In the seat 3 swing back and forth in-process, seat 3 constantly extrudes inflation push rod 104, make inflation push rod 104 remove downwards, gasbag 102 is compressed, then gas enters into in the blowing pipeline 108 through connecting tube 106, discharge through blowing pipeline 108 at last, can blow to the user like this, play radiating effect, when seat 3 does not extrude inflation push rod 104, under gasbag 102's effect, gasbag 102 automatic re-setting, make inflation push rod 104 remove upwards and reset, if can open relief valve 103 when not using, unnecessary gas outgoing in gasbag 102 like this, close the relief valve 103 afterwards can, operation more than the repetition can realize carrying out radiating effect to the user.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 14 and fig. 15, the anti-collision device 11 is further included, the anti-collision device 11 includes a guide cylinder 111, a third return spring 112 and a protection plate 113, the bottom wall of the placing frame 71 is connected with the guide cylinder 111 through bolts, the protection plate 113 is connected in the guide cylinder 111 in a sliding manner, the protection plate 113 can slide on the guide cylinder 111, the third return spring 112 is arranged between the bottom wall of the protection plate 113 and the bottom wall of the adjacent guide cylinder 111, and the protection plate 113 can be driven to move and reset under the action of the third return spring 112.
When the balancing weight 72 moves upwards, the third return spring 112 in the compressed state resets, so that the protection plate 113 moves upwards, when the balancing weight 72 moves downwards and resets, the protection plate 113 moves downwards and resets, the third return spring 112 is compressed, the buffer effect can be achieved, meanwhile, other parts can be prevented from being impacted when the balancing weight 72 moves downwards, and the anti-collision effect can be achieved.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 16, further including buffer mechanism 12, buffer mechanism 12 includes guide plate 121, buffer plate 122 and fourth reset spring 123, guide plate 121 is connected to the left and right sides of upper portion of supporting seat 2, sliding connection has buffer plate 122 between guide plate 121, guide plate 121 can lead to buffer plate 122, and buffer plate 122 can cushion seat 3, the top of buffer plate 122 is equipped with the rubber slab, can make seat 3 bottom obtain better buffering, all be connected with fourth reset spring 123 between the left and right sides of buffer plate 122 and the guide plate 121.
In the process of swinging the seat 3 back and forth, the fourth return spring 123 can drive the buffer plate 122 to move up and down, the fourth return spring 123 is adaptive to deformation, the buffer plate 122 can buffer the seat 3, and the seat 3 is prevented from being damaged.

The device for warming up before track and field training according to claim 1, characterized in that the upper limb warming up mechanism (7) comprises a placing frame (71), a balancing weight (72), a clamping block (73), a first guiding bracket (74), a first reset spring (75), a connecting column (76), a connecting block (77), a first guide wheel (78), a mounting frame (79), a second guide wheel (710), a steel cable (711) and a hand lever (712), wherein the left side and the right side of the rear side of the top of the base (1) are both connected with the placing frame (71) through bolts, the balancing weight (72) is uniformly placed in the placing frame (71), the rotating type mounting frame (79) is welded on the front side of the top of the base (1), the second guide wheel (710) is rotatably connected on the left side and the right side of the top of the mounting frame (79), the first guide wheel (78) is connected on the upper portion of the placing frame (71), the steel cable (711) is wound between the front first guide wheel (78) and the second guide wheel (710), be connected with hand lever (712) between cable wire (711) front side, cable wire (711) rear side bottom all is equipped with connecting block (77), spliced pole (76) have all been welded to connecting block (77) bottom, be connected with first guide bracket (74) between spliced pole (76) bottom, the equal sliding type in first guide bracket (74) left and right sides is connected with fixture block (73), in fixture block (73) can be gone into counterweight block (72), be connected with first reset spring (75) between two fixture blocks (73).

The device for warming up before track and field training according to claim 4, further comprising a blowing heat dissipation mechanism (10), wherein the blowing heat dissipation mechanism (10) comprises a second mounting bracket (101), an air bag (102), a pressure release valve (103), an air inflation push rod (104), mounting blocks (105), a connecting pipeline (106), a connecting bracket (107) and a blowing pipeline (108), the second mounting bracket (101) is welded on the front side of the supporting seat (2), the air bag (102) is connected on the second mounting bracket (101) through bolts, the air inflation push rod (104) is connected on the air bag (102), the bottom of the seat (3) is attached to the air inflation push rod (104), the pressure release valve (103) is connected on the front side of the lower part of the air bag (102), the two mounting blocks (105) are connected on the left side and the right side of the inner lower part of the mounting bracket (79), the connecting pipeline (106) is arranged between the two adjacent mounting blocks (105), connecting tube (106) lower part is connected with gasbag (102) respectively, and the left and right sides on upper portion all is connected with linking bridge (107) in mounting bracket (79), all is connected with on linking bridge (107) and blows wind pipeline (108), blows wind pipeline (108) bottom and is connected with adjacent connecting tube (106) respectively.

The device for warming up before track and field training according to claim 5, characterized by further comprising an anti-collision mechanism (11), wherein the anti-collision mechanism (11) comprises a guide cylinder (111), a third return spring (112) and a protection plate (113), the guide cylinder (111) is connected to the inner bottom wall of the placing frame (71) through bolts, the protection plate (113) is connected to the inner side of the guide cylinder (111) in a sliding manner, and the third return spring (112) is arranged between the bottom of the protection plate (113) and the inner bottom wall of the adjacent guide cylinder (111).

The device for warming up before track and field training according to claim 6, further comprising a buffering mechanism (12), wherein the buffering mechanism (12) comprises a guide plate (121), a buffering plate (122) and a fourth return spring (123), the guide plate (121) is connected to the left side and the right side of the upper part of the supporting seat (2), the buffering plate (122) is connected between the guide plates (121) in a sliding manner, and the fourth return spring (123) is connected between the left side and the right side of the buffering plate (122) and the guide plate (121).
