As an embodiment of the present invention, the cleaning mechanism includes two mounting grooves 23, two avoiding grooves 701, and four second sliding pins 28, the two mounting grooves 23 are respectively disposed on the top surface and the bottom surface inside the through hole 13, the groove wall of the mounting groove 23 is symmetrically provided with first sliding ports 2301, the two avoiding grooves 701 are disposed on the bottom surface inside the rotating shell 7, and the two avoiding grooves 701 are communicated with the two first sliding ports 2301 located therebelow, the mounting groove 23 is vertically and slidably connected with a second mounting plate 24, one side of the second mounting plate 24 facing the through hole 13 is connected with a scraping plate 25, the side of the second mounting plate 24 is fixedly connected with two connecting plates 26, the end of the connecting plate 26 passes through the first sliding ports 2301 and extends out, the surface of the connecting plate 26 is provided with a second guiding port 27, the second guiding port 27 is formed by a first oblique port 2701, a horizontal port 2702, and a second oblique port 2703 which are communicated with each other, four second sliding pins 28 are symmetrically and rotatably connected to two sides of the mounting seat 12, and end portions of the second sliding pins 28 are inserted into the first inclined opening 2701; in operation, after the weeding blade 14 finishes cutting and cleaning weeds, the mounting seat 12 drives the weeding blade 14 to move towards the inside of the rotating shell 7, in the moving process of the mounting seat 12, the second sliding pin 28 connected to the side surface of the mounting seat 12 presses and pushes the inner wall of the first inclined port 2701, so as to drive the upper and lower connecting plates 26 to move towards each other along the inner wall of the first sliding port 2301, the connecting plates 26 moving towards each other drive the second mounting plate 24 connected with the scraping plate 25 to move towards each other, so that one end of the scraping plate 25 facing the weeding blade 14 is in contact with the surface of the weeding blade 14, in the moving process of the second sliding pin 28 along the inner wall of the horizontal port 2702, the contact state of the end of the scraping plate 25 and the surface of the weeding blade 14 is maintained, so that in the moving process of the weeding blade 14 towards the inside of the rotating shell 7, the surface of the weeding blade 14 is scraped by means of the scraping plate 25 on the lower side of the weeding blade 14, in the process of retracting the weeding blade 14 after weeding, the weeds adhered to the surface of the weeding blade 14 and the soil splashed on the surface of the weeding blade 14 are automatically cleaned, the cleanness of the weeding blade 14 after weeding is favorably maintained, the weeding blade is convenient to continue weeding next time, when the second sliding pin 28 moves to one end, close to the second inclined opening 2703, of the horizontal opening 2702 along with the mounting seat 12, the weeding blade 14 is completely moved into the rotating shell 7, at the moment, when the second sliding pin 28 moves along the inner wall of the second inclined opening 2703, when the second sliding pin 27028 extrudes and pushes the inner wall of the second inclined opening 2703, the connecting plates 26 on the upper side and the lower side are pulled to move reversely, so that the scraping plate 25 is retracted into the mounting groove 23, the residues on the surface of the scraping plate 25 are scraped off by the edge of the mounting groove 23 and are left at the opening of the mounting groove 23, and on one hand, the scraping plate 25 which is not needed to be used is protected, on the other hand makes things convenient for the staff to concentrate clearance to opening 13 department.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the moisture wiping mechanism includes two third mounting plates 29 and two sixth mounting plates 33, the two third mounting plates 29 are slidably connected to the inner wall of the rotating housing 7, the two third mounting plates 29 are respectively distributed on the upper and lower sides of the weeding blade 14, a water absorbing sponge 30 is fixedly connected to one side of the third mounting plate 29 facing the weeding blade 14, a synchronous linkage mechanism is connected between the ends of the two third mounting plates 29 distributed up and down, the synchronous linkage mechanism is used for driving the two third mounting plates 29 to synchronously move in opposite directions relative to each other, the fourth mounting plate 31 is fixedly connected to both sides of the upper third mounting plate 29, the end of the fourth mounting plate 31 is fixedly connected with the guide plate 32, the guide plate 32 is composed of the connected inclined plate 3201 and the horizontal plate 3202, the lateral surface of the horizontal plate 3202 is fixedly connected with the two eighth mounting plates 41, a T-shaped column 42 is inserted at the top of the eighth mounting plate 41 in a sliding manner, the lower end of the T-shaped column 42 is fixedly connected with the inner bottom surface of the rotary shell 7, a spring 43 is sleeved on the surface of the T-shaped column 42, two ends of the spring 43 are respectively fixedly connected with the bottom of the eighth mounting plate 41 and the inner bottom surface of the rotary shell 7, two sixth mounting plates 33 are fixedly connected with the side surfaces of the mounting seats 12, a cylinder 34 is connected between the two mounting seats 12 in a rotating manner, two ends of the cylinder 34 respectively penetrate through the sixth mounting plates 33 and extend to the outside of the same, and a rolling surface at the end part of the cylinder 34 is in contact with an upper inclined surface of the inclined plate 3201; in operation, in an initial state, under the support of the spring 43, the guide plate 32 is supported by the eighth mounting plate 41, so as to support the water-absorbing sponges 30 located on the upper and lower sides of the weeding blade 14, and the water-absorbing sponges 30 are moved away from the through holes 13, thereby preventing water on the surface of weeds from splashing onto the surface of the water-absorbing sponges 30 through the through holes 13 in the weeding