Claims (10)

1. 4. The silicon coating device for thin film capacitors as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper brush coating member (5) is a brush; the lower brush coating piece (6) comprises a roller (601) and a flexible liquid absorbing layer (602) coated on the outer surface of the roller (601).

The silicon coating device for the film capacitor as claimed in claim 4, wherein the upper brush coating member (5) comprises a brush bar (502) and bristles (501) arranged at one end of the brush bar (502), and one side of the conveying mechanism (1) is provided with an upper supporting mechanism (7) for mounting the brush bar (502); the upper supporting mechanism (7) comprises an upper supporting piece (701) and an upper fixing seat (702), the upper fixing seat (702) is fixedly arranged, the upper supporting piece (701) is connected with the upper fixing seat (702), the position of the upper supporting piece (701) in the width direction of the conveying mechanism (1) is adjustable, the brush rod (502) is connected with the upper supporting piece (701), and the height of the brush rod (502) is adjustable.
