In the implementation process, the method firstly scans the target paper voucher to obtain the corresponding electronic accounting voucher to be imported and the first metadata. Then with financial date and first department information as the standard, will wait to lead in the electronic accounting document and lead in to the first data field that corresponds with corresponding first metadata, realized carrying out the purpose of classified storage with a plurality of electronic accounting documents of different financial dates and different first department information. When responding to a user accounting request, acquiring and determining an accounting data domain according to the to-be-accounted item information to acquire second metadata and second department information of all electronic accounting vouchers in the accounting data domain, thereby determining a second data domain, namely all first data domains associated with the electronic accounting vouchers, and further acquiring all data files in the second data domain. And then, finding the optimal accounting scheme which is most matched with the integrality, the characteristics and the like of all the data files at the moment according to all the acquired data files by using the trained accounting scheme planning model. Therefore, the to-be-accounted item information is accounted according to the optimal accounting scheme to obtain the accounting result, the accuracy of the accounting result is ensured, the optimal accounting scheme is determined according to the integrity, the characteristics and the like of all the data files, the accounting is not required to be carried out until all the data files are completed, the working time of business personnel is effectively saved, and the accounting processing progress of the accounting document is accelerated.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural block diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The electronic device comprises a memory 101, a processor 102 and a communication interface 103, wherein the memory 101, the processor 102 and the communication interface 103 are electrically connected to each other directly or indirectly to realize data transmission or interaction. For example, the components may be electrically connected to each other via one or more communication buses or signal lines. The memory 101 may be used for storing software programs and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to a financial accounting intelligent service system provided in an embodiment of the present application, and the processor 102 executes the software programs and modules stored in the memory 101 to thereby execute various functional applications and data processing. The communication interface 103 may be used for communicating signaling or data with other node devices.
The Memory 101 may be, but not limited to, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable Read Only Memory (PROM), an Erasable Read Only Memory (EPROM), an electrically Erasable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), and the like.
The processor 102 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. The Processor 102 may be a general-purpose Processor, including a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; but also Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) or other Programmable logic devices, discrete Gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components.
It will be appreciated that the configuration shown in fig. 5 is merely illustrative and that the electronic device may include more or fewer components than shown in fig. 5 or have a different configuration than shown in fig. 5. The components shown in fig. 5 may be implemented in hardware, software, or a combination thereof.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. The apparatus embodiments described above are merely illustrative, and for example, the flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of apparatus, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present application. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems that perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
In addition, functional modules in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated together to form an independent part, or each module may exist separately, or two or more modules may be integrated to form an independent part.
The functions, if implemented in the form of software functional modules and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application or portions thereof that substantially contribute to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium and including instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.

Claims (10)

1. The financial accounting intelligent service system is characterized by comprising a scanning module, a date acquisition module, an import module, an accounting data domain determination module, a second data domain determination module, a scheme matching module and an accounting module;
the scanning module is used for scanning a target paper voucher to obtain an electronic accounting voucher to be imported, and obtaining corresponding first metadata according to the electronic accounting voucher to be imported;
the date acquisition module is used for acquiring the financial date and the first department information of the target paper certificate;
the import module is used for importing the electronic accounting document to be imported and the corresponding first metadata into a corresponding first data domain according to the financial date and the first department information;
the accounting data domain determining module is used for acquiring to-be-accounted item information when responding to a user accounting request, and determining an accounting data domain according to the to-be-accounted item information, wherein the accounting data domain comprises at least one first data domain;
the second data domain determining module is used for acquiring and determining a second data domain according to second metadata and second department information of all electronic accounting documents in the accounting data domain, and acquiring all data files from the second data domain;
the scheme matching module is used for inputting all data files into a trained accounting scheme planning model for matching to obtain an optimal accounting scheme;
and the accounting module is used for accounting the item information to be accounted according to the optimal accounting scheme to obtain an accounting result.
2. The intelligent financial accounting service system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the import module comprises an encryption unit, and the second data domain determining module comprises a decryption unit;
the encryption unit is used for encrypting all electronic accounting documents and corresponding first metadata in the first data domain according to a preset encryption algorithm;
the decryption unit is used for decrypting all the electronic accounting documents in the accounting data domain according to a preset decryption algorithm while acquiring all the electronic accounting documents in the accounting data domain, wherein the preset encryption algorithm is matched with the preset decryption algorithm.
3. The intelligent financial accounting service system of claim 1 wherein the accounting data domain determining module comprises:
an identity information acquisition unit for acquiring user identity information when responding to a user accounting request;
and the identity information verification unit is used for inputting all the user identity information into a preset identity database for matching so as to verify the user identity information.
4. The intelligent financial accounting service system of claim 1, wherein the import module comprises:
the examination and approval unit is used for examining and approving the electronic accounting document to be imported and the corresponding first metadata according to a preset examination and approval program;
and the non-import unit is used for not importing the electronic accounting document to be imported if the electronic accounting document consistent with the electronic accounting document to be imported exists.
5. The intelligent service system for financial accounting as claimed in claim 1, wherein the transaction information to be accounted comprises any electronic accounting documents to be accounted, the system further comprising:
the third department information determining module is used for determining third department information according to the electronic accounting document to be accounted;
the historical billing information acquisition module is used for acquiring the historical billing information of the third department;
and the prediction module is used for predicting the future invoicing condition of the third department according to the accounting result and the historical invoicing information.
6. The intelligent financial accounting service system of claim 5, wherein the prediction module comprises:
and the model prediction unit is used for inputting the accounting result and the historical billing information into a preset prediction model to obtain a prediction result.
7. The intelligent financial accounting service system as claimed in claim 1, further comprising:
the model establishing module is used for establishing an accounting scheme planning model;
the test scheme making module is used for obtaining a plurality of data files and making a plurality of test accounting schemes according to the data files;
and the model training module is used for training the accounting scheme planning model by taking the plurality of test accounting schemes as training samples to obtain the trained accounting scheme planning model.
8. An intelligent service method for financial accounting is characterized by comprising the following steps:
scanning a target paper voucher to obtain an electronic accounting voucher to be led in, and obtaining corresponding first metadata according to the electronic accounting voucher to be led in;
acquiring the financial date and first department information of the target paper certificate;
importing the electronic accounting document to be imported and the corresponding first metadata into a corresponding first data domain according to the financial date and the first department information;
when a user accounting request is responded, acquiring to-be-accounted item information, and determining an accounting data domain according to the to-be-accounted item information, wherein the accounting data domain comprises at least one first data domain;
acquiring and determining a second data domain according to second metadata and second department information of all electronic accounting documents in the accounting data domain, and acquiring all data files from the second data domain;
inputting all data files into a trained accounting scheme planning model for matching to obtain an optimal accounting scheme;
and according to the optimal accounting scheme, accounting is carried out on the to-be-accounted item information to obtain an accounting result.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory for storing one or more programs;
a processor;
the one or more programs, when executed by the processor, implement the method of claim 8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method of claim 8.
