In another optional embodiment, before generating the target electronic signature matched with the target user according to all the real-time signature track nodes, the method may further include the following operations:
analyzing all real-time signature track nodes to obtain corresponding signature track trends, and determining a signature track corresponding to each electronic signature according to each electronic signature included in the electronic signature set;
analyzing all signature tracks and the signature track trend to obtain the handwriting matching degree of the predicted electronic signature corresponding to the signature track trend and each electronic signature;
and calculating the number of the handwriting matching degrees which are more than or equal to a preset handwriting matching degree threshold value in all the handwriting matching degrees, judging whether the number is more than or equal to a preset number threshold value, and triggering and executing the operation of generating the target electronic signature matched with the target user according to all the real-time signature track nodes when the judgment result is yes.
Therefore, the optional embodiment can determine the handwriting matching degree by comparing the signature track trend of the current signature with the signature track of the pre-stored electronic signature, and determine whether the handwriting of the current signature of the user is matched with the historical handwriting according to all the handwriting matching degrees, if so, the method executes the operation of generating the target electronic signature according to the real-time signature track node, thereby being beneficial to reducing the occurrence of the situation of imposition and substitution signatures, further being beneficial to improving the reliability and the accuracy of the generated electronic signature, and further improving the safety of using the electronic signature.
In yet another optional embodiment, after generating the target electronic signature matched with the target user according to all the real-time signature track nodes, the method may further include the following operations:
judging whether an electronic signature matched with the target electronic signature exists in the electronic signature set or not, and if not, determining that the target electronic signature is a new electronic signature corresponding to the target user so as to update the electronic signature set;
wherein updating the set of electronic signatures comprises replacing at least one electronic signature in the set of electronic signatures with a new electronic signature or storing the new electronic signature to the set of electronic signatures.
Further optionally, when it is determined that an electronic signature matching the target electronic signature exists in the electronic signature set, the electronic signature set is updated according to the electronic signature matching the target electronic signature, or the electronic signature set is not updated. Optionally, updating the electronic signature set according to the electronic signature matched with the target electronic signature includes: the target electronic signature is replaced by the electronic signature matched with the target electronic signature or the target electronic signature is stored in an electronic signature set, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Therefore, the optional embodiment can judge whether the electronic signature matched with the target electronic signature exists, if not, the electronic signature set is updated according to the target electronic signature, an electronic signature updating mode is provided, the comprehensiveness and integrity of an electronic signature acquiring mode are improved, the feasibility of the mode is improved, the electronic signature acquiring efficiency is improved, in addition, the intelligent function of an electronic signature acquiring device is enriched, and when the steps described in the embodiment of the invention are executed by the signature device, the user experience of a user using the signature device can be improved, so that the user viscosity of the device is improved.
In yet another optional embodiment, the determining whether there is an electronic signature matching the target electronic signature in the electronic signature set may include:
analyzing each electronic signature included in the target electronic signature and the electronic signature set to obtain the signature similarity of the target electronic signature and each electronic signature; the signature similarity comprises content similarity and/or font style similarity;
and judging whether the electronic signatures with the signature similarity larger than or equal to a preset signature similarity threshold exist in all the electronic signatures, and determining that the electronic signatures matched with the target electronic signature do not exist in the electronic signature set if the judgment result is negative.
Further optionally, when it is determined that an electronic signature with signature similarity greater than or equal to a preset signature similarity threshold exists in all electronic signatures, it is determined that an electronic signature matched with the target electronic signature exists in the electronic signature set.
In the above optional embodiment, the method may further include the operations of:
analyzing each electronic signature included in the target electronic signature and the electronic signature set to obtain the signature difference degree of the target electronic signature and each electronic signature; the signature similarity comprises content difference and/or font style difference;
judging whether an electronic signature with the signature difference degree smaller than or equal to a preset signature difference degree threshold exists in all the electronic signatures, and determining that an electronic signature matched with the target electronic signature does not exist in the electronic signature set if the judgment result is negative; and when the judgment result is yes, determining that the electronic signature matched with the target electronic signature exists in the electronic signature set.

when the signature running condition is used for indicating that the signature device meets the running configuration condition, or when the number is judged to be smaller than the number threshold value, outputting a signature authority verification instruction according to the user information of the target user; the type of the verification content corresponding to the signature authority verification instruction comprises a biological type and/or a non-biological password type;

Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart illustrating another method for acquiring an electronic signature according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method described in fig. 2 may be applied to an apparatus for acquiring an electronic signature, where the apparatus may include a server, where the server includes a local server or a cloud server, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto. As shown in fig. 2, the method for acquiring an electronic signature includes the following operations:
201. and detecting whether a signature instruction sent by a target user is received.
202. And when the detection result is yes, acquiring the information of the current signature scene, and determining the target electronic signature matched with the target user according to the information of the current signature scene and the signature instruction.

