In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the embodiments of the present invention are further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The exemplary embodiments and descriptions of the present invention are provided to explain the present invention, but not to limit the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for determining a user interface of a banking system in an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
step 101: classifying the business of the bank to obtain a plurality of business categories;
step 102: acquiring service handling data of a user, classifying the user according to the service handling data and service categories to obtain a plurality of user subsets;
step 103: for each user interface in the multiple user interfaces, acquiring service handling data of each user subset about the user interface; determining the interval time of each user subset relative to the user interface according to the service transaction data relative to the user interface; the interval time is the interval time from the end of one service to the start of the next service when the user transacts the services;
step 104: determining a partial order of the user interfaces according to the interval time, wherein the partial order is used for determining whether a first user interface of any two user interfaces is better than a second user interface;
step 105: and selecting a maximum user interface from the plurality of user interfaces according to the partial order of the user interfaces, and taking the maximum user interface as an optimal user interface, wherein the maximum user interface is a maximum element of the partial order.
The method for determining the user interface of the bank system provided by the embodiment of the invention works as follows: classifying the business of the bank to obtain a plurality of business categories; acquiring service handling data of a user, classifying the user according to the service handling data and service categories to obtain a plurality of user subsets; for each user interface in the plurality of user interfaces, acquiring service handling data of each user subset about the user interface; determining the interval time of each user subset relative to the user interface according to the service transaction data relative to the user interface; the interval time is the interval time from the end of one service to the start of the next service when the user transacts the services; determining a partial order of the user interfaces according to the interval time, wherein the partial order is used for determining whether a first user interface of any two user interfaces is better than a second user interface; according to the partial order of the user interfaces, a maximum user interface is selected from the user interfaces and serves as an optimal user interface, wherein the maximum user interface is a maximum element of the partial order, the optimal user interface of the bank system can be objectively determined, and user experience is improved. The method of determining the user interface of the banking system is described in detail below.
In step 101, a value of each service in each service attribute may be obtained, where the service attribute may include: risk level, whether cash is involved, type of business, etc.; and then classifying the bank services according to the values of the services in the service attributes to obtain a plurality of service classes.
In an embodiment, in step 102, as shown in fig. 2, acquiring the service transaction data of the user, classifying the user according to the service transaction data and the service category, and acquiring a plurality of user subsets may include:
step 1021: for each user, taking the service handling quantity belonging to each service category in the service handling data of the user as the service handling quantity of each service category corresponding to the user;
step 1022: determining a distance function corresponding to each service class, wherein the distance function determines the distance between any two users as the absolute value of the difference of the service handling quantities of the service classes corresponding to the two users;
step 1023: determining a function corresponding to a user according to a distance function corresponding to each service type, wherein the function is used for determining the distance between any two users;
step 1024: and classifying the users according to the functions corresponding to the users to obtain a plurality of user subsets.
In specific implementation, the above-described embodiment of obtaining a plurality of user subsets may improve the accuracy of user interface determination. The requirements of different users on the transaction of the user interface are different, and meanwhile, the data of a single user is too little to be used for accurately evaluating the user interface, and the problems of little data and different requirements can be effectively solved by classifying the users. When the user interface is determined, the requirements of the users are essential, so that the similarity of the requirements of the users to the user interface can be accurately determined through the function corresponding to the users determined by the method, the users are classified based on the distance function, the requirements of the users of each user subset to the user interface are similar, and the accuracy of determining the user interface can be improved through the multiple user subsets obtained by the method.
In specific implementation, an existing clustering algorithm (such as a K-means) may be selected, and users are classified according to functions corresponding to the users to obtain a plurality of user subsets.
In an embodiment, in the step 1024, classifying the users according to the functions corresponding to the users to obtain a plurality of user subsets may include:
selecting a plurality of users as user subset centers, wherein each user subset center corresponds to one user subset, and each user subset only comprises the corresponding user subset center initially;
and repeating the following steps for each user and each user subset until the change value of the service transaction quantity of each service class corresponding to all the user subset centers is less than the set threshold value, thereby obtaining a plurality of user subsets:
for each user, the following three steps are performed:
for each user subset center, determining the distance between the user subset center and the user according to a function corresponding to the user, and taking the distance as the distance corresponding to the user subset center;
selecting a plurality of user subset centers consistent with the risk level of the user from all the user subset centers; determining the minimum value of a plurality of first distances corresponding to the selected user subset center as the distance A (first distance) of the user, and taking the user subset corresponding to the user subset center corresponding to the minimum value as the user subset corresponding to the user; determining the minimum value of a plurality of distances corresponding to the unselected user subset center as the distance B (second distance) of the user;
if the difference between the distance A corresponding to the user and the distance B corresponding to the user is larger than a specified threshold value, a user subset center is newly built based on the user, the newly built user subset center corresponds to a new user subset, and the initial elements of the new user subset only comprise the user; otherwise, dividing the user into user subsets corresponding to the user;
for each customer category, the following steps are performed:
updating the service handling quantity of each service type corresponding to the user subset center to the average value of the service handling quantity of each service type corresponding to all the users of the user subset center; the risk level corresponding to the user subset center is unchanged.
