Referring to fig. 7, an air cleaning layer 13, a physical absorption rear layer 14, a chemical absorption layer 15, a disinfection cleaning layer 16 and a physical absorption front layer 18 are all filled in a porous filtering groove 21, the porous filtering groove 21 is made of a porous filtering screen plate 23 without a cover, a built-in square groove 22 is formed in the porous filtering groove 21, the porous filtering groove 21 can be simply detached from the odor cleaning and cleaning module 1, raw materials of all layers can be filled automatically, the thickness of the raw materials is not more than 1cm, the pore diameter of the raw materials is large, and air can easily pass through the raw materials.

the air refreshing layer 13 is formed by mixing plant essential oil, plant essence, animal spice, 80% volume fraction ethanol water solution and nanometer active bamboo charcoal, wherein the mass mixing percentage of the components is as follows: 10% of plant essential oil, 10% of plant essence, 10% of animal essence, 30% of ethanol aqueous solution with volume fraction of 80%, and 40% of nano activated bamboo charcoal.
The physical absorption rear layer 14 and the physical absorption front layer 18 are formed by mixing nanometer activated bamboo charcoal and a nanometer titanium-loaded molecular sieve, wherein the mass mixing percentage of the components is as follows: 50% of nano active bamboo charcoal and 50% of nano titanium-carrying molecular sieve.

s2, filtering: the PVC air conditioner emits poisonous and harmful gas due to high temperature in the air conditioner during working, or the poisonous and harmful gas generated due to the action of moist environmental conditions and microorganisms in the air conditioner during working overflows from an air outlet of the air conditioner, firstly enters a system installation module 24, and effectively intercepts large granular solids through a porous coarse filtering honeycomb network (5);
s3, absorption: the gas enters a physical absorption front layer 18 of the odor removing and purifying module 1, part of toxic and harmful odor gas is absorbed in a physical absorption mode of nano activated bamboo charcoal and a nano titanium-carrying molecular sieve, the saturated odor gas passes through the physical absorption front layer 18 and enters a chemical absorption layer 15, the gas released in the later period of the physical absorption front layer 18 also passes through the chemical absorption layer 15, and sodium carbonate and sodium hydroxide in the gas react with acid gas under the surrounding of a humid environment to effectively intercept most of the toxic and harmful odor gas;
s4, purifying: the gas with higher temperature enters the metal tube condensation layer 17 from the chemical absorption layer 15, the compressed condensing agent is filled in the reticular alternate hollow metal tube to condense the moisture in the gas and blow the condensed water to the disinfection and purification layer 16, wherein the chlorine dioxide disinfection powder and the calcium hypochlorite react with microorganisms and toxic and harmful gas in a humid environment to achieve the purpose of air purification and disinfection;
s5, refreshing: the gas after disinfection and purification enters the physical absorption rear layer 14, the toxic and harmful peculiar smell gas possibly remaining is absorbed again through the nano activated bamboo charcoal and the nano titanium-carrying molecular sieve, the smell of all PVC air-conditioning pieces is comprehensively absorbed, the gas enters the air purification layer 13 after purification, the mixture of the volatilized plant essential oil, the plant essence and the animal spice is sprayed out from the porous fine filtration shunt network 6 at the rear part of the smell removal and purification module 1, air shunting is realized, and then the purification and removal of the smell of the whole household PVC air-conditioning piece are realized.
According to the household PVC air conditioner, through the multi-level filtering, physicochemical absorption, disinfection, sterilization and purification, toxic and harmful gases generated by thermal expansion of the household PVC air conditioner are obviously and effectively absorbed, decomposed and purified, the toxic and harmful gases are prevented from being released into the household environment through the air conditioner, pathogenic bacteria microorganisms bred in the interior of the air conditioner in a humid environment can be effectively killed through the multi-level protection, the pathogenic bacteria microorganisms are prevented from being released into the air, the life safety of residents is threatened, a refreshing comfort is added to the household living environment through the timely release of natural animal and plant spices, the whole system is scientific in design and simple to assemble and disassemble, peculiar smell can be effectively eliminated, the air is purified, and the comfort and the safety of the household living are improved.

a fixed adhesive rubber ring (3) is arranged at the joint of the system installation module (24) and the air outlet of the air conditioner, and a connecting sealing rubber ring (4) is arranged on the inner layer of the fixed adhesive rubber ring (3);
the odor removing and purifying module (1) comprises a supporting shell (12), a porous coarse filtering cellular network (5) is arranged at an air inlet at the front end of the supporting shell (12), a porous fine filtering shunt network (6) is arranged at an air outlet at the rear end of the supporting shell, the outer layer of the porous coarse filtering cellular network (5) is arranged as a physical absorption front layer (18), the outer layer of the physical absorption front layer (18) is arranged as a chemical absorption layer (15), the outer layer of the chemical absorption layer (15) is arranged as a metal tube condensation layer (17), the outer layer of the metal tube condensation layer (17) is arranged as a disinfection and purification layer (16), the outer layer of the disinfection and purification layer (16) is arranged as a physical absorption rear layer (14), the outer layer of the physical absorption rear layer (14) is arranged as an air purifying layer (13), and the outer layer of the air purifying layer (13) is arranged as the porous fine filtering shunt network (6);
the air cleaning layer (13), the physical absorption rear layer (14), the chemical absorption layer (15), the disinfection purification layer (16) and the physical absorption front layer (18) are all filled in a porous filtering groove (21), the porous filtering groove (21) is made of a porous filtering screen plate (23) without a cover, and a built-in square groove (22) is formed in the porous filtering screen plate.