process of the weeding blade 14, so as to moisten the water-absorbing sponges 30, which is not beneficial to performing water-absorbing wiping on the surface of the weeding blade 14 after weeding is completed, and when the weeding blade 14 completes cutting and cleaning the weeds, the mounting seat 12 drives the weeding blade 14 to move towards the inside of the rotating shell 7, the cylinder 34 extrudes and pushes the inclined plane of the inclined plate 3201, so that the guide plate 32 drives the eighth mounting plate 41 to move downwards along the T-shaped column 42 compression spring 43, so as to drive the third mounting plate 29 and the water-absorbing sponges 30 located above to move downwards under the connection of the fourth mounting plate 31, under the help of the synchronous linkage mechanism, the third mounting plate 29 and the water-absorbing sponge 30 which are positioned below are synchronously driven to move upwards, so that the side surfaces of the water-absorbing sponge 30 positioned at the two sides of the weeding blade 14 are contacted with the upper surface and the lower surface of the weeding blade 14, the inclined plane of the inclined plate 3201 is continuously extruded along with the column 34, the water-absorbing sponges 30 at the two sides can slightly press the two sides of the weeding blade 14, at the moment, when the weeding blade 14 is driven to continuously move towards the inside of the rotating shell 7 along with the mounting seat 12, the water-absorbing sponges 30 can wipe the upper surface and the lower surface of the weeding blade 14, so that the water attached to the surface of the weeding blade 14 after weeding can be conveniently and timely adsorbed, the service life of the weeding blade 14 can be maintained, the phenomenon that the surface of the weeding blade 14 is rusted due to the water which is not cleaned in time can be avoided, the sharpness of the weeding blade 14 can be maintained, and the cleaning capability of the weeding blade 14 for weeds can be maintained, while the cylinder 34 moves along the top of the horizontal plate 3202 along with the mount 12, the contact state of the water absorbing sponge 30 with the surface of the weeding blade 14 is maintained by the pressing of the cylinder 34 against the top of the horizontal plate 3202, and when the movement of the mount 12 is stopped, the end of the weeding blade 14 moves completely inside the rotary case 7 through the two water absorbing sponges 30.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the synchronous linkage mechanism includes a seventh mounting plate 35, a first rack 37, and a second rack 38, the seventh mounting plate 35 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the rotary housing 7, a gear 36 is rotatably connected to a side of the seventh mounting plate 35 facing the weeding blade 14, the first rack 37 is fixedly connected to an end portion of one of the third mounting plates 29 located above, the second rack 38 is fixedly connected to an end portion of the other third mounting plate 29 located below, and both the first rack 37 and the second rack 38 are engaged with the gear 36; in operation, in the process that the third mounting plate 29 that is located the top drives the in-process that absorbs water sponge 30 and move down, the first rack 37 of connection at its tip can drive gear 36 and rotate, under the transmission of gear 36, drive second rack 38 in step and move up, the second rack 38 that moves up can stimulate third mounting plate 29 and the sponge 30 that absorbs water that is located the below and moves up, thereby drive the sponge 30 that absorbs water that is located the upper and lower both sides of weeding blade 14 and move in opposite directions, in the in-process that weeding blade 14 moved toward the inside of rotating housing 7, be favorable to absorbing water sponge 30 to clear up the moisture that weeding blade 14 surface is stained with, strengthen the aridity on weeding blade 14 surface, be favorable to avoiding rusty phenomenon to appear in weeding blade 14's surface, be favorable to maintaining weeding blade 14's life.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the top of the four third mounting plates 29 located above are fixedly connected with a guide frame 39, the end of the guide frame 39 is provided with an inclined surface 3901, the side surface of the circular plate 16 is fixedly connected with a pressing rod 40, the pressing rods 40 are distributed on the side surface of the circular plate 16 close to one of the arc-shaped openings 1702, the pressing rods 40 are adapted to the inclined surface 3901, and the bottom of the rotating shell 7 is provided with four sets of water outlets 702 at equal intervals; during operation, as the circular plate 16 drives the pressing rod 40 to rotate, when the first sliding pin 18 moves to the end of the eccentric port 1701 close to the arc port 1702, the weeding blade 14 completely enters the inside of the rotary shell 7 through the two water absorbing sponges 30, as the circular plate 16 continues to rotate, in the process that the inner wall of the arc port 1702 slides along the surface of the first sliding pin 18, the pressing rod 40 pushes the inclined surface 3901 of the guide frame 39, the pressing rod 40 slides along the top of the guide frame 39, so as to drive the guide frame 39 to push the four downward-pressing third mounting plates 29 to push the water absorbing sponges 30 to move downward, under the transmission of the synchronous linkage mechanism, the third mounting plates 29 on the upper side and the lower side are synchronously driven to move towards each other, the water absorbing sponges 30 on the upper side and the lower side are driven to contact and extrude the water after being wiped from the water absorbing sponges 30, and the water is discharged to the outside of the rotary shell 7 through the water outlet 702, thereby be favorable to accelerating the aridity of sponge 30 that absorbs water, the use is cleaned to convenient next time, and on the other hand is close to extruded sponge 30 that absorbs water each other and is favorable to sheltering from opening 13 department, is favorable to sheltering from the protection to the inside weeding blade 14 of rotatory shell 7, avoids outside object to take place from opening 13 and gets into the phenomenon that rotatory shell 7 is inside to cause the damage to weeding blade 14.
