s1: firstly, cleaning and disinfecting produced transformer angle rings, then drying the cleaned transformer angle rings, and after drying is finished, sequentially sequencing the transformer angle rings on an operation table of a measurement table top by taking the R angles of a plurality of groups of transformer R angle rings as the right front;
s2: then, the measuring equipment of the angle ring R of the transformer is placed on an operation table, the appearance and connection of the measuring equipment are detected, the measuring equipment can be ensured to normally operate, and then the measuring equipment is electrified for the first time;
s3: after the measurement equipment is electrified and tested, sequentially placing the transformer angle rings sequenced on the table top on a machine for measurement, respectively preparing two storage boxes, placing the transformer angle rings with qualified measurement in a finished product collection box, and placing the transformer angle rings with unqualified measurement in a waste product collection box;
s4: and finally, storing and stacking the finished product collecting box in a warehouse, and returning the transformer angle ring in the waste collecting box to the production line for reprocessing.
