Furthermore, in the description and claims, "and/or" means at least one of the connected objects, and the character "/", generally means that the associated object is an "or" relationship.
The ear-growing structure provided in the embodiments of the present application is described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 8 by way of specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof.
Referring to fig. 1-4, in some alternative embodiments, the ear-generating structure includes an ear-generating body 100, a first elastic member 200, a key 400, and two ear-generating pins 300. The ear-growing main body 100 is a basic structural member, and may provide a mounting base for the first elastic member 200, the key 400, and the two ear-growing pins 300.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the ear-growing body 100 has a mounting hole 110, and the mounting hole 110 penetrates the ear-growing body 100 in a first direction. The ear-producing thimble 300 is movably disposed in the mounting hole 110, so that the ear-producing thimble 300 can extend out of the end of the ear-producing main body 100 along the mounting hole 110. Alternatively, both ear cup pins 300 may extend at least partially out of mounting hole 110.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a first elastic member 200 is disposed in the mounting hole 110. The first elastic member 200 has an elastic portion 210, and two sides of the elastic portion 210 in the first direction are respectively connected to two ear-producing pins 300. In the process of stretching and retracting the elastic portion 210, the elastic portion 210 drives the ear ejector 300 to slide along the mounting hole 110, so that the first elastic member 200 can drive the ear ejector 300 to move in a direction of extending or retracting the mounting hole 110.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the key 400 is movably disposed on the ear-growing body 100, and the key 400 has a first pushing portion 410 and a second pushing portion 420. The first pushing portion 410 and the second pushing portion 420 respectively abut against two sides of the elastic portion 210 in the first direction. The key 400 may drive the elastic portion 210 to switch between the first state and the second state.
Illustratively, in the process of the key 400 driving the elastic portion 210 to switch from the first state to the second state, the two ear-producing pins 300 move along the mounting hole 110 into the mounting hole 110, so that the ear-producing structure is reduced in size in the first direction.
In the process of switching the elastic portion 210 from the second state to the first state by the key 400, the two ear-producing pins 300 move along the mounting hole 110 to the outside of the mounting hole 110, so that the size of the ear-producing structure in the first direction increases.
In some alternative embodiments, referring to fig. 1, with the elastic portion in the first state, a first one of the two ear-generating pins is moved to a first position of the mounting hole and a second one of the two ear-generating pins is moved to a second position of the mounting hole. Referring to fig. 2, when the elastic portion is in the second state, the first ear-growing thimble moves to the third position of the mounting hole, and the second ear-growing thimble moves to the fourth position of the mounting hole.
Optionally, in the case that the first ear ejector pin is at the first position, a length of a portion of the first ear ejector pin extending out of the mounting hole 110 in the first direction is a first length; when the first ear ejector pin is at the third position, the length of the portion of the first ear ejector pin extending out of the mounting hole 110 in the first direction is a second length, and the first length is greater than the second length.
Optionally, in the case that the second ear ejector pin is at the second position, a length of a portion of the second ear ejector pin extending out of the mounting hole 110 in the first direction is a third length; when the second ear-growing thimble is at the fourth position, the length of the portion of the second ear-growing thimble extending out of the mounting hole 110 in the first direction is a fourth length, and the second length is greater than the fourth length.
The ear generating structure described in the above embodiment can extend or retract the ear generating thimble 300 into or out of the mounting hole 110 by pressing the key 400, so that the ear generating structure can be assembled or disassembled with the device body of the wearing device. In addition, the scheme can synchronously drive the two ear-producing thimble 300 through the key 400 and the first elastic piece 200, thereby being beneficial to reducing the assembly or disassembly difficulty between the ear-producing structure and the equipment main body.
In addition, when the ear generating structure is applied to the wearing equipment, the ear generating structure can be hidden in the wearing belt of the wearing equipment, and then an avoidance port for operating the ear generating structure is not required to be arranged on the wearing belt. On the one hand, the integrality of wearing area outward appearance can be improved, the planarization of wearing area outward appearance is improved, is favorable to improving wearing area's aesthetic property and wearing comfort level. On the other hand, the ear-growing structure is hidden in the wearing belt of the wearing equipment, so that the wearing belt can be prevented from forming a groove easy to contain dirt, and dirt on the surface of the wearing equipment can be cleaned conveniently.
In some alternative embodiments, in the case that the key 400 drives the elastic portion 210 to switch from the first state to the second state, the first ear-producing thimble is retracted toward the mounting hole 110 by a first distance, and the second ear-producing thimble is retracted toward the mounting hole 110 by a second distance, where the first distance is equal to the second distance. Of course, the first distance and the second distance may not be equal. For this reason, the present embodiment does not limit the magnitudes of the first distance and the second distance.
In some alternative embodiments, the resilient portion 210 is in a compressed state with both the first and second states. Specifically, the length of the elastic portion 210 in the first direction in the first state is greater than the length of the elastic portion 210 in the first direction in the second state. This embodiment is beneficial to maintaining the two sides of the elastic portion 210 in a blocking state with the first pushing portion 410 and the second pushing portion 420, respectively, so as to improve the stability of assembling the key 400 with the first elastic member 200.
