby walks vertically, and the baby is inconvenient to walk; the invention needs an operator to place a urine pad mechanism 6 under the crotch of an infant, a first waistline pad 1 is placed on the back of the infant, a second waistline pad 2 is placed at the front waist position of the infant, the waist of the infant is surrounded by the urine pad mechanism 6 to be positioned at the crotch of the infant by sticking a sticking buckle 5 on the first waistline pad 1 and a sticking buckle 5 on the second waistline pad 2 together, because the first waistline pad 1, the second waistline pad 2 and a side skirt 3 are all internally provided with a lacing wire 4, the urine pad mechanism 6 is tightly attached to the skin of the infant, in addition, the widths of the first waistline pad 1 and the second waistline pad 2 are 8cm to 12cm, the width of the side skirt 3 is 3cm to 4cm, the contact area of the first waistline pad 1, the second waistline pad 2 and the side skirt 3 with the skin of the infant is large, the problem that the lacing wire 4 pulls the infant is avoided, the two sides of the side skirt 3 are tightly attached to the infant to avoid the infant from urinating, urine leaks from two sides of the urine pad mechanism 6, the sticking buckle 5 is connected with the conical plate 7, the contact area between the sticking buckle 5 on the first waistline pad 1 and the sticking buckle 5 on the second waistline pad 2 is increased, the firmness of the sticking buckle 5 and the second waistline pad after the sticking buckle is increased, the problem that the urine pad of the invention falls off from the crotch of a baby when in use is avoided, in addition, the sticking buckle 5 and the conical plate 7 are both made of soft materials, so that the sticking buckle 5 and the conical plate 7 can be tightly attached to the waist of the baby when in use, the problem that the baby is hurt is avoided, when the baby urinates, the urine can well penetrate through the all-cotton spunlace non-woven fabric 60 and the first gauze 61 and is absorbed by the water absorbent 62, the water absorbent 62 is formed by mixing high polymer water-absorbent resin and fluff cotton, the water-blocking performance is very strong, the skin of the baby is fragile, the all-cotton spunlace non-woven fabric 60 is firstly contacted with the skin of the baby, the material is made of plant cotton, and can not stimulate the skin of a baby, a plurality of grids are sewn between the first gauze 61 and the second gauze 63 through cotton threads, a water absorbing object 62 is arranged in the grids, the increase of the gravity of the water absorbing object 62 after absorbing urine is avoided, the water absorbing object 62 moves downwards along with the gravity when the baby vertically walks, so that the baby crotch urine pad drops, the problem that the baby normally walks after urinating is guaranteed, the outermost layer of the urine pad mechanism 6 is made of PE film non-woven fabrics 66, and the permeability of water is good and the air permeability is also good due to the low price of the material.
As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, a VC powder 64 is disposed between the second gauze 63 and the PE film non-woven fabric 66, a layer of wafer 65 is disposed on a lower surface of the VC powder 64, an iodophor coating pattern 67 is coated on an upper surface of the PE film non-woven fabric 66, the PE film non-woven fabric 66 is white, and the PE film non-woven fabric 66 has a thickness of 0.1mm to 0.15 mm.
After the baby urinates, the absorbent 62 absorbs the urine, the urine comes to the VC powder layer 64 along the meshes of the second gauze 63, the VC powder layer 64 is wetted by the urine, the glutinous rice paper 65 below the VC powder layer 64 is melted quickly when meeting the wetted VC powder 64, the wetted VC powder 64 is contacted with the iodophor coating lines 67, the dark brown iodophor coating lines 67 react to be transparent when meeting the wetted VC powder 64, the iodophor coating lines 67 disappear from the surface of the PE film non-woven fabric 66, so that the baby urinates, the baby diaper is convenient to replace by the caregiver in time, and the iodophors in the iodophor coating lines 67 have good sterilization and bacteriostasis effects, so that the wet cleanness and sanitation of the diaper are ensured, the iodine coating lines 67 on the PE film non-woven fabric 66 are formed by coating iodine liquid to be dried, and the PE film non-woven fabric 66 is white and has the thickness of 0.1mm to 0.15mm, so that a caregiver can observe the color change of the iodine coating lines 67 conveniently.
As one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the iodophor coated stripes 67 are coated from one end to the other end of the upper surface of the PE film non-woven fabric 66, and the distance between every two iodophor coated stripes 67 is 3cm to 4 cm.
When a baby uses the diaper provided by the invention, in order to better observe the defecation condition of the baby, iodine solution is coated on the PE film non-woven fabric 66 from one end to the other end, the distance between every two iodine coating lines 67 is 3cm to 4cm, the range of observing the iodine coating lines 67 by a caregiver is increased, so that the caregiver can easily find the disappeared iodine coating lines 67, and the defecation condition of the baby detected by the invention is improved.
As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, a glutinous rice paper box 68 is disposed at a position close to one end of the lower surface of the first gauze 61, and the glutinous rice paper box 68 is internally wrapped with a spice 69.
After the baby defecates, the smell of the baby is too strong, and a caregiver needs to hold breath to ensure that the baby does not absorb strong stool smell when changing the baby diaper, according to the invention, after the baby defecates, because the baby defecates are mostly fluid, the fluid stool also contains much moisture, the moisture in the stool can wet the all-cotton spunlace non-woven fabric 60 and the first gauze 61, the glutinous rice paper box 68 can be melted when the glutinous rice paper box 68 meets the wet first gauze 61 and the moisture in the stool permeates from the first gauze 61 to the surface of the glutinous rice paper box 68, the spice 69 stored in the glutinous rice paper box 68 after being melted can emit fragrance to cover the smell of the stool, so that the caregiver can change the baby diaper comfortably, wherein the all-cotton spunlace non-woven fabric 60 and the PE film non-woven fabric 66 have good air permeability, and the air permeability is used for avoiding the problem of choking of the crotch of the baby, meanwhile, the fragrance in the fragrance 69 can be emitted conveniently, and the nursing staff can judge that the baby defecates by smelling the fragrance, so that the practicability of the invention is further improved.
As one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the thickness of each of the sticky rice paper 65 and the sticky rice paper box 68 is 0.1mm to 0.125mm, and the mesh number of each of the first and second gauzes 61 and 63 is 20 to 30.
