Description

Absorbable pancreaticojejunostomy device and degradable and absorbable polyurethane elastomer
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to an absorbable pancreaticojejunum anastomat.
Background
Good pancreatico-intestinal anastomosis should meet the following conditions: the method is simple, convenient, easy, safe and reliable; secondly, good blood supply is ensured; thirdly, the hemostasis is thorough; fourthly, ensuring the tissue activity; maintain proper tension; sixthly, the sewing is accurate. By using the experience of other lumen anastomosis such as gastrointestinal anastomosis and the like, the industrialized lumen anastomat is used for anastomosis, so that the precision degree of anastomosis can be greatly improved, and the homogeneity of anastomosis of different operation operators can be improved. But the special characteristics of pancreas (tissue texture is soft, the diameter of a normal pancreatic duct is thin and is only 0.2-0.3cm), automatic cutting and metal suturing cannot be carried out by using a tool similar to a gastrointestinal anastomat, and no anastomat product special for pancreas and intestine anastomosis is available at home and abroad at present; meanwhile, when the pancreaticotomy is performed, a pipeline needs to be reserved in the pancreatic duct in most of the time to support the pancreatic duct and drain pancreatic juice, so that the pressure of the pancreaticotomy anastomoses opening is reduced, and the healing of the pancreaticotomy anastomoses opening is promoted.
At present, the pancreatoduodenal anastomosis mode is manual suture of doctors, a urinary catheter for children or a soft tube similar to the urinary catheter for children is adopted for connecting a pancreatic duct and an intestinal duct, the anastomosis quality is greatly influenced by the number of cases operated by an operator and personal experience, and homogenization among different doctors is difficult to achieve. Meanwhile, the pancreatic duct has individual difference, and the currently adopted infantile ureter or similar pipeline has improper model, so that the tube needs to be permanently left in the body after the operation of a patient and if internal drainage is performed; if external drainage is performed, the patient needs to carry the tube for 45-60 days, and the probability of unplanned tube drawing is high. Therefore, it is necessary to design a stapler specifically for pancreaticotomy.
The invention aims at the problems and provides an absorbable pancreaticojejunostomy device.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the problems in the background art, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

In some embodiments of the present application, the first tube, the second tube and the third tube form a hollow tubular structure with two open ends. In the using process, the pancreatic juice secreted by the pancreas flows out of the tube body I, then the pancreatic juice flows through the tube body II and the tube body III, and the pancreatic juice flows out of the tube body and enters the intestinal canal.
In some embodiments of the present application, the support member is a barb, and the barb surrounds the inner portion of the first pipe body. In a use state, the first pipe body is in contact with the inner wall of the pancreatic duct, and the barbs are used for supporting the pancreatic duct.

In some embodiments of the present application, the drainage holes are regular through holes, and the drainage holes penetrate through the tube wall of the first tube body. In a use state, pancreatic juice secreted by the pancreas enters the first tube body from the drainage hole, so that the drainage of the pancreatic juice is realized.
Further, the drainage hole encircles body one.
In some embodiments of the present application, the connection member is a ring-shaped connection disc; the annular connecting disc is arranged on the periphery of the second pipe body and fixedly connected with the second pipe body. When the connecting disc is used for fixing the intestinal wall and the pancreatic stump, the connecting disc is sewed on the intestinal wall and the pancreatic stump through surgical sutures.
Furthermore, the surface of the connecting disc is smooth, and the connecting disc is in contact with the intestinal canal and the pancreas stump. Can protect and support the intestinal canal and the pancreatic stump.
In some embodiments of the present application, the first portion, the second portion, and the third portion are made of degradable materials. The anastomat provided by the invention has the functions of connecting the intestinal tract, the pancreatic duct and the pancreatic tissue, supporting the pancreatic duct and draining pancreatic juice, and can be finally degraded in vivo without toxicity, and the anastomat does not need to be taken out again in an operation, so that the risk that a patient carries the duct and the supporting tube to puncture the intestinal wall in the intestinal duct for a long time is avoided.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) homogenization is achieved among different physicians, and meanwhile, the incidence rate of pancreatic fistula is reduced;
(2) the support piece can play a role in supporting the pancreatic duct and preventing the pancreatic duct from falling off, so that stable drainage is ensured, and the key point of avoiding pancreatic fistula is to stabilize drainage;
