Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments shown in the drawings. These embodiments are not intended to limit the present invention, and structural, methodological, or functional changes in accordance with the embodiments are within the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, one embodiment of the present invention provides a shell-like dental instrument 100.
Shell-like dental appliance 100 includes an appliance body 10 forming a cavity S for receiving a tooth and an attachment 20.
The appliance body 10 has a first matching portion 11, the attachment 20 has a second matching portion 21, the shell-shaped dental appliance 100 further includes a connecting portion 30 connecting the first matching portion 11 and the second matching portion 21, two of the first matching portion 11, the second matching portion 21 and the connecting portion 30 form a limiting portion a limiting each other in a first direction X, and the first direction X is a direction of the appliance body 10 toward the attachment 20.
Here, the connecting portion 30 is a separate member from the first engaging portion 11 and the second engaging portion 21, and the connecting portion 30 connects the first engaging portion 11 and the second engaging portion 21 to fix the appliance body 10 and the attachment 20 to each other.
In addition, the phrase "two of the first engaging portion 11, the second engaging portion 21 and the connecting portion 30 form a limiting portion a limiting each other in the first direction X" means that the forming position of the limiting portion a may include the following situations: the first case is that the stopper portion a is formed at least in a partial region between the first fitting portion 11 and the second fitting portion 21, the second case is that the stopper portion a is formed at least in a partial region between the first fitting portion 11 and the connecting portion 30, and the third case is that the stopper portion a is formed at least in a partial region between the second fitting portion 21 and the connecting portion 30, which may be regarded as mechanical retention that restricts the appliance body 10 and the attachment 20 from separating from each other in the first direction a by restricting each other in the first direction X.
It should be noted that one or more of the three situations may be included in the matching structure of the set of the first matching portion 11, the second matching portion 21 and the connecting portion 30, that is, one limiting portion a or a plurality of limiting portions a may be included in the matching structure of the set of the first matching portion 11, the second matching portion 21 and the connecting portion 30.
It can be seen that, in the present embodiment, the appliance body 10 and the attachment 20 are retained by the connecting portion 30 and the limiting portion a, so that the connection strength and the connection reliability between the appliance body 10 and the attachment 20 can be effectively enhanced, and the risk of dropping the attachment 20 can be further reduced.
In the present embodiment, the connection portion 30 is a glue connection portion or a welding portion, and the connection portion 30 is filled in at least the stopper portion a.
Here, the adhesive portion or the soldering portion refers to a structure having certain fluidity and flexibility, the adhesive portion is, for example, a solidified adhesive, and the soldering portion is, for example, a solder.
It can be understood that the position-limiting portion a can achieve mechanical retention, the glue-connecting portion or the welding portion can achieve glue-connecting retention or welding retention, respectively, and the connection strength and the connection reliability between the appliance body 10 and the attachment 20 can be effectively enhanced through the double retention of the mechanical retention and the glue-connecting retention or the welding retention.
Specifically, taking the connection portion 30 as the glue connection portion as an example, since the glue connection portion has good flexibility, the mechanical retention position is retained by glue, so as to realize flexible combination of materials at the mechanical retention position, and the retention strength between the appliance body 10 and the attachment 20 can be effectively enhanced.
In addition, due to the fluidity of the glue retention, the edge of the glue retention is prone to stress concentration, and the mechanical retention of the present embodiment can weaken the fluidity and avoid the stress concentration at the edge of the glue retention, so that the glue force can be uniformly distributed on the whole glue portion, thereby significantly enhancing the connection strength and the connection reliability between the appliance body 10 and the attachment 20.
For the description of the connecting portion 30 as a welding portion, reference may be made to the description of the glue-bonding portion, and the description thereof is omitted here.
In the present embodiment, the attachment 20 is a traction button, a bracket, a jaw pad, a double jaw plate, a flat guide plate, a reinforcing rib, or the like, but not limited thereto.
The attachment 20 is located in a localized area of the appliance body 10 such that the attachment 20 is not oversized to facilitate installation of the attachment 20 with the detents a.
Specifically, the attachment 20 may be located on the buccal, lingual or occlusal surface of the appliance body 10.
Here, the second fitting portion 21 and the first fitting portion 11 are configured to: the second engaging portion 21 is inserted into the first engaging portion 11 along a second direction, and a second included angle between the second direction and the first direction X is an acute angle or a right angle, and preferably, the second included angle ranges from 60 ° to 90 °.