In one embodiment, in step 103, as shown in fig. 3, for each of the plurality of user interfaces, obtaining the service transaction data of the user interface of the respective user subset; determining the interval time of each user subset with respect to the user interface based on the business transaction data with respect to the user interface may include:
step 1031: for each user subset, determining a plurality of interval time samples of the user subset about the user interface according to the service handling data of the user subset about the user interface;
step 1032: the interval times of the user subset with respect to the user interface are determined as an average of a plurality of interval time samples of the user subset with respect to the user interface.
In specific implementation, the above-mentioned embodiment of determining the interval time of each user subset with respect to the user interface may determine the interval time of each user subset with respect to the user interface based on a statistical method, so as to provide a data basis for subsequent analysis.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the method for determining the user interface of the banking system may further include:
step 201: determining, based on a plurality of interval time samples of the user subset with respect to the user interface, a variance corresponding to the plurality of interval time samples and a number of samples corresponding to the plurality of interval time samples;
step 202: determining an error convergence value corresponding to an interval of the user subset with respect to the user interface as a quotient of a square of a variance corresponding to the plurality of interval samples and a number of samples corresponding to the plurality of interval samples;
determining a partial order of the user interface according to the interval time may include:
for any two user interfaces in the plurality of user interfaces, if for each user subset, the interval time of the user subset relative to a first user interface in the two user interfaces is less than or equal to the interval time of the user subset relative to a second user interface in the two user interfaces, and the error convergence value corresponding to the interval time of each user subset relative to the first user interface is less than a preset error convergence threshold value, determining that the first user interface is better than the second user interface.
In specific implementation, the above-mentioned implementation method of determining the error convergence value corresponding to the interval time of the user interface for the subset of users, and based on the threshold value and according to the interval time, determining the partial order of the user interface gives the accuracy of the determined interval time based on the majority theorem, and provides a mathematical basis for subsequent interface analysis.
In one embodiment, the error convergence threshold may be determined as follows:
setting an acceptable interval time error threshold epsilon and setting a probability P that the acceptable interval time error is greater than epsilon;
p is multiplied by epsilon 2 As an error convergence threshold.
In one embodiment, in the step 104, determining the partial order of the user interface according to the interval time may include:
for any two user interfaces of the plurality of user interfaces, determining that a first user interface of the two user interfaces is better than a second user interface of the two user interfaces if, for each subset of users, the time intervals of the subset of users with respect to the first user interface are less than or equal to the time intervals of the subset of users with respect to the second user interface.
In specific implementation, the above-described implementation of determining the partial order of the user interface provides a mathematical basis for subsequent transaction interface analysis.
In one embodiment, in the step 105, selecting a maximum user interface from the plurality of user interfaces according to the partial order of the user interfaces may include:
1. initializing the set of pending user interfaces and the set of user interfaces to be compared to the plurality of user interfaces, and initializing the set of very large user interfaces to null.
2. And circularly executing the following steps until the pending user interface set is empty:
2.1, selecting a user interface A from the set of user interfaces to be determined, and comparing the user interface A with each user interface B except the user interface A in the set of user interfaces to be compared;
2.2 if the user interface B is better than the user interface A, deleting the user interface A from the set of the pending user interfaces; if the user interface A is superior to the user interface B, deleting the user interface B from the set of the pending user interfaces, and determining the user interface B as a secondary user interface of the user interface A;
2.3 if it is confirmed that each user interface except the user interface A in the user interface set to be compared is not superior to the user interface A, adding the user interface A into the maximum user interface set, and deleting all the secondary user interfaces of the user interface A from the user interface set to be compared.
3. The user interface in the set of very large user interfaces is taken as the very large user interface in the plurality of user interfaces.
In one embodiment, in step 105, the maximum element of the partial order is defined as being in the set corresponding to the partial order, and no other element is superior to the maximum element.
It should be noted that, when the number of the user interfaces included in the plurality of user interfaces is large, the calculation redundancy of determining the maximum user interface by using the definition of the maximum element is large, and the complexity is high. The method for selecting the maximum user interface can effectively reduce the complexity of calculation and avoid repeated execution of the calculation.
In summary, the method for determining the user interface of the bank system provided by the invention has the beneficial technical effects that: the newly proposed interface design method can be objectively evaluated, and the advantages and disadvantages of the two interface design methods can be simultaneously compared, and the predicted effect can be evaluated. The invention can find the interface design method with better design effect, and keep the advantages of the two new methods to obtain a new method with better effect.
According to the technical scheme, the data acquisition, storage, use, processing and the like meet relevant regulations of national laws and regulations.