In some alternative embodiments, in a case where the key 400 drives the elastic portion 210 to switch to the first state, the elastic portion 210 is located at the fifth position relative to the key 400. When the key 400 drives the elastic portion 210 to switch to the second state, the elastic portion 210 is located at the sixth position with respect to the key 400. The first pushing portion 410 and the second pushing portion 420 are each provided with a pushing surface 411. Illustratively, the elastic portion 210 abuts against the abutting surfaces 411 of the first abutting portion 410 and the second abutting portion 420 at two sides in the first direction.
Illustratively, the resilient portion 210 is switchable between a fifth position and a sixth position along the push surface 411. In the fifth position, the first pushing portion 410 and the second pushing portion 420 have a first pitch in the first direction. In the sixth position, the first pushing portion 410 and the second pushing portion 420 have a second pitch in the first direction; the first spacing is greater than the second spacing.
In the above embodiment, in the process of moving the key 400 relative to the ear-growing body 100, the first pushing portion 410 and the second pushing portion 420 of the key 400 move relative to the elastic portion 210, so that the elastic portion 210 can move between the fifth position and the sixth position along the pushing surfaces 411 of the first pushing portion 410 and the second pushing portion 420.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, when the key 400 is pressed from the outside, the elastic portion 210 may move from the fifth position to the sixth position along the pushing surfaces 411 of the first pushing portion 410 and the second pushing portion 420 until the elastic portion 210 moves to the sixth position. Further, the first interval is greater than the second interval, so that the elastic portion 210 can be compressed by the first pushing portion 410 and the second pushing portion 420 during the process of moving the elastic portion 210 to the sixth position. The elastic portion 210 is connected to the two ear-producing pins 300 at two sides of the first direction, so as to drive the two ear-producing pins 300 to move towards the direction of retracting the mounting hole 110.
In some embodiments, the pushing surface 411 may be an inclined surface provided on the first pushing portion 410 and the second pushing portion 420. Alternatively, the direction in which the key 400 moves relative to the ear-growing body 100 is a second direction, and the pushing surface 411 is disposed obliquely to the first direction relative to the second direction. In this embodiment, the pushing surface 411 is configured as an inclined surface, which is beneficial to improving the smoothness of the movement of the key 400 relative to the ear body 100, and improving the touch feeling of the user pressing the key 400.
In addition, in the above embodiment, the key 400 can move relative to the ear body 100 under the action of the external pressure, so as to drive the elastic portion 210 to move from the first position to the second position relative to the first pushing portion 410, so that the ear needle 300 moves into the mounting hole 110. After the pressing force applied by the key 400 is removed, the elastic portion 210 drives the key 400 to move relative to the ear-growing thimble 300 due to the elastic force generated by the deformation of the elastic portion, so that the elastic portion 210 moves from the second position to the first position relative to the first pushing portion 410, and further drives the ear-growing thimble 300 to protrude from the mounting hole 110 to the end portion of the ear-growing main body 100 in the first direction.
The ear generating structure in the related art mainly comprises an ear generating rod, a deflector rod, an ear generating head and a spring. The ear generating rod is of a hollow cylindrical structure, and the ear generating heads are arranged at two ends of the ear generating rod and are in sliding fit with the ear generating rod. The spring is arranged in the ear-growing rod, and two ends of the spring are respectively abutted against the ear-growing heads at two ends of the ear-growing rod, so that the spring can push the ear-growing heads to protrude out of the end surfaces at two ends of the ear-growing rod. The ear-growing rod is provided with a mounting hole, and the mounting hole penetrates through the wall of the ear-growing rod and is communicated with the inner space of the ear-growing rod. The deflector rod is connected with the ear generating head, and penetrates through the mounting hole and protrudes out of the outer side wall of the ear generating rod. Because the ear-growing structure is smaller, the volume of the deflector rod is smaller. In the process of poking the poking rod, the contact area between the poking rod and the finger is smaller, so that the local pressure intensity is larger, the mounting or dismounting difficulty of the ear-growing structure is increased, and the pain of the hand of a user is enhanced. In addition, the deflector rod can only drive one of the ear-growing heads, so that the difficulty in dismounting and mounting the ear-growing structure and the equipment main body is increased.
The ear producing structure in the above embodiment adopts the key 400 to drive the ear producing thimble 300 at two ends of the ear producing main body 100 to move synchronously, which is not only beneficial to hiding the ear producing structure, but also reduces the difficulty of disassembling and assembling the ear producing structure and the main body of the device, and increases the contact area between the ear producing structure and the finger in the operation process. Accordingly, the ear-generating structure described in the above embodiments is beneficial for improving the comfort of a user in removing or installing the ear-generating structure.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in some alternative embodiments, the ear-growing body 100 is provided with a spring holder 120, the spring holder 120 having a first limiting groove 121 disposed along a first direction. At least part of the elastic portion 210 is located in the first limiting groove 121, and the elastic portion 210 is in sliding fit with the first limiting groove 121.
