In the embodiment, if the city level of the interest point to be processed is the first city level, selecting an interest point, as a candidate interest point, from the multiple interest points, of which the distance to the geographic position of the interest point to be processed is smaller than the first distance threshold and which is the same as the type of the interest point to be processed; if the city level of the interest point to be processed is a second city level, selecting an interest point, the distance between the interest point to be processed and the geographic position of the interest point to be processed is smaller than a second distance threshold value and the interest point is the same as the interest point type of the interest point to be processed, from the interest points, and using the interest point as a candidate interest point; if the city level of the interest point to be processed is a third city level, selecting an interest point, the distance between the interest point to be processed and the geographic position of the interest point to be processed is smaller than a third distance threshold value and the interest point is the same as the interest point type of the interest point to be processed, from the interest points, and using the interest point as a candidate interest point; the first city level is higher than the second city level, the second city level is higher than the third city level, the first distance threshold value is larger than the second distance threshold value, and the second distance threshold value is larger than the third distance threshold value.
In this embodiment, the information processing apparatus screens out, from the candidate interest points, associated interest points having an association relationship with the interest points to be processed, according to the attribute information of the interest points to be processed and the attribute information of the candidate interest points. One way to implement this is to determine the similarity between the interest points to be processed and each candidate interest point according to the attribute information of the interest points to be processed and the attribute information of each candidate interest point; and selecting the associated interest points with the similarity meeting the set similarity condition from the candidate interest points according to the similarity between the interest points to be processed and each candidate interest point. It should be noted that, the similarity condition is not limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the similarity condition may arrange the similarities of the candidate interest points in order from large to small, select the top 20% or 30% of the interest points, select the interest point with the highest similarity as the candidate interest point, and the like, and the similarity condition may be adjusted according to the actual situation. The attribute information of the interest points to be processed and the attribute information of the candidate interest points include, but are not limited to, the following: point of interest name, address, location, category, and price. The similarity between the interest point to be processed and each candidate interest point may be a cosine similarity.
For example, taking the point of interest to be processed as a first restaurant and the candidate points of interest as a second restaurant, a third restaurant, a fourth restaurant and a fifth restaurant as examples, the similarity between the first restaurant and the second restaurant, the first restaurant and the third restaurant, the first restaurant and the fourth restaurant, and the first restaurant and the fifth restaurant are sequentially determined according to the name, address, position, category and price of the point of interest of the first restaurant and each candidate restaurant. The similarity between the first restaurant and the second restaurant, between the first restaurant and the third restaurant, between the first restaurant and the fourth restaurant, and between the first restaurant and the fifth restaurant is as follows: 0.95, 0.85, 0.7, 0.98; and selecting the interest points with the similarity ranking two top from all the candidate interest points, wherein the interest points are respectively the second restaurant and the fifth restaurant and serve as the associated interest points.
In the above-described embodiment, the information processing apparatus determines the similarity between the interest point to be processed and each candidate interest point according to the attribute information of the interest point to be processed and the attribute information of each candidate interest point. One optional embodiment is that vectorization processing is performed on the attribute information of the interest point to be processed and the attribute information of each candidate interest point to obtain a feature vector of the interest point to be processed and a feature vector of each candidate interest point; and aiming at the target candidate interest points, calculating the similarity between the interest points to be processed and the target candidate interest points according to the feature vectors of the interest points to be processed and the feature vectors of the target candidate interest points, wherein the target candidate interest points are any one of the candidate interest points.
Optionally, the attribute information of the interest point to be processed and the attribute information of the candidate interest point include, but are not limited to, the following: name, address, latitude and longitude, category, and price. And vectorizing the attribute information of the interest points to be processed and the attribute information of each candidate interest point. The longitude and latitude and the price are digital types, and vectorization processing can be omitted. Vectorization processing can be performed on the name and the address by using a word2vec vectorization algorithm to obtain a name vector and an address vector, for example, the name vector and the address vector are 120-dimensional vectors; vectorization processing can be carried out on the category by a single hot coding algorithm to obtain a category vector; combining a name vector, an address vector, a category vector, longitude and latitude and price corresponding to the interest point to be processed to obtain a feature vector of the interest point to be processed; and combining the name vector, the address vector, the category vector, the longitude and latitude and the price corresponding to each candidate interest point to obtain the feature vector of each candidate interest point. And determining the similarity of the feature vector of the interest point to be processed and the feature vector of each candidate interest point by using a stored similarity algorithm to obtain the similarity between the interest point to be processed and each candidate interest point.
