the miniature negative pressure pump (23) is arranged on the upper surface of the fixed sleeve rod (1), the inlet of the miniature negative pressure pump (23) is connected with the first connecting pipe (24), the outlet of the miniature negative pressure pump (23) is connected with the second connecting pipe (27), and one end, far away from the miniature negative pressure pump (23), of the second connecting pipe (27) is connected with the collecting bag (28);
and the handle (29) is installed at the right end of the connecting screw rod (2).
