As shown in fig. 8, which is another preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to reduce the components and assembly processes, one side of the sliding member 34 protrudes and extends a plate-shaped extending portion 344 toward the other end of the sliding member 34, one end of the extending portion 344 bridges over the linking member 35, so that the linking member 35 is connected with the sliding member 34 in a synchronously movable manner to form a whole, so that the linking member 35 and the sliding member 34 move synchronously; a containing area 345 is formed in a positioning space (316) between the sliding member 34 and the linking member 35, and two symmetrical inclined guide ways (351, 351 ') are formed in the containing area 345 for containing and guiding one ends of the two pressing members (36, 36 '), so that the two horizontal portions (361, 361 ') respectively slide synchronously to approach or separate from each other, and the two pressing portions (362, 362 ') at the other ends of the two pressing members (36, 36 ') respectively retract or extend synchronously into the two notches (3111, 3121). In addition, the extension part 344 itself, besides serving as a connection structure, has the protection effects of isolation (preventing foreign matters from entering during the assembly process) and gasket (reducing the shaking influence caused by the manufacturing tolerance gap), and is helpful for the effect of synchronous action of one end of the two pressing pieces (36, 36'); on the other hand, a shallow groove 372 is recessed on a surface of the right cover plate 37 for accommodating and limiting the extension 344 of the sliding member 34, so as to prevent the right cover plate 37 from being spread by the sliding member 34.
In order to stabilize the sliding movement of each element in the positioning space 316, please refer to fig. 9, fig. 10, and fig. 11, the inner wall surface of the left side plate 315 of the frame 31 further has a transverse guide rail 3151 and a longitudinal guide rail 3152, a first protrusion (365, 365 ') is respectively protruded on the horizontal portions (361, 361 ') at one end of the two pressing members (36, 36 '), and the two first protrusions (365, 365 ') are respectively protruded from one side of the two second pressing portions (364, 364 '), so that the two first protrusions (365, 365 ') are limited in the longitudinal guide rail 3152 in a relatively slidable manner, and the horizontal portions (361, 361 ') of the two pressing members (36, 36 ') are respectively and gradually moved toward or away from each other in the two inclined guide channels (351, 351 '). In addition, a strip-shaped second protrusion 346 protrudes laterally from the opposite side of the lateral portion 342 of the sliding member 34, and the second protrusion 346 is limited in the lateral guide track 3151 in a relatively slidable manner, so as to stably guide the sliding member 34 and the linking member 35 to move synchronously.
Based on the structure, the invention not only can facilitate the user to disassemble, assemble and replace the quick-dismantling module 3 and the glasses leg 2 in the integral design; when the quick release module 3 is connected with the temple 2, the end of the pressing part (362, 362 ') of at least one pressing piece (36, 36 ') can be limited in at least one clamping groove (24, 24 ') of the limiting frame 21 of the temple 2, so that when the glasses are worn and used, the quick release module 3 can be effectively prevented from being separated from the temple 2 due to mistaken touch, and the structural integrity of the product is further ensured. Moreover, no matter a user presses two pressing portions (362, 362 ') simultaneously or presses any one of the pressing portions (362, 362') independently, the quick-release module 3 can be separated from the temple 2, so that the use of tools can be effectively simplified, and the operation is more convenient.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are only a few, and not all, of the embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (15)
1. A quick release structure of a glasses temple is characterized by comprising:
one end of the glasses leg is provided with a limiting frame, a limiting space is formed inside the limiting frame, the limiting frame is provided with a clamping groove, and the clamping groove is communicated with the limiting space; and
a quick release module, comprising:
one end of the frame body is connected with one side of a mirror frame, the frame body is positioned in the limiting space of the limiting frame in a separable mode, a positioning space is formed inside the frame body, the frame body is provided with a notch, and the notch is communicated with the positioning space;
the sliding part is limited in the positioning space of the frame body, one end of the sliding part is pressed against the elastic part, and the other end of the sliding part is provided with a first pressing part; and
one end of the pressing piece is limited in the positioning space of the frame body, and the end of the pressing piece is provided with a first pushing part for pushing the first pressing part to enable the sliding part to slide; the other end of the pressing piece is provided with a pressing part, and the end part of the pressing part penetrates through the notch of the frame body and is positioned in the clamping groove of the limiting frame.
2. A quick release structure of a glasses temple is characterized by comprising:
the glasses leg is provided with a limiting frame at one end, a limiting space is formed at the inner part of the limiting frame, the limiting frame is provided with two clamping grooves, and the two clamping grooves are respectively communicated with the limiting space; and
a quick release module, comprising:
one end of the frame body is connected with one side of a mirror frame, the frame body is positioned in the limiting space of the limiting frame in a separable mode, a positioning space is formed inside the frame body, the frame body is provided with two notches which respectively correspond to the two clamping grooves, and the two notches are respectively communicated with the positioning space;
the sliding part is limited in the positioning space of the frame body, one end of the sliding part is pressed against the elastic part, and the other end of the sliding part is provided with two first pressing parts; and
one end of each of the two pressing pieces is limited in the positioning space of the frame body, and the ends of the two pressing pieces are respectively provided with a first pushing part for pushing and pressing the two first pressing parts respectively so as to enable the sliding part to slide; the other ends of the two pressing pieces are respectively provided with a pressing part, and the end parts of the two pressing parts respectively penetrate through the two notches of the frame body and are respectively positioned in the two clamping grooves of the limiting frame.