In each of the embodiments described above and below, the service tags for the points of interest include generic service tags and unique service tags.
The specific service tag refers to a specific and personalized service tag of a certain interest point or a certain interest point type. The universal service tag refers to a service tag having universality among a plurality of interests, wherein the universality refers to that the universal service tag can be marked on a plurality of interest points as opposed to personalization. The common service tags may be service tags having commonality among the same type of points of interest, or service tags having commonality among different types of points of interest.
The unique service tag of the point of interest corresponds to the general service tag, and indicates a tag under the point of interest.
In this embodiment, the service tag of the to-be-processed interest point is configured and obtained according to the service tag of the associated interest point. One way to implement this is to configure a service tag of the to-be-processed interest point according to a general service tag of the associated interest point, where the general service tag is a tag that is marked on at least two interest points and used for reflecting a common characteristic of the at least two interest points.
The information processing apparatus may first determine a general service tag for a set type of point of interest. In one way that can be achieved is that,
acquiring a first number of interest points in a set type in a set geographical area, wherein the set type is any one of all types of the interest points in the set geographical area;
aiming at each service label, acquiring a second number of interest points carrying each service label in the interest points in the set geographic area; determining a commonality evaluation parameter of each service label according to the first number and the second number; and selecting the service label with the universality evaluation parameter meeting the universal value condition from all the service labels as a universal service label. It should be noted that the setting types include, but are not limited to: hotel type, attraction type, school type, bank type, gas station type, hospital type, and supermarket type. The universal value condition is not limited in the embodiment of the disclosure, the universal value evaluation parameter is a universal value, the universal value condition can be arranged according to the universal value of the service tag from large to small, the service tags 20% or 30% of the universal value ranking are selected and deduplicated, and obviously, the universal value condition can be adjusted according to the actual situation. It should be noted that, in the embodiments of the present application, a general service tag is used to perform tag filling on a POI lacking a tag, so as to prevent a unique service tag from being filled into the POI lacking a tag, and reduce the service tag accuracy of the POI lacking a tag.
For example, the number of interest points of restaurant type in a city is obtained as 200, all service tags of the interest points of restaurant type are counted: "the environment is good", "the environment is graceful", "convenient to transport", "WIFI is provided", "have WIFI", "the food is delicious", "have parking area", "have smokeless area", "have room" and "have box" etc.. And respectively counting the number of restaurants containing the service tags. For the first service label, for example, the service label "environment is graceful", the number of interest points including "environment is 60, the ratio 60/200 between the number of interest points including" environment is 60 and the number of restaurants is 200 is 0.3, the common value of the service label "environment is determined sequentially, and the service labels with the top 20% of the common value are selected as: "good environment", "beautiful environment", "convenient and fast transportation", "providing WIFI", "having WIFI", as a general label of the restaurant type points of interest, and the remaining service labels "good food, delicious", "having parking lot", "having no smoke area", "having room", and "having room", etc. as unique service labels of the restaurant type points of interest.
With reference to the description of the foregoing embodiments, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a tag determination method provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, the tag determination method includes:
s201: acquiring a first number of interest points in a set type in a set geographical area, wherein the set type is any one of all types of the interest points in the set geographical area;
s202: acquiring a second quantity of interest points carrying the service labels in the interest points in the set geographic area aiming at the service labels;
s203: determining a commonality evaluation parameter of each service label according to the first number and the second number;
s204: and selecting the service label with the universality evaluation parameter meeting the universal value condition from all the service labels as a universal service label.
In this embodiment, all steps of the tag determination method can refer to the descriptions of the corresponding parts of the foregoing embodiments, which are not described herein again, and meanwhile, corresponding technical effects can also be obtained.
With reference to the description of the foregoing embodiments, fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of an information processing method according to an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure. As shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
s301: acquiring a first number of interest points in a set type in a set geographical area, wherein the set type is any one of all types of the interest points in the set geographical area;
s302: acquiring a second quantity of interest points carrying the service labels in the interest points in the set geographic area aiming at the service labels;
s303: determining a commonality evaluation parameter of each service label according to the first number and the second number;
s304: selecting a service label with the condition that the universality evaluation parameter is full of the universal value from all service labels as a universal service label with a set type;
s305: acquiring interest points to be processed to which labels are to be added;
s306: determining an associated interest point having an association relation with the interest point to be processed from the stored interest points according to the attribute information of the interest point to be processed;
s307: and configuring the service tag of the interest point to be processed according to the general service tag of the associated interest point.