The odor purification and removal system for the household PVC air-conditioning part according to claim 1, wherein the system fixing module (2) is provided with a connecting fixing cover (7) and a system fixing cross rod (8), and the front end of the system fixing cross rod (8) is provided with a fixing elastic band (11).

The odor purification and removal system for PVC air-conditioning parts for home use as claimed in claim 2, wherein the front end of the system fixing cross bar (8) is provided with a fixing screw hole (9) at the rear part of the fixing elastic band (11), and the fixing screw hole (9) is provided with a fixing bolt (10).

The PVC air conditioner odor purification and removal system for home use according to claim 2, wherein said connection fixing cover (7) is further provided with a cylindrical front end of a system fixing rail (8) inside, and a step-by-step engaging thread (19) provided on the cylindrical front end.

The PVC air conditioner odor purification and removal system for household use, according to claim 4, is characterized in that stepping snap screw (20) is arranged on two sides of the cylindrical front end of the system fixing cross bar (8), and the stepping snap screw (20) is in snap connection with the stepping snap screw (19).

The household PVC air-conditioning part odor purification and removal system according to claim 1, wherein the air-refreshing layer (13) is formed by mixing plant essential oil, plant essence, animal spice, ethanol water solution and nano activated bamboo charcoal, wherein the mass mixing percentages of the components are as follows: 10-15% of plant essential oil, 5-10% of plant essence, 5-15% of animal essence, 20-30% of ethanol water solution and 30-40% of nano active bamboo charcoal.

The household PVC air-conditioning part odor purification and removal system according to claim 1, wherein the physical absorption rear layer (14) and the physical absorption front layer (18) are formed by mixing nano activated bamboo charcoal and nano titanium-loaded molecular sieves, and the mass mixing percentages of the components are as follows: 40-60% of nano activated bamboo charcoal and 40-50% of nano titanium-carrying molecular sieve.

The household PVC air-conditioning part odor purification and removal system according to claim 1, wherein the chemical absorption layer (15) is formed by mixing sodium carbonate, porous silica gel micropowder, sodium hydroxide and nano activated bamboo charcoal, wherein the mass mixing percentage of the components is as follows: 40-50% of sodium carbonate, 10-20% of porous silica gel micropowder, 20-30% of sodium hydroxide and 10-20% of nano activated bamboo charcoal.

The household PVC air-conditioning part odor purification and removal system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the disinfection and purification layer (16) is composed of chlorine dioxide disinfection powder, calcium hypochlorite, anhydrous calcium chloride, nano titanium-loaded molecular sieves and chitosan micro powder, wherein the mass mixing percentage of the components is as follows: 30-45% of chlorine dioxide disinfection powder, 10-25% of calcium hypochlorite, 10-20% of anhydrous calcium chloride, 5-10% of nano titanium-carrying molecular sieve and 5-10% of chitosan micro powder.
10. A method for purifying and eliminating odor of a household PVC air conditioner is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, fixing: the odor purification and removal system is fixed on an air outlet of the air conditioner through a system fixing module (2), and a system installation module (24) together with the odor purification and removal module (1) is ensured to be fixed with the air outlet of the air conditioner in a sealing way through a fixed adhesive rubber ring (3) and a connecting sealing rubber ring (4);
s2, filtering: the PVC air conditioner emits poisonous and harmful gas due to high temperature when the interior of the PVC air conditioner works, or the poisonous and harmful gas generated due to the action of the humid environment condition and microorganisms in the interior of the PVC air conditioner during the work overflows from an air outlet of the air conditioner, firstly enters a system installation module (24), and effectively intercepts large granular solids through a porous coarse filtering honeycomb network (5);
s3, absorption: the gas enters a physical absorption front layer (18) of the odor removing and purifying module (1), part of toxic and harmful odor gas is absorbed in a physical absorption mode of nano activated bamboo charcoal and nano titanium-carrying molecular sieves, the saturated odor gas passes through the physical absorption front layer (18) and enters a chemical absorption layer (15), the gas released in the later period of the physical absorption front layer (18) also passes through the chemical absorption layer (15), and sodium carbonate and sodium hydroxide in the gas react with acid gas under the surrounding of a humid environment to effectively intercept most of the toxic and harmful odor gas;
s4, purifying: gas with higher temperature enters a metal tube condensation layer (17) from a chemical absorption layer (15), compressed condensing agents are filled in the reticular alternate hollow metal tubes to condense the moisture in the gas and blow the condensed water to a disinfection and purification layer (16), wherein the chlorine dioxide disinfection powder and the calcium hypochlorite react with microorganisms and toxic and harmful gas in a humid environment to achieve the purpose of air purification and disinfection;
s5, refreshing: the disinfected and purified gas enters a physical absorption rear layer (14), and the possibly residual toxic and harmful odor gas is absorbed again through the nanometer activated bamboo charcoal and the nanometer titanium-carrying molecular sieves, so that the odor of all PVC air-conditioning parts is comprehensively absorbed, the purified gas enters an air purifying layer (13), the mixture of the volatilized plant essential oil, the plant essence and the animal spice is sprayed out from a porous fine filtration shunting net (6) at the rear part of the odor removing and purifying module (1), air shunting is realized, and further the odor of the whole household PVC air-conditioning part is purified and removed.