Illustratively, the elastic portions 210 are respectively supported on the inner side walls of the first limiting groove 121 at two sides perpendicular to the guiding direction of the first limiting groove 121.
In the above embodiment, the first limiting groove 121 is beneficial to limit the deformation direction of the elastic portion 210. The first limiting groove 121 is disposed along the first direction, that is, the guiding direction of the first limiting groove 121 is the first direction. During the deformation of the elastic portion 210, two sides of the elastic portion 210 in the first direction stretch along the first limiting groove 121 in the first direction. Therefore, the spring bracket 120 in this embodiment can limit the elastic portion 210 to deform in a first direction only by the first limiting groove 121 under the action of the key 400.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in some alternative embodiments, the ear-growing body 100 is provided with two spring brackets 120, the two spring brackets 120 being spaced apart. Further, the notches of the first limiting grooves 121 of the two spring brackets 120 are opposite, so that the elastic portions 210 can be respectively clamped in the first limiting grooves 121 of the two spring brackets 120 at two sides of the first direction. During the installation of the first elastic member 200, the elastic portion 210 may be compressed by pressing the elastic portion 210 so as to facilitate the assembly of the first elastic member 200 with the spring bracket 120.
In some alternative embodiments, in the case that the elastic portion 210 is located at the first position with respect to the first pushing portion 410, both sides of the elastic portion 210 in the first direction are respectively lower than the bottoms of the first limiting grooves 121 of the two spring brackets 120. This embodiment is beneficial to define the relative position of the first elastic member 200 with respect to the ear body 100 by using the two spring brackets 120, so as to avoid the first elastic member 200 from shaking with respect to the ear body 100 when the elastic portion 210 is located at the first position with respect to the first pushing portion 410.
Referring to fig. 4, in some alternative embodiments, the ear-growing structure further includes a second elastic member 500, where the second elastic member 500 is disposed between the key 400 and the ear-growing body 100, and the second elastic member 500 can drive the key 400 to move from the seventh position to the eighth position relative to the ear-growing body 100. When the key 400 is located at the seventh position with respect to the ear-growing body 100, the elastic portion 210 is in the second state. When the key 400 is located at the eighth position with respect to the ear-growing body 100, the elastic portion 210 is in the first state.
In the above embodiment, the elastic force generated by the second elastic member 500 can assist the key 400 to move to the eighth position relative to the ear-growing body 100, so that the elastic portion 210 of the first elastic member 200 is in the first state. Specifically, under the circumstance that the ear-growing structure is used for wearing equipment, the second elastic piece 500 is beneficial to improving the stability of the assembly between the ear-growing structure and the equipment main body of the wearing equipment, and further improving the stability of the connection between the wearing belt and the wearing equipment main body.
In an alternative embodiment, the key 400 is slidably engaged with the ear-growing body 100 such that the key 400 is movable in a second direction relative to the ear-growing body 100. Optionally, the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction. In this embodiment, the moving direction of the key 400 relative to the ear-growing body 100 is perpendicular to the direction of the ear-growing body 100, so that the key 400 is beneficial to be hidden in the wearing band. Further alternatively, the key 400 may be configured in a sheet shape, so that the stress area of the key 400 may be increased under the condition that the user's finger presses the key 400, which is further beneficial to reducing the pressure applied to the user's finger to operate the key 400, and further avoiding pain caused in the process of operating the key 400 by the user.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in some alternative embodiments, the ear-growing body 100 is provided with a key holder 130. The key 400 is movably disposed on the key holder 130. In this embodiment, the key support 130 may provide a mounting base for the key 400, which is beneficial to improve the stability of the key 400.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in some alternative embodiments, the key support 130 is provided with a first limiting portion 131, and at least a portion of the key 400 abuts against the first limiting portion 131 when the key 400 is located at the eighth position relative to the ear-growing body 100. In this embodiment, the first limiting portion 131 not only prevents the key 400 from being separated from the key holder 130, but also is beneficial to achieve accuracy of the moving position of the key with respect to the ear-growing body 100.
In some alternative embodiments, in the case that the key 400 is located at the eighth position relative to the ear-growing body 100, the second elastic member 500 is in a compressed state, and the key 400 may be supported by the first limiting portion 131 under the action of the second elastic member 500. This embodiment is beneficial to preventing the key 400 from shaking relative to the ear-growing body 100, and can prevent the key 400 and the ear-growing body 100 from colliding with each other to make a sound.
In some alternative embodiments, the ear-generating body 100 is a cylindrical structure. Further, the sidewall of the ear-generating body 100 is provided with a relief hole, so that the first elastic member 200 and the ear-generating thimble 300 can be mounted in the mounting hole from the relief hole. Illustratively, the key support 130 is disposed adjacent to the relief port. Alternatively, the elastic portion 210 protrudes at least partially from the relief opening, so that at least a portion of the elastic portion 210 may be located between the first pushing portion 410 and the second pushing portion 420 of the key 400.
In the above embodiment, it is beneficial to increase the area of the operation surface of the key 400, wherein the operation surface of the key 400 is the stressed surface of the key 400 during the process of pressing the key 400 by the user.
