The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
The terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of example embodiments. As used herein, the singular forms "a", "an" and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. It will be further understood that the terms "comprises" and/or "comprising," when used herein, specify the presence of stated features, integers, steps, operations, elements, and/or components, but do not preclude the presence or addition of one or more other features, integers, steps, operations, elements, components, and/or groups thereof.
To achieve at least one of the advantages or other advantages, as shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a printing processing method of an automotive diagnostic apparatus, including the steps of:
s10: establishing communication connection with the newly added printer;
s20: reading the equipment identification of the newly added printer and matching the equipment identification with the local printer identification;
s30: if the matching is successful, directly scheduling the printer module corresponding to the interior to drive the newly-added printer; otherwise, installing a corresponding standby printer driver for the newly added printer module and loading the standby printer driver into the printer module;
s40: and controlling the newly added printer through the printer module to process the printing data.
Compared with the prior art, the method and the device realize subsequent automatic connection by installing the corresponding printer program for the printer model of the non-local printer identifier. The user does not need to actively install the printer driver, and the use is more convenient.
Specifically, the automobile diagnosis device in the above steps establishes connection with the printer through the USB port. The present invention is not limited to this, and the USB printer is taken as an example in the present embodiment.
The USB printer is connected into the automobile diagnosis equipment, when the automobile diagnosis equipment detects that the USB printer is connected, the automobile printing equipment can communicate with the connected USB printer in a USB protocol mode, communication protocol handshaking is carried out, and communication interconnection is established. And completing the connection of the USB printer and the automobile diagnosis equipment. And after communication interconnection is finished, the automobile printing equipment automatically reads the equipment identification of the newly-added printer to carry out comparison and matching.
In some embodiments, in step S30, when the matching fails, that is, when the device identifier of the newly added printer is found not to be in the local printer identifier record library, the corresponding backup printer driver is installed for the newly added printer, where the backup printer driver is from the local printer driver library, and the local printer driver library updates the backup printer drivers of different models through the network.
Compared with the prior art, the printer module in the embodiment can be updated through a local printer driver library or a network to adapt to different types of USB printers, so that inconvenience that an existing available printer cannot be used on a device host when printing is needed is avoided.
The specific process of installing the corresponding printer driver for the newly added printer module is that the communication connection between the automobile diagnosis equipment and the printer is closed, and the automobile diagnosis equipment generates a diagnosis report according to a diagnosis result and then caches the diagnosis report in a local memory; and when the installation of the corresponding spare printer driver of the newly added printer module is finished, the communication connection between the automobile diagnosis equipment and the printer is started, and the printer is directly driven to read the diagnosis report from the local memory for printing.
Because a printer driver needs to be installed, a certain time is needed for the connection of the printer which is not successfully matched, at the moment, on one hand, the printer can quickly complete the installation of the driver without network interference and save hardware resources of the automobile diagnosis equipment by temporarily closing the communication connection between the printer and the automobile diagnosis equipment, on the other hand, the diagnosis report of the automobile diagnosis equipment is cached in a local memory after being completed, and the diagnosis report in the cache is directly called after the connection is established by printing, so that the operation time is saved.
In some embodiments, when the device identifier of the printer is not the local printer identifier in step S30, the method further includes, after loading the printer via the printer module:
and controlling the printer to print the test content to judge whether the printer is loaded successfully, and if the test content is printed unsuccessfully, uploading the test report to the server and turning off the power supply of the printer.
When the automobile diagnostic equipment uses the USB printer for the first time, the printer module controls the USB printer to automatically print a section of specified content as test content to ensure that the printer works normally, the printer module records the first printing, when the USB printer is accessed again, the printer module judges whether the USB printer is accessed for the first time according to the record, if not, the automatic printing is not started, and paper is saved.
In addition, after the USB printer is externally connected, the USB printer uses the electric quantity of the automobile diagnosis equipment, if the USB printer continuously uses electricity, the electric consumption of the automobile diagnosis equipment is too large, and the normal work of the automobile diagnosis equipment is influenced.
In some embodiments, the printer module further comprises, after loading the printer:
periodically detecting the screen state of the automobile diagnostic equipment, for example, detecting the screen state every 30 seconds, and controlling the printer to automatically power off if the screen is in the screen-off state for more than the preset time; and if the screen is detected to be bright, triggering the printer to start power-on. It should be understood that the detection period can be set according to actual needs, and the invention is not limited in this regard.
