Description
Technical field:
the invention belongs to the field of pesticide dosage forms, and in particular relates to a penoxsulam and haloxyfop-methyl dispersible oil suspension agent, and a preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The dispersible oil suspending agent is a dosage form in pesticide preparations, and is a high-dispersion stable suspension system taking a non-water system (oil-based) as a dispersion medium. The oil generally comprises vegetable oil and derivatives thereof or mineral oil, and the like, replaces the traditional organic solvent, has the characteristics of low toxicity, easy degradation, environmental friendliness and the like, and has good adhesiveness and spreadability, is easy to adhere to a waxy layer on the surface of a plant when being used as a dilution carrier, and can play a role in synergism on some pesticides with strong lipophilicity (such as nicosulfuron herbicide).
Penoxsulam (Penoxsulam), cas no: 219714-96-2 is a post-emergence herbicide developed by the United states Dow company and has the mechanism of inhibiting the acetolactate synthase (ALS) of weeds to kill weeds, is effective against barnyard grass (including barnyard grass resistant to propanil, quinclorac and ACCase inhibitor herbicides), annual cyperaceae weeds, and is effective against a wide variety of broadleaf weeds. The pesticide has long period, can be used from one leaf of rice to one heart of rice to maturity, has the lasting period of penoxsulam up to 30-60 days, and can basically control the harm of weeds in all seasons by once pesticide application.
Penoxsulam (pyroxasulfone), chemical name: 3- (5- (difluoromethoxy) -1-methyl-3-trifluoromethylpyrazole-4-methylsulfonyl) -4,5-2H-5, 5-dimethyl-1, 2-oxazole has the formula: c (C) 12 H 14 F 5 N 3 O 4 S, relative molecular mass: 391.31.
the haloxyfop-methyl belongs to a novel pyrazole selective pre-emergent sealing herbicide, and is applied to control main gramineous weeds and partial broadleaf weeds in dry-land crop fields before emergence of seedlings. Compared with the prior art, the pre-emergent blocking herbicide has a plurality of advantages: the application time range is wide, the application can be carried out from the pre-planting to the post-emergence, and the application is compatible with most common herbicides. The mechanism of action is to exert the efficacy by inhibiting the ultra-long chain fatty acid extension synthetase. The haloxyfop-butyl converts stearic acid into arachidic acid, arachidic acid into behenic acid, behenic acid into lignoceric acid, lignoceric acid into cerotic acid, cerotic acid into montanic acid in the biosynthesis pathway of ultra-long chain fatty acid synthetase in plants, and finally inhibits the synthesis of myristic acid. The product has wide application range, and can be used for corn, peanut, sunflower, soybean, cotton and other crops; is safe to the environment, and is safe to the current crop and the next crop.
The dispersible oil suspending agent which is prepared by combining the halofop-butyl and the penoxsulam is not registered in the market at present, the dispersible oil suspending agent is creatively prepared by combining the halofop-butyl and the penoxsulam, the weeding spectrum can be improved, the defects of more harmful solvents of emulsifiable concentrates, large environmental pollution, poor weeding effect of the suspending agent and the like are avoided, and the suspending agent has higher economic value.
In the process of using penoxsulam and haloxyfop-R-methyl herbicide, if the soil moisture content is poor, the herbicide can produce phytotoxicity to rice in case of poor drainage or extreme weather such as dry weather, less rainfall, low temperature after application, and the like, and is shown to inhibit the growth of rice, rice She Fahuang has an influence on the yield of rice. The inventive addition of the safener 2-methoxy-N- [ [4- [ [ (methylamino) carbonyl ] amino ] phenyl ] sulfonyl ] benzamide can greatly improve the safety of penoxsulam and paraquat sulfone to rice, and has higher economic value.