In an optional embodiment, the determining whether the target electronic signature meets a preset signature condition matched with the information of the current signature scene according to the information of the current signature scene and the content evaluation result may include:
determining the form conformity of the target electronic signature and the current signature scene according to the information of the current signature scene and the content evaluation result;

The apparatus depicted in fig. 3 may include a server, where the server includes a local server or a cloud server, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the apparatus for acquiring an electronic signature may include:
the detecting module 301 is configured to detect whether a signature instruction sent by a target user is received.
The information obtaining module 302 is configured to obtain information of a current signature scene when the detecting module 301 detects that a signature instruction sent by a target user is received, where the information of the current signature scene includes scene information of the current signature scene and/or signature item information in the current signature scene.
And the signature determining module 303 is configured to determine a target electronic signature matched with the target user according to the information of the current signature scene and the signature instruction, and determine the target electronic signature as an electronic signature that the target user needs to use in the current signature scene.
It can be seen that the electronic signature acquiring device described in fig. 3 can determine the electronic signature according to the signature scene information and the signature command, different signature scenes can be matched with different personalized electronic signatures, which is beneficial to improving the acquisition convenience of the electronic signature and further improving the acquisition efficiency of the electronic signature, and is also beneficial to improving the matching and the fitting degree of the determined electronic signature and the signature scenes and further improving the accuracy and the reliability of the electronic signature, in addition, the adoption of the personalized electronic signature can improve the uniqueness of the signature, and reduce the situations of impersonation and substitution of the signature, and further improve the security of the electronic signature.
In an optional embodiment, the determining a target electronic signature matched with the target user by the signature determining module 303 according to the information of the current signature scenario and the signature instruction specifically includes:
when the signature command comprises a real-time signature command, detecting the electronic signature operation of a target user to obtain a real-time signature track node of the target user for the electronic signature operation, and generating a target electronic signature matched with the target user according to all the real-time signature track nodes; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,