At this time, the second matching portion 21 and the first matching portion 11 are pre-installed in an inserting manner, and the second matching portion 21 and the first matching portion 11 can be further fixed by the connecting portion 30, or of course, the connecting portion 30 may be formed at the second matching portion 21 or the first matching portion 11, and then the second matching portion 21 and the first matching portion 11 are matched in an inserting manner.
The second direction is, for example, a direction in which a buccal surface of the appliance body 10 faces a lingual surface, or a mesial-distal direction of the appliance body 10, in which case the second fitting portion 21 is laterally inserted into the first fitting portion 11, but the second direction may also have a certain inclination with respect to the direction in which the buccal surface faces the lingual surface (or the mesial-distal direction), and is different from the first direction X.
It will be appreciated that, in consideration of the shape characteristics of some of the attachments 20, there may be a risk of the first fitting portion 11 or the second fitting portion 21 being damaged by a force when the attachments 20 are installed in the first direction X, so that the installation of the attachments 20 in the second direction different from the first direction X can avoid such a risk, greatly improving the convenience and stability of installation.
The first engaging portion 11 is integrally formed on the appliance body 10, that is, the first engaging portion 11 is a part of the appliance body 10, but not limited thereto, the first engaging portion 11 may also be a structure independent of the appliance body 10, and the first engaging portion 11 and the appliance body 10 are assembled with each other.
The second matching portion 21 is integrally formed on the accessory 20, that is, the second matching portion 21 is a part of the accessory 20, but not limited thereto, the second matching portion 21 may be a structure independent from the accessory 20, and the second matching portion 21 and the accessory 20 are assembled with each other.
Several embodiments of shell-like dental instrument 100 are described below, and like or similar structures are identified with like or similar reference numerals and designations for purposes of illustration.
In the first embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the stopper portion a is formed at least in a partial region between the first fitting portion 11 and the second fitting portion 21.
The position-limiting portion a includes a groove a1 and a protrusion a2, which are engaged with each other, the groove a1 is located in one of the first engaging portion 11 and the second engaging portion 21, and the protrusion a2 is located in the other of the first engaging portion 11 and the second engaging portion 21.
When a force is applied to the attachment 20 along the first direction X, the limiting portion a limits the attachment 20 from being separated from the appliance body 10 along the first direction X.
The inner contour of the groove A1 and the outer contour of the protrusion A2 are matched with each other, a gap A3 is formed between the groove A1 and the protrusion A2 in a matching manner, the connecting part 30 is at least filled in the gap A3, in the embodiment, the connecting part 30 is further filled in the extending gap A4 around the gap A3, and therefore the connecting strength of the appliance body 10 and the attachment 20 is further improved.
With reference to fig. 1 to 7, the shapes and the arrangement positions of the grooves a1 and the protrusions a2 have various examples.
Referring to FIG. 1, a schematic illustration of a first exemplary shell-like dental instrument 100 is shown.
The attachment 20 is located on the occlusal surface B1 of the appliance body 10, the limiting portion a is formed between the first matching portion 11 and the second matching portion 21, the groove a1 is located on the second matching portion 21, the protrusion a2 is located on the first matching portion 11, the cross section of the protrusion a2 is trapezoidal, and the connecting portion 30 is filled in the gap A3 and the extending gap a 4.
Here, the "section of the projection a 2" is a section of the projection a2 in the first direction X, the same applies below.
In addition, the limiting part A comprises a first included angle alpha 1 between the lower bottom and the waist of the trapezoid, and the first included angle alpha 1 is an acute angle, so that the groove A1 and the protrusion A2 can be prevented from being separated from each other along the first direction X.
Preferably, the first included angle α 1 ranges from 60 ° to 80 °.
It can be understood that if the first included angle α 1 is too large (e.g. close to 90 °), a good limiting effect cannot be achieved, and if the first included angle α 1 is too large (e.g. close to 0 °), in order to ensure that the protrusion a2 has a certain height in the first direction X, the protrusion a2 needs to be very wide in the mesial-distal direction, which not only occupies a lot of space, but also greatly affects the assembly of the protrusion a2 and the groove a1, so the first included angle α 1 is defined in the range of 60 ° to 80 °.
Of course, when the cross section of the protrusion a2 is inverted trapezoid, the first included angle α 1 as described above exists, and will not be described in detail below.
In fig. 1, since the connection portion 30 is formed in the notch a21 at the edge of the protrusion a2, the connection portion 30 and the notch a21 are restricted from each other in the first direction X, that is, the restriction portion a is also provided between the connection portion 30 and the first engagement portion 11.
Similarly, since the connecting portion 30 is formed in the notch a11 of the groove a1, the connecting portion 30 is limited from the notch a11 in the first direction X, i.e., it can be considered that the connecting portion 30 and the second mating portion 12 have the limiting portion a therebetween.