With reference to the description of the foregoing embodiments, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating an information processing method according to an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure. As shown in fig. 4, the method includes:
s401: acquiring interest points to be processed to which labels are to be added;
s402: determining candidate interest points from a plurality of stored interest points according to attribute information of the interest points to be processed, wherein each interest point is configured with a service tag;
s403: screening out associated interest points which have an association relation with the interest points to be processed from the candidate interest points according to the attribute information of the interest points to be processed and the attribute information of the candidate interest points;
s404: and configuring the service tag of the interest point to be processed according to the service tag of the associated interest point.
In this embodiment, all steps of the information processing method can refer to the descriptions of the corresponding parts of the foregoing embodiments, which are not described herein again, and meanwhile, corresponding technical effects can be achieved.
In the method embodiment of the present disclosure, a to-be-processed interest point to which a tag is to be added is obtained; according to the attribute information of the interest points to be processed, determining associated interest points which have an association relation with the interest points to be processed from the stored interest points, wherein each stored interest point is configured with a service tag; and automatically configuring the service tag of the interest point to be processed according to the service tag of the associated interest point, and perfecting the service tag in the interest point to be processed, so that the configuration efficiency of the service tag of the interest point is improved, and the accuracy of the service tag of the interest point is improved.
Fig. 5a is a block diagram of an information processing apparatus 50 according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 5a, the information processing apparatus 50 includes: an acquisition module 51, a determination module 52 and a configuration module 53.
The acquisition module 51 acquires interest points to be processed to which tags are to be added;
the determining module 52 determines, according to the attribute information of the interest points to be processed, associated interest points having an association relationship with the interest points to be processed from the stored interest points, where each stored interest point has been configured with a service tag;
the configuration module 53 configures the service tag of the to-be-processed interest point according to the service tag of the associated interest point.
Optionally, fig. 5b is a block diagram of a determining module 52 according to an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure. A determination module 52 comprising a determination submodule 521 and a screening submodule 522;
the determining submodule 521 is configured to determine candidate interest points from the stored multiple interest points according to attribute information of the interest points to be processed, where each interest point is configured with a service tag;
and the screening submodule 522 is configured to screen out associated interest points having an association relationship with the interest points to be processed from the candidate interest points according to the attribute information of the interest points to be processed and the attribute information of the candidate interest points.
Optionally, the attribute information includes a point of interest position and a point of interest type, and the determining submodule 521, when determining the candidate point of interest from the stored multiple points of interest according to the attribute information of the point of interest to be processed, is configured to:
determining an interest point selection mode corresponding to the interest point type of the interest point to be processed;
and selecting candidate interest points from the plurality of interest points according to the interest point selection mode and the interest point positions of the interest points to be processed.
Optionally, when determining the interest point selection manner corresponding to the interest point type of the interest point to be processed, the determining submodule 521 is configured to:
determining an interest point selection mode corresponding to a preset type as a first interest point selection mode under the condition that the interest point type of the interest point to be processed is the preset type;
and under the condition that the interest point type of the interest point to be processed is a non-preset type, determining the interest point selection mode corresponding to the non-preset type as a second interest point selection mode.
Optionally, the point of interest is a geographic location, and the determining submodule 521 is configured to, when selecting a candidate point of interest from the multiple points of interest according to the point of interest selection mode and the point of interest of the point of interest to be processed,:
under the condition that the interest point selection mode is the first interest point selection mode, selecting candidate interest points from the interest points, wherein the candidate interest points are in an administrative area where the geographic position of the interest points to be processed is located, and the interest point types of the candidate interest points and the interest points to be processed are the same;
and under the condition that the interest point selection mode is the second interest point selection mode, selecting candidate interest points from the interest points according to the city level of the interest points to be processed, wherein the distance between the candidate interest points and the geographic positions of the interest points to be processed meets the set distance condition, and the interest point types of the candidate interest points and the interest points to be processed are the same.
Optionally, the screening sub-module 522 screens out, from the candidate interest points, associated interest points having an association relationship with the interest points to be processed according to the attribute information of the interest points to be processed and the attribute information of the candidate interest points, and is configured to:
determining the similarity between the interest points to be processed and each candidate interest point according to the attribute information of the interest points to be processed and the attribute information of each candidate interest point;
and selecting the associated interest points with the similarity meeting the set similarity condition from the candidate interest points according to the similarity between the interest points to be processed and each candidate interest point.
Optionally, the configured service tag of each point of interest includes a general service tag, where the general service tag is a tag marked on at least two points of interest and used for reflecting a common characteristic of the at least two points of interest.
