after the thickness adjusting sliding plate 30 is adjusted to a proper position, the double-shaft driving motor 7 is started, the first motor output shaft 14 and the second motor output shaft 15 rotate simultaneously, the second motor output shaft 15 can drive the hollow grinding table 28 to rotate together through the grinding table upper cover 29 when rotating, and the hollow grinding table 28 can contact the ground through the convex shaft tip 48 or the grinding table bottom grinding surface 35 in the process of rotating under the support of the grinding rotation limiting device 44, so that the polishing and grinding purposes are achieved;
the first motor output shaft 14 can drive the impeller 9 to rotate together with hydraulic power when rotating, and the hydraulic power drive impeller 9 has the capacity of squeezing water downwards when rotating;