The quick release structure of eyeglasses temple according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the cross-section of the limiting frame is C-shaped for detachably positioning the frame, and one side of the limiting frame forms an elongated guide groove; one end of the frame body is provided with a lug which passes through the long guide groove and is pivoted with one side of the spectacle frame.

The quick release structure of eyeglasses temple according to claim 2, wherein the frame body comprises a top plate, a bottom plate, a front plate, a rear plate and a left side plate, so as to form the positioning space by a common frame, and the two slots respectively penetrate through the top plate and the bottom plate.
5. The rapid release structure of eyeglasses temple according to claim 4, further comprising a right cover plate and at least one magnetic member, wherein the inner side surface of the rear plate has a limiting groove, one side of the right cover plate has a tenon for limiting in the limiting groove, and the at least one magnetic member is positioned at the inner side of the front plate to connect with the other side of the right cover plate.

The quick release structure of eyeglasses temple according to claim 1, further comprising a linking member, wherein the linking member is spaced from the other end of the sliding member, an extending portion is protruded from one side of the sliding member, and one end of the extending portion is connected across the linking member, so that the linking member is connected with the sliding member in a synchronously movable manner; a containing area is formed in the positioning space between the sliding part and the linkage part and used for containing and guiding one end of the pressing part, which is limited in the positioning space; one end of the pressing piece, which is limited in the positioning space, is also provided with a second pressing part respectively, and one end of the linkage piece is provided with at least one second pressing part for pressing the second pressing part.

The quick release structure of eyeglasses temple according to claim 6, wherein the frame body further comprises a transverse rail and a longitudinal rail, the pressing member further comprises a first protrusion protruding from one end thereof located in the positioning space, the first protrusion being slidably located on the longitudinal rail, the sliding member further comprises a second protrusion protruding from the opposite side thereof, the second protrusion being slidably located on the transverse rail.

The quick release structure of eyeglasses temple according to claim 2, wherein the two first pressing portions are two inclined surfaces respectively formed at the other end of the sliding member; the first pushing part is an inclined plane formed at one end of the pressing piece limited in the positioning space.
9. The quick release structure of eyeglasses temple according to claim 2 or 8, further comprising a linking member, wherein the linking member is limited at the other end of the sliding member in a manner of moving synchronously with the sliding member, one end of the two pressing members limited in the positioning space further has a second pressing portion, and one end of the linking member has two second pushing portions for pushing the two second pressing portions respectively.
10. The rapid-release structure of temple of eyeglasses according to claim 9, further comprising at least one connecting rod, wherein two ends of said at least one connecting rod are respectively connected to said linkage member and said sliding member, so as to allow said linkage member and said sliding member to move synchronously.
11. The quick release structure of eyeglasses temple according to claim 9, wherein an extension portion protrudes from one side of the sliding member, one end of the extension portion is connected across the linkage member, so that the linkage member is connected with the sliding member in a synchronously movable manner, and the ends of the two pressing members, which are limited in the positioning space, respectively slide between the sliding member and the linkage member, so that the linkage member and the sliding member synchronously move.
12. The quick release structure of eyeglasses temple according to claim 11, wherein a receiving area is formed in the positioning space between the sliding member and the linking member, and two symmetrical inclined guide ways are provided in the receiving area to receive and guide one end of the two pressing members confined in the positioning space.
13. The rapid-release structure of temple of eyeglasses according to claim 9, wherein the two second pushing portions are two symmetrical inclined planes respectively formed at one end of the linkage member; the second pressing part is another inclined plane formed at one end of the pressing piece limited in the positioning space.
14. The rapid-release structure of eyeglasses temple according to claim 11, wherein the frame body further comprises a transverse rail and a longitudinal rail, the ends of the two pressing members, which are located in the positioning space, further respectively protrude a first protrusion, the two first protrusions are located in the longitudinal rail in a relatively slidable manner, the opposite sides of the sliding member protrude a second protrusion, and the second protrusion is located in the transverse rail in a relatively slidable manner.
15. The quick release structure of eyeglasses temple according to claim 2, wherein the positioning space of the frame body further comprises an upper stop portion and a lower stop portion which are vertically symmetrical, and a through slot is formed between the upper stop portion and the lower stop portion; the sliding part is provided with an upright part and a transverse part, one end of the upright part is pressed against the elastic part, the transverse part penetrates through the through groove, and the end part of the other end of the transverse part is provided with the two first pressing parts.