It can be seen that, the implementation of the apparatus described in fig. 4 can acquire the electronic signature of the user in a real-time signature manner or in a manner of retrieving from a signature repository, and different retrieval manners can be selected for different situations, so as to enrich the diversity of the electronic signature retrieval manners, improve the flexibility of the electronic signature retrieval manners, thereby improving the acquisition efficiency and the acquisition convenience of the electronic signature, storing a plurality of electronic signatures for subsequent selection and use, not needing to rewrite the electronic signatures to generate the electronic signatures each time the electronic signatures need to be used, realizing the resource reutilization, to a certain extent, the steps described in the embodiments of the present invention, when executed by a signature device, can also improve the user experience of the user using the signature device, improve the user's viscosity of using the device, and the electronic signature is acquired by real-time signature operation, so that the uniqueness and individuation of the electronic signature are improved.
In another optional embodiment, the signature determining module 303 is further configured to, before generating a target electronic signature matched with the target user according to all the real-time signature track nodes, analyze all the real-time signature track nodes to obtain corresponding signature track trends, and determine, according to each electronic signature included in the electronic signature set, a signature track corresponding to each electronic signature; analyzing all signature tracks and the signature track trend to obtain the handwriting matching degree of the predicted electronic signature corresponding to the signature track trend and each electronic signature; and calculating the number of the handwriting matching degrees which are more than or equal to a preset handwriting matching degree threshold value in all the handwriting matching degrees, judging whether the number is more than or equal to a preset number threshold value, and triggering and executing the operation of generating the target electronic signature matched with the target user according to all the real-time signature track nodes when the judgment result is yes.
The device described in the implementation of fig. 4 can also determine the handwriting matching degree by comparing the signature track trend of the current signature with the signature track of the pre-stored electronic signature, and determine whether the handwriting of the current signature of the user is matched with the historical handwriting according to all the handwriting matching degrees, if so, the user executes the operation of generating the target electronic signature according to the real-time signature track node, which is beneficial to reducing the occurrence of the imposition of the signature, and is further beneficial to improving the reliability and the accuracy of the generated electronic signature, thereby improving the safety of using the electronic signature.
In yet another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus may further include:
the information determining module 304 is configured to determine, after the signature determining module 303 determines the target electronic signature matched with the target user according to the information of the current signature scene and the signature instruction, a content evaluation result of the target electronic signature according to the signature analysis factor matched with the information of the current signature scene and the target electronic signature; the signature analysis factors include one or more of a content integrity factor, a sharpness factor, a font regularity factor of the signature, and additional content factors in the signature that are not name dependent.
The determining module 305 is configured to determine whether the target electronic signature meets a preset signature condition matching the information of the current signature scene according to the information of the current signature scene and the content evaluation result, and when the determination result is yes, trigger the signature determining module 303 to perform the above-mentioned operation of determining the target electronic signature as the electronic signature that the target user needs to use in the current signature scene.
It can be seen that the implementation of the apparatus described in fig. 4 can also determine whether the target electronic signature meets the signature condition, and if so, the apparatus performs subsequent operation of determining the electronic signature to be used, which is beneficial to improving the integrity and comprehensiveness of an acquisition mode of an electronic signature, thereby improving the rationality and feasibility of the mode, realizing a function of matching different electronic signatures with different signature scenes, and being beneficial to improving the uniqueness and personalization of the electronic signature, and improving the accuracy and reliability of the determined electronic signature.
In yet another optional embodiment, the manner for the determining module 305 to determine whether the target electronic signature meets the preset signature condition matched with the information of the current signature scene according to the information of the current signature scene and the content evaluation result specifically includes:
determining the form conformity of the target electronic signature and the current signature scene according to the information and content evaluation result of the current signature scene;

Claims (10)

