The application discloses an electronic file processing system and method for electrical test data, mainly relates to the technical field of data processing, and is used for solving the technical problems that the existing test data are easy to lose in the data transmission process, the data processing is difficult and the like. Illustratively, the data processing module 130 further includes a secondary encryption unit 131; the secondary encryption unit 131 is used for calling a corresponding preset encryption algorithm from the algorithm storage module based on the encryption serial number; and importing the output result into a preset encryption algorithm to encrypt the output result.

the data processing module is used for acquiring encrypted test data, an encrypted serial number and an operation instruction through a first external network port; based on the encryption serial number, calling a corresponding decryption algorithm from an algorithm storage module; based on the operation instruction, acquiring a preset logic operation code, importing the encrypted test data as input data into a decryption algorithm, and importing the decryption algorithm as input data into the preset logic operation code to acquire an output result; and returning the output result to the uploading server.