As an embodiment of the invention, the top of the supporting seat 1 is provided with a blowing mechanism for blowing and drying the inside of the rotating shell 7, the blowing mechanism comprises an annular shell 44, a second sliding port 45 and a hot air blower 47, the air conditioner comprises a control mechanism and an annular ventilation groove 52, wherein the annular ventilation groove 52 is formed in the top of a rotary shell 7, a ventilation hole 5201 is formed in the bottom surface of the annular ventilation groove 52, the inner wall of the annular ventilation groove 52 is rotatably connected with an annular shell 44, a second sliding port 45 is formed in the top of a support seat 1, a ventilation box 46 is vertically and slidably connected inside the second sliding port 45, two ends of the ventilation box 46 respectively extend to the outside of the second sliding port 45, the top of the annular shell 44 at the lower end of the ventilation box 46 is fixedly communicated, a hot air blower 47 is fixedly installed at the top of the support seat 1, and an air outlet of the hot air blower 47 is fixedly communicated with the upper side of the ventilation box 46 through a hose; when the rotary shell 7 works, the ventilation box 46 is rotatably arranged at the top of the rotary shell 7, and the ventilation box 46 is limited in the second sliding port 45 in a vertical sliding manner, so that the rotary shell 7 can rotate independently, the ventilation box 46 cannot rotate along with the rotation, after the weeding blades 14 finish cleaning weeds, the external power supply mechanism is used for supplying power to the hot air blower 47, the ventilation box 46 is driven to move upwards along with the upward movement of the rotary shell 7, so that the linkage control mechanism starts the hot air blower 47 to work, the hot air blower 47 will convey the hot air into the annular ventilation groove 52 through the ventilation box 46, then hot air enters the inside of the rotating shell 7 through the ventilation hole 5201, which is beneficial to drying the surface of the weeding blade 14 wiped inside the rotating shell 7 and increasing the drying property of the surface of the weeding blade 14 on the one hand, and is beneficial to drying the water-absorbing sponge 30 and accelerating the drying speed of the water-absorbing sponge 30 on the other hand.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the control mechanism includes a fixed plate 48 and a pressing block 51, the fixed plate 48 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the supporting seat 1, a pressing switch 49 is fixedly installed on a side surface of the fixed plate 48, the pressing switch 49 is electrically connected to the air heater 47, a pressed block 50 is fixedly connected to a pressed end of the pressing switch 49, first squeezing surfaces 5001 are respectively disposed on upper and lower sides of the pressed block 50, the pressing block 51 is fixedly connected to a side surface of the mounting frame 6, second squeezing surfaces 5101 are respectively disposed on upper and lower sides of the pressing block 51, and the second squeezing surfaces 5101 are adapted to the first squeezing surfaces 5001; during operation, when mounting bracket 6 moves up along with rotatory shell 7, the pressure piece 51 of connection side of mounting bracket 6 can extrude the promotion to the first extrusion face 5001 of being pressed the piece 50 lower extreme with the help of seting up in the second extrusion face 5101 of its tip, thereby press the end of being pressed of press switch 49 with the help of the piece 50 that receives that removes, pressed press switch 49 can start hot-air blower 47 after the circular telegram, make things convenient for hot-air blower 47 to blow hot-blast drying towards rotatory shell 7 inside, after dry to required time, the height of rotatory shell 7 continues to be adjusted through the controller of peripheral hardware, and then cancel the extrusion, stop heating.
As shown in fig. 1, a weeding device applied to agricultural facilities and a weeding method thereof specifically comprise the following steps:
step one, extending the weeding blade 14: when weeding is needed, the height of the first mounting plate 4 is lowered through the height lifting mechanism, so that the rotary shell 7 connected with the weeding blades 14 is lowered, and the weeding blades 14 are moved out of the rotary shell 7 through the linkage adjusting mechanism while the rotary shell 7 moves downwards;
step two, cleaning weeds and soil on the surface of the weeding blade 14: after weeding is finished, when the weeding blade 14 moves towards the inside of the rotating shell 7, the linkage cleaning mechanism cleans the surface of the weeding blade 14;
step three, absorbing the water on the surface of the weeding blade 14: when the weeding blade 14 moves toward the inside of the rotary case 7 after weeding is completed, the water wiping mechanism is linked to wipe the water remaining in the weeding blade 14.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