During specific implementation, the using state of the screen of the automobile diagnosis equipment is monitored in real time, and if the screen is turned off for 5 minutes (numerical values can be preset at will, and the numerical values are not limited by the invention), the current automobile diagnosis equipment can be determined not to be used any more, and the USB printer is controlled to be disconnected; when the screen is on for more than 5 minutes, the connection is opened.
In some embodiments, the printer module further comprises, after loading the printer:
periodically counting and recording the average running time of each diagnostic program in the automobile diagnostic equipment;
when a certain diagnostic program is executed, controlling the printer to automatically power off within the running time of the diagnostic program according to the previous statistical record; and triggering the printer to start power-on before the running time of the diagnostic program is reached.
In specific implementation, the detection state of the automotive diagnostic device is periodically detected, for example, the detection state of the automotive diagnostic device is detected every 1 minute, it should be understood that the detection period may be set according to actual needs, the present invention is not particularly limited thereto, if the current detection state is in the initial stage or the middle stage of detection, it is considered that the diagnostic report is not required to be printed currently, and the USB printer is disconnected, and when the detection state reaches the later stage, for example, in the process of generating the diagnostic report, it is considered that the diagnostic report is required to be printed currently, and the USB printer is connected.
Further, the present invention has also studied on setting the timing of power-off or power-on. Regarding the setting of the time threshold, it can be calculated through statistics or experience, for example, generally from the execution of the operation to the printing, when a minimum of 7 minutes is needed, the connection is established when the screen is set to be bright for more than 5 minutes, and the time for connecting or warming up the printer is set without affecting the printing experience.
For the USB printer which is not matched successfully, because the printer driver needs to be called and installed, the power-on connection can be automatically and directly carried out when the screen is lightened or the power-on connection operation can be carried out when the detection initial stage is detected.
According to a set rule, a control module of the automobile diagnosis equipment sends a power-off instruction to a printer module, and after receiving the power-off instruction, the printing module is disconnected (powered off) from the USB printer; the control module can also send a power-on instruction to the printing module, and the printing module establishes connection (power-on) with the USB printer after receiving the power-on instruction, so that the USB printer can accurately provide printing service for the automobile diagnosis equipment, and meanwhile, the electric quantity consumption of the automobile diagnosis equipment is reduced.
The present invention also provides an automobile diagnostic device report printing apparatus, as shown in fig. 2, comprising:
the connecting unit is used for establishing communication connection with the newly-added printer;
the reading unit is used for reading the equipment identification of the newly added printer and matching the equipment identification with the local printer identification;
the judging unit is used for directly scheduling the printer module corresponding to the interior to drive the newly added printer if the matching is successful; otherwise, installing a corresponding printer driver for the newly added printer module and loading the printer driver into the printer module;
and the running unit is used for controlling the newly added printer through the printer module and operating the printing data.
The invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, which stores computer instructions, and when the computer is executed by the processor, the computer realizes the printing processing method of the automobile diagnosis equipment.
In specific implementation, the computer-readable storage medium is a magnetic Disk, an optical Disk, a Read-only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Flash Memory (Flash Memory), a Hard Disk (Hard Disk Drive, abbreviated as HDD), or a Solid-State Drive (SSD); the computer readable storage medium may also include a combination of memories of the above kinds.
The present invention also provides a computer device, as shown in fig. 3, comprising at least one processor, and a memory communicatively coupled to the processor, wherein the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor, the instructions being executable by the at least one processor to cause the processor to perform a method of printing for an automotive diagnostic device as described above.

A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The memory and the processor can be connected through a bus or other communication modes, the memory stores instructions which can be executed by the at least one processor, and the instructions are executed by the at least one processor, so that the processor executes the printing processing method of the automobile diagnosis device.
Based on the above, the printing processing method for the automobile diagnostic equipment provided by the invention establishes communication connection with the newly added printer, reads the equipment identifier of the newly added printer and matches the equipment identifier with the local printer identifier, and directly dispatches the printer module corresponding to the interior to drive the newly added printer if matching is successful; otherwise, installing a corresponding printer driver for the newly added printer module, loading the printer driver into the printer module, and controlling the newly added printer through the printer module to operate the printing data. Compared with the prior art, the method and the device realize subsequent automatic connection by installing the corresponding printer program for the printer model of the non-local printer identifier. The user does not need to actively install the printer driver, and the use is more convenient.
