The invention has the beneficial effects that: through carrying out pretreatment operation on rapeseeds, wherein the pretreatment comprises two procedures of crushing and steaming and frying, the rapeseeds can be conveniently hulled, oil can be conveniently produced, the oil production rate of the rapeseeds is improved, meanwhile, the water content of the rapeseeds can be reduced through the pretreatment of steaming and frying, the rapeseeds can be conveniently subjected to oil production in the following process, the influence of overhigh water content on the quality of tea oil is avoided, the later dehydration separation procedure is also avoided, the efficiency of preparing the tea oil is improved, and the cost for preparing the tea oil is reduced; the separation process is arranged in the degumming treatment, the deacidification treatment, the decoloration treatment and the deodorization treatment, so that the content of impurity liquid in the preparation process of the tea oil can be reduced, and the refining quality of the tea oil is improved.

Claims (7)

1. The refining process of the tea oil for cosmetics is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s1 pretreatment of camellia seeds
Removing shells of camellia seeds by crushing, wherein in order to avoid difficult shelling and excessive crushing of kernels, the water content of the camellia seeds is controlled within 5-6%, the camellia seeds are processed into powder by a crusher after shelling, so that camellia seed powder has no coarse grains, and a large amount of water in the camellia seeds is removed by steaming and frying after crushing;
s2, squeezing
Squeezing the steamed and fried camellia seeds in an oil press, wherein the temperature of a press chamber is 60-70 ℃, the pressure is 40-50MPa, collecting oil and press cakes, crushing, drying and re-pressing the press cakes, and collecting the oil from the oil press to obtain crude oil;
s3 degumming treatment
Heating the crude oil to 80-90 ℃, adding 25-35% of citric acid aqueous solution by mass fraction, stirring for 15-25 minutes at the rotation speed of 250 revolutions per minute of 200-90 ℃ to obtain mixed solution, then cooling, adjusting the pH of the mixed solution to 4.5-4.8 by using 4-6% of sodium hydroxide aqueous solution by mass fraction, stirring and reacting for 5-6 hours at the rotation speed of 220 revolutions per minute of 180-90 ℃ and carrying out separation treatment, and collecting an upper oil phase to obtain the degummed tea oil;
s4 deacidification treatment
Heating the degummed oil to 80-90 ℃, quickly and uniformly injecting alkali liquor into the oil, stirring at the rotating speed of 60-80r/min, fully mixing, stopping stirring when soapstock particles are generated in the oil and an oil-water separation line appears, heating to 80-90 ℃, standing at a constant temperature for 8-10h, centrifugally separating, transferring upper clear oil to a water washing pot, heating to 75-85 ℃, adding hot water accounting for 5-10% of the weight of the oil for washing, standing at the constant temperature, repeatedly washing, centrifugally separating out the upper clear oil, then placing the upper clear oil in a vacuum drying box, dehydrating and drying for 20-30min, and taking out when the oil temperature is reduced to 40-50 ℃ to obtain alkali-refined deacidified oil;
s5, decoloring
Weighing a certain amount of alkali refining deacidified oil, placing the oil in a decoloring pot, stirring and heating, adding 3-5% of activated clay into the oil when the oil temperature is increased to 100-120 ℃, stirring at constant temperature for 15-20min at the rotating speed of 150-200r/min, filtering while the oil is hot, and removing residual decoloring agent in the oil to obtain decolored oil with pigments, residual soap and metal oxides removed;
s6 deodorization treatment
Adding anhydrous sodium acetate into the deacidified and decolored tea oil, uniformly mixing, centrifuging for 5-15 minutes at the rotating speed of 4000-.
