Claims (9)

1. The extraction method of pentosan is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) Grinding wheat into flour, adding water, homogenizing at 30-40 deg.C for 10-12h, separating by three-phase turbine centrifuge to obtain coarse pentosan liquid, wheat gluten liquid and rest starch milk; curing the wheat gluten liquid, dehydrating and drying to obtain a finished wheat gluten product; (2) Filtering the rest starch milk with 30-40% water, mixing with the crude pentosan solution, fermenting to obtain alcohol product and mash, adding protease, cellulase and alpha-amylase into the mash, adding modified nano porous silica, continuing fermenting at 40-50 deg.C for 3-4h, filtering starch, protein and fat by microfiltration, filtering organic acid and salt by secondary microfiltration, and dehydrating to obtain pentosan fine product; the modified porous silica is prepared by the following steps: adding ethanol solution into nanometer porous silicon dioxide, performing ultrasonic treatment at 400-500W for 20-30min, cleaning with clear water for 1-2min, adding nanometer powdered vitamin, adding collagen, stirring at 45-50 deg.C, oven drying, and grinding to obtain nanometer powder, i.e. modified porous silicon dioxide.
2. The extraction method of pentosan according to claim 1, wherein the mass volume ratio of flour to water in step (1) is 1-2kg; the mass volume ratio of the mash to the protease, the cellulase, the alpha-amylase and the modified nano-porous silica is 20-30L, 10-20mg.
3. The method for extracting pentosan according to claim 1, wherein said modified porous silica is prepared by the steps of: the mass concentration of the ethanol solution is 65-75%; the mass ratio of the nano-porous silicon dioxide, the vitamins and the collagen is as follows: 1-2mg.