Optionally, the obtaining module 51 may further be configured to:
acquiring a first number of interest points in a set type in a set geographical area, wherein the set type is any one of all types of the interest points in the set geographical area;
acquiring a second quantity of interest points carrying the service labels in the interest points in the set geographic area aiming at the service labels;
determining a commonality evaluation parameter of each service label according to the first number and the second number;
and selecting the service label with the universality evaluation parameter meeting the universal value condition from all the service labels as a universal service label.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 6, the electronic apparatus includes: a memory 601 and a processor 602. In addition, the electronic device comprises necessary components such as a power component 603, a communication component 604 and a display 605.
The memory 601 is used for storing computer programs and may be configured to store other various data to support operations on the electronic device. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the electronic device.
The memory 601, which may be implemented by any type of volatile or non-volatile memory device or combination thereof, may include, for example, Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disk.
A communication component 604 for data transmission with other devices.
Processor 602, which may execute computer instructions stored in memory 601, to: acquiring interest points to be processed to which labels are to be added; according to the attribute information of the interest points to be processed, determining associated interest points which have an association relation with the interest points to be processed from the stored interest points, wherein each stored interest point is configured with a service tag; and configuring the service tag of the interest point to be processed according to the service tag of the associated interest point.
Optionally, when determining the associated interest point having an association relationship with the interest point to be processed according to the attribute information of the interest point to be processed, the processor 602 is configured to,
determining candidate interest points from a plurality of stored interest points according to attribute information of the interest points to be processed, wherein each interest point is configured with a service tag;
and screening out associated interest points which have an association relation with the interest points to be processed from the candidate interest points according to the attribute information of the interest points to be processed and the attribute information of the candidate interest points.
Optionally, the attribute information includes a point of interest location and a point of interest type, and the processor 602, when determining a candidate point of interest from the stored plurality of points of interest according to the attribute information of the point of interest to be processed, is configured to:
determining an interest point selection mode corresponding to the interest point type of the interest point to be processed;
and selecting candidate interest points from the plurality of interest points according to the interest point selection mode and the interest point positions of the interest points to be processed.
Optionally, the processor 602, when determining the interest point selection manner corresponding to the interest point type of the interest point to be processed, is configured to:
determining an interest point selection mode corresponding to a preset type as a first interest point selection mode under the condition that the interest point type of the interest point to be processed is the preset type;
and under the condition that the interest point type of the interest point to be processed is a non-preset type, determining the interest point selection mode corresponding to the non-preset type as a second interest point selection mode.
Optionally, the point of interest is a geographic location, and the processor 602 is configured to, when selecting a candidate point of interest from the multiple points of interest according to the point of interest selection manner and the point of interest location of the point of interest to be processed:
under the condition that the interest point selection mode is the first interest point selection mode, selecting candidate interest points from the interest points, wherein the candidate interest points are in an administrative area where the geographic position of the interest points to be processed is located, and the interest point types of the candidate interest points and the interest points to be processed are the same;
and under the condition that the interest point selection mode is the second interest point selection mode, selecting candidate interest points from the interest points according to the city level of the interest points to be processed, wherein the distance between the candidate interest points and the geographic positions of the interest points to be processed meets the set distance condition, and the interest point types of the candidate interest points and the interest points to be processed are the same.
Optionally, when the processor 602 selects an associated interest point having an association relationship with the interest point to be processed from the candidate interest points according to the attribute information of the interest point to be processed and the attribute information of the candidate interest points, the processor is configured to:
determining the similarity between the interest points to be processed and each candidate interest point according to the attribute information of the interest points to be processed and the attribute information of each candidate interest point;
and selecting the associated interest points with the similarity meeting the set similarity condition from the candidate interest points according to the similarity between the interest points to be processed and each candidate interest point.
Optionally, the configured service tag of each of the interest points includes a general service tag, where the general service tag is a tag that is marked on at least two interest points and used for reflecting a common characteristic of the at least two interest points.
Optionally, the processor 602 may be further configured to:
acquiring a first number of interest points in a set type in a set geographical area, wherein the set type is any one of all types of the interest points in the set geographical area;
aiming at each service label, acquiring a second number of interest points carrying each service label in the interest points in the set geographic area;
determining a commonality evaluation parameter of each service label according to the first number and the second number;
and selecting the service label with the universality evaluation parameter meeting the universal value condition from all the service labels as a universal service label.
Correspondingly, the embodiment of the disclosure also provides a computer readable storage medium storing the computer program. The computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program, and the computer program, when executed by one or more processors, causes the one or more processors to perform the steps in the method embodiment of fig. 1.
