In the invention, the component A contains acrylic emulsion, the component B contains pentaerythritol, the pentaerythritol and the acrylic emulsion form acrylic ester, and the molecular structure of the acrylic ester has regular long chains, so that the properties of cold resistance, low-temperature flexibility, oil resistance and the like of rubber can be changed, the average particle size of emulsified asphalt can be reduced, and meanwhile, the pentaerythritol can also be used as a cross-linking agent of polyurethane latex to promote the cross-linking of rubber asphalt.

The rubber asphalt is a linear macromolecule, one H of carbon atoms on one main chain of the macromolecule is replaced by S, and one H can be replaced on the other main chain because S can form 2 covalent bonds, so that the linear shape becomes a body shape, similar to the organization of lines into a network, but the sizes of pores are different. matrix asphalt: 20-60 parts;
anionic emulsifiers: 10-30 parts;
modifying agent: 20-40 parts of a solvent;
rubber emulsion: 10-20 parts;
a stabilizer: 1-3 parts;
acrylic emulsion: 10-20 parts;
the component B comprises:
pentaerythritol: 10-20 parts;
sodium polysulfide: 5-15 parts of a solvent;
calcium bromide: 5-10 parts;
water: 50-150 parts.
2. The crosslinkable quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproofing paint according to claim 1, wherein the base asphalt is SK-90 asphalt.
3. The crosslinkable quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating material as claimed in claim 1, wherein said modifier comprises one or a combination of two or more of chloroprene rubber, ethylene propylene rubber and butadiene rubber.
4. The crosslinkable fast-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating material according to claim 1, wherein the rubber emulsion comprises any one of or a combination of any two or more of polyurethane latex, acrylate latex and polyvinyl acetate latex.
5. The crosslinkable quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating material according to claim 1, wherein the stabilizer comprises any one of hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, polyanionic cellulose or a combination of any two or more thereof.
6. The crosslinkable quick-setting rubberized asphalt waterproofing coating according to claim 1, wherein said A-side component further comprises an antifoaming agent.
7. A preparation method of the crosslinkable quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating material according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized by comprising the following steps:
step one, preparing a component A: uniformly mixing 10-30 parts of an anionic emulsifier, 1-3 parts of a stabilizer, 20-40 parts of a modifier, 10-20 parts of a rubber emulsion and 10-20 parts of an acrylic emulsion to form a mixed solution, heating 20-60 parts of matrix asphalt to 100-105 ℃ at a high temperature, and adding the mixture and the mixed solution into a colloid mill to obtain a component A;
step two, preparing a component B; uniformly mixing 5-15 parts of sodium polysulfide, 10-20 parts of pentaerythritol, 5-10 parts of calcium bromide and 50-150 parts of water to prepare a solution, thereby obtaining a component B;
and step three, adding the component A and the component B into a spray gun, atomizing in the spray gun, spraying out through a nozzle of the spray gun, and spraying the component A and the component B onto the base concrete after cross collision in the spraying process under a high-pressure state to form the crosslinkable quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating.
8. The method for preparing the crosslinkable quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating material according to claim 7, wherein in the step one, a defoaming agent is further added into the mixed solution.
9. The method for preparing the crosslinkable quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating material according to claim 7, wherein in the third step, the high pressure is 5MPa to 8 MPa.