In addition, in the first example, the accessory 20 may be installed by being inserted laterally, or the groove a1 or the protrusion a2 may be slightly deformed to install the accessory 20, and the connecting portion 30 may be previously disposed in the groove a1 or the protrusion a2, or the connecting portion 30 may be formed in the gap A3 and the extending gap a4 after the accessory 20 is installed.
Referring to FIG. 2, a second exemplary shell-like dental implement 100a is illustrated.
The second example differs from the first example mainly in that: the cross section of the bulge A2 is mushroom-shaped, and at the moment, the limiting area can be properly enlarged to improve the limiting effect of the limiting part A.
For other descriptions of the second example, reference may be made to the first example, which is not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 3, a third exemplary shell-like dental implement 100b is illustrated.
The main differences between the third example and the first example are: the cross section of the protrusion a2 is threaded, at this time, the groove a1 can be matched with the protrusion a2 in a threaded manner, and the limiting area of the third example is relatively large, so as to improve the limiting effect of the limiting part a.
For other descriptions of the third example, reference may be made to the first example, which is not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 4, a fourth exemplary shell-like dental implement 100c is illustrated.
The fourth example differs from the first example mainly in that: the arrangement positions of the groove A1 and the protrusion A2 are interchanged, namely, the groove A1 is positioned at the first matching part 11, the protrusion A2 is positioned at the second matching part 21, and the cross section of the protrusion A2 is in an inverted trapezoid shape.
In the fourth example, the appliance body 10c includes a cavity S matching with the teeth and a first fitting part 11c protruding out of the cavity S, the first fitting part 11c includes a cavity S1 communicating with the cavity S, and the groove a1 is located in the cavity S1.
Here, the first fitting portion 11c is defined as a portion protruding out of the cavity S, i.e., the first fitting portion 11c does not contact or press the teeth when the shell-shaped dental appliance 100c is worn on the teeth, and the groove a1 is located in the cavity S1, i.e., the groove a1 does not contact or press the teeth when the shell-shaped dental appliance 100c is worn on the teeth, avoiding the groove a1 from exerting an unintended force on the teeth.
Of course, when the protrusion a2 is located on the first matching part 11c, the first matching part 11c can also be arranged to protrude outwards from the cavity S, which can be determined according to practical situations.
For other descriptions of the fourth example, reference may be made to the first example, which is not described herein again.
Referring to FIG. 5, a fifth exemplary shell-like dental implement 100d is illustrated.
The main difference between the fifth example and the first example is that: the attachment 20d is located on the buccal surface B2 of the appliance body 10d, where the attachment 20d may be, for example, a tongue button, the recess A1 is located on the first mating portion 11d, and the protrusion A2 is located on the second mating portion 21 d.
For other descriptions of the fifth example, reference may be made to the first example, which is not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 6, a fifth exemplary shell-like dental implement 100e is illustrated.
The sixth example differs from the first example mainly in that: the attachment 20e is located on the buccal surface B2 of the appliance body 10e and the projection a2 is threaded in cross-section.
For other descriptions of the sixth example, reference may be made to the first example, which is not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 7, a seventh exemplary shell-like dental implement 100f is illustrated.
The main difference between the seventh example and the first example is that: the attachment 20f is located on the cheek surface B2 of the appliance body 10f, and the size of the groove a1 is made larger to improve the limiting strength of the limiting portion a.
In the second embodiment, referring to fig. 8, the stopper portion a is formed at least in a partial region between the first fitting portion 11g and the connecting portion 30 g.
The limiting part A comprises a groove A1 and a protrusion A2 which are matched with each other, the groove A1 is located in one of the first matching part 11g and the connecting part 30g, the protrusion A2 is located in the other one of the first matching part 11g and the connecting part 30g, the inner contour of the groove A1 is matched with the outer contour of the protrusion A2, the groove A1 is tightly attached to the protrusion A2, and no gap exists between the groove A1 and the protrusion A2.
That is, the present embodiment forms the stopper portion a directly at the groove a1 or the protrusion a2 by filling of the connection portion 30g, and the connection portion 30g plays a role of not only connecting the first fitting portion 11g and the second fitting portion 21g but also forming the stopper portion a.
When a force is applied to the attachment 20g along the first direction X, the stopper portion a restricts the attachment 20g from being separated from the appliance body 10g along the first direction X.
With reference to fig. 8 to 11, the shapes and the arrangement positions of the grooves a1 and the protrusions a2 are various examples.