Accordingly, embodiments of the present disclosure also provide a computer program product comprising a computer program/instructions for execution by a processor of the steps in the method embodiment of fig. 1.
The communication component of fig. 6 described above is configured to facilitate communication between the device in which the communication component is located and other devices in a wired or wireless manner. The device where the communication component is located can access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as a WiFi, a 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE, 5G and other mobile communication networks, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component receives a broadcast signal or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In one exemplary embodiment, the communication component further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
The power supply assembly of fig. 6 described above provides power to the various components of the device in which the power supply assembly is located. The power components may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the device in which the power component is located.
The display screen in fig. 6 described above includes a screen, which may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation.
The electronic equipment further comprises an audio component.
An audio component configurable to output and/or input an audio signal. For example, the audio component includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive an external audio signal when the device in which the audio component is located is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signal may further be stored in a memory or transmitted via a communication component. In some embodiments, the audio assembly further comprises a speaker for outputting audio signals.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present invention may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present invention may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
In the above apparatus, device, storage medium, and computer program product embodiments of the present disclosure, a to-be-processed point of interest to which a tag is to be added is obtained; according to the attribute information of the interest points to be processed, determining associated interest points which have an association relation with the interest points to be processed from the stored interest points, wherein each stored interest point is configured with a service tag; and automatically configuring the service tag of the interest point to be processed according to the service tag of the associated interest point, and perfecting the service tag in the interest point to be processed, thereby improving the configuration efficiency of the service tag of the interest point and improving the accuracy of the service tag of the interest point.

1. An information processing method, characterized by comprising:
acquiring interest points to be processed to which labels are to be added;

2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining, according to the attribute information of the interest points to be processed, associated interest points having an association relationship with the interest points to be processed from the stored interest points comprises,
determining candidate interest points from the stored interest points according to the attribute information of the interest points to be processed;
and screening the associated interest points which have an association relation with the interest points to be processed from the candidate interest points according to the attribute information of the interest points to be processed and the attribute information of the candidate interest points.

The method of claim 2, wherein the attribute information includes a point of interest location and a point of interest type, and the determining candidate points of interest from the stored points of interest according to the attribute information of the to-be-processed points of interest comprises:
determining an interest point selection mode corresponding to the interest point type of the interest point to be processed;
and selecting the candidate interest points from the plurality of interest points according to the interest point selection mode and the interest point positions of the interest points to be processed.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the determining a point of interest selection manner corresponding to the point of interest type of the point of interest to be processed comprises:
determining an interest point selection mode corresponding to a preset type as a first interest point selection mode under the condition that the interest point type of the interest point to be processed is the preset type;
and under the condition that the interest point type of the interest point to be processed is a non-preset type, determining the interest point selection mode corresponding to the non-preset type as a second interest point selection mode.

The method according to claim 4, wherein the point of interest is a geographic location, and the selecting the candidate point of interest from the plurality of points of interest according to the point of interest selection method and the point of interest location of the point of interest to be processed comprises:
selecting the candidate interest point from the plurality of interest points under the condition that the interest point selection mode is the first interest point selection mode, wherein the candidate interest point is in an administrative area where the geographic position of the interest point to be processed is located, and the types of the interest points of the candidate interest point and the interest point to be processed are the same;
and under the condition that the interest point selection mode is the second interest point selection mode, selecting the candidate interest points from the interest points according to the city level of the interest points to be processed, wherein the distance between the candidate interest points and the geographic positions of the interest points to be processed meets a set distance condition, and the interest point types of the candidate interest points and the interest points to be processed are the same.

The method according to claim 2, wherein the step of screening out relevant interest points having a relevant relationship with the interest points to be processed from the candidate interest points according to the attribute information of the interest points to be processed and the attribute information of the candidate interest points comprises:
determining the similarity between the interest points to be processed and each candidate interest point according to the attribute information of the interest points to be processed and the attribute information of each candidate interest point;
and selecting the associated interest points with the similarity meeting a set similarity condition from the candidate interest points according to the similarity between the interest points to be processed and each candidate interest point.
7. An information processing apparatus characterized by comprising:
the acquisition module acquires interest points to be processed to which labels are to be added;
the determining module is used for determining an associated interest point which has an association relation with the interest point to be processed from the stored interest points according to the attribute information of the interest point to be processed, wherein each stored interest point is configured with a service tag;
and the configuration module is used for configuring and obtaining the service tag of the interest point to be processed according to the service tag of the associated interest point.