1. A method for acquiring an electronic signature, the method comprising:
detecting whether a signature instruction sent by a target user is received;
and when the detection result is yes, acquiring information of a current signature scene, determining a target electronic signature matched with the target user according to the information of the current signature scene and the signature instruction, and determining the target electronic signature as an electronic signature required to be used by the target user in the current signature scene, wherein the information of the current signature scene comprises scene information of the current signature scene and/or signature item information in the current signature scene.
2. The method for acquiring an electronic signature according to claim 1, wherein the determining a target electronic signature matching the target user according to the information of the current signature scenario and the signature instruction comprises:
when the signature command comprises a real-time signature command, detecting the electronic signature operation of the target user to obtain a real-time signature track node of the target user for performing the electronic signature operation, and generating a target electronic signature matched with the target user according to all the real-time signature track nodes; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the signature command comprises a signature calling command, determining an electronic signature set matched with the user information of the target user from a pre-constructed signature repository according to the information of the current signature scene and the user information of the target user included in the signature calling command, and screening at least one electronic signature matched with the information of the current signature scene from the electronic signature set to serve as a target electronic signature matched with the target user.
3. The method for acquiring an electronic signature as claimed in claim 2, wherein before generating the target electronic signature matching the target user according to all the real-time signature track nodes, the method further comprises:
analyzing all real-time signature track nodes to obtain corresponding signature track trends, and determining a signature track corresponding to each electronic signature according to each electronic signature included in an electronic signature set;
analyzing all the signature tracks and the signature track trend to obtain the handwriting matching degree of the predicted electronic signature corresponding to the signature track trend and each electronic signature;
and calculating the number of the handwriting matching degrees which are more than or equal to a preset handwriting matching degree threshold value in all the handwriting matching degrees, judging whether the number is more than or equal to a preset number threshold value, and triggering and executing the operation of generating the target electronic signature matched with the target user according to all the real-time signature track nodes when the judgment result is yes.
4. The method for acquiring an electronic signature as claimed in claim 3, wherein after determining the target electronic signature matching the target user according to the information of the current signature scenario and the signature command, the method further comprises:
determining a content evaluation result of the target electronic signature according to the signature analysis factor matched with the information of the current signature scene and the target electronic signature; the signature analysis factor comprises one or more of a content integrity factor, a definition factor, a font regularity factor and an additional content factor which is not related to names in the signature;
judging whether the target electronic signature meets a preset signature condition matched with the information of the current signature scene or not according to the information of the current signature scene and the content judgment result, and triggering and executing the operation of determining the target electronic signature as the electronic signature required by the target user in the current signature scene when the judgment result is yes;
and judging whether the target electronic signature meets a preset signature condition matched with the information of the current signature scene according to the information of the current signature scene and the content judgment result, wherein the judging comprises the following steps:
determining the form conformity of the target electronic signature and the current signature scene according to the information of the current signature scene and the content evaluation result;
and judging whether the form conformity is greater than or equal to a preset form conformity threshold value, and if so, determining that the target electronic signature meets a preset signature condition matched with the information of the current signature scene.
5. The method for acquiring an electronic signature according to claim 4, further comprising:
when the target electronic signature is judged to meet the signature condition and the target electronic signature is screened from the electronic signature set, determining historical calling signature information of the target user and a signature calling frequency requirement corresponding to the target user according to user information of the target user;
calculating the calling times corresponding to the target electronic signature according to the historical calling signature information;
and judging whether the calling times are less than or equal to a preset calling time threshold value or not according to the signature calling time requirement, and triggering and executing the operation of determining the target electronic signature as the electronic signature required by the target user in the current signature scene when the judgment result is yes.
6. The method for acquiring an electronic signature as claimed in claim 5, wherein after generating the target electronic signature matching the target user according to all the real-time signature track nodes, the method further comprises:
judging whether an electronic signature matched with the target electronic signature exists in the electronic signature set or not, and if not, determining the target electronic signature as a new electronic signature corresponding to the target user so as to update the electronic signature set;
wherein updating the set of electronic signatures comprises replacing at least one of the electronic signatures in the set of electronic signatures with the new electronic signature or storing the new electronic signature to the set of electronic signatures;
and the judging whether the electronic signature matched with the target electronic signature exists in the electronic signature set comprises the following steps:
analyzing each electronic signature included in the target electronic signature and the electronic signature set to obtain the signature similarity of the target electronic signature and each electronic signature; the signature similarity comprises content similarity and/or font style similarity;
and judging whether the electronic signatures with the signature similarity larger than or equal to a preset signature similarity threshold exist in all the electronic signatures, and determining that the electronic signatures matched with the target electronic signature do not exist in the electronic signature set when the judgment result is negative.
7. The method for acquiring an electronic signature according to claim 6, further comprising:
when the number is judged to be smaller than the number threshold value, acquiring the running data of the signature device corresponding to the real-time signature track node, and analyzing the running data and all the real-time signature track nodes to obtain the signature running condition of the signature device;
when the signature operation condition is used for indicating that the signature device does not meet preset operation configuration conditions, performing trend correction on the signature track trend to update the signature track trend, triggering and executing the analysis of all the signature tracks and the signature track trend to obtain the handwriting matching degree of the predicted electronic signature corresponding to the signature track trend and each electronic signature, and triggering and executing the analysis of all the signature tracks and the signature track trend to obtain the handwriting matching degree of the predicted electronic signature corresponding to the signature track trend and each electronic signature; and calculating the number of the handwriting matching degrees which are more than or equal to a preset threshold value of the handwriting matching degrees in all the handwriting matching degrees, and judging whether the number is more than or equal to the preset threshold value of the number.
8. An apparatus for acquiring an electronic signature, the apparatus comprising:
the detection module is used for detecting whether a signature instruction sent by a target user is received;
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring the information of a current signature scene when the detection module detects and receives a signature instruction sent by the target user, wherein the information of the current signature scene comprises scene information of the current signature scene and/or signature item information under the current signature scene;
and the signature determining module is used for determining a target electronic signature matched with the target user according to the information of the current signature scene and the signature instruction, and determining the target electronic signature as the electronic signature required to be used by the target user in the current signature scene.
9. An apparatus for acquiring an electronic signature, the apparatus comprising:
a memory storing executable program code;
a processor coupled with the memory;
the processor calls the executable program code stored in the memory to execute a method for acquiring an electronic signature according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer storage medium storing computer instructions which, when invoked, perform a method of acquiring an electronic signature as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
