Preferably, the number of the flush ports 306 is two, and both of the flush ports 306 are externally connected with a saline bag. The suction port 308 is externally connected with a negative pressure.
Preferably, the conduit 305 connected to the flush port 306 is provided with a tube clamp 307, the tube clamp 307 being used to regulate the flow of a saline bag externally connected to the flush port 306.
Preferably, to facilitate the operator to effectively distinguish between the flush valve 303 and the suction valve 304, the flush valve 303 is provided in a convex configuration and the suction valve 304 is provided in a concave configuration.

In the flushing process, smoke in the abdominal cavity of the patient caused by flushing can be timely exhausted out of the abdominal cavity through the circulating smoke exhaust mechanism 100, and after being filtered by the smoke circulating filter 200, the smoke enters the air inlet channel of the circulating smoke exhaust mechanism 100 through the pneumoperitoneum machine again, and then enters the abdominal cavity to realize gas circulating smoke exhaust. The smoke in the abdominal cavity can be effectively exhausted, and the smoke cannot be directly exhausted into the space of an operating room; not only can provide clear and reliable intra-abdominal environment for the operation, but also can effectively protect doctors in the operation.
