As shown in fig. 8, 9, and 10, the side frame 10 further includes an end beam 4 and a longitudinal beam 5, the end beam 4 being connected to one end of two side beam members 100; the longitudinal beam 5 is provided at the junction of the side sill 100 and the end sill 4 and is rotatable about the junction. The connection between the side frame 10 and the end beam 4 is provided with a first pin hole 120, the longitudinal beam 5 is provided with a second pin hole 50, and the longitudinal beam 5 is rotatably connected to the connection between the side beam rod 100 and the end beam 4 through a pin 51. The pin shaft 51 is provided with a snap spring 52 to prevent the pin shaft 51 from falling off.
The end beam 4 is also provided with a limiting mechanism 6, and the longitudinal beam 5 is limited through the limiting mechanism 6. The end beam 4 is provided with a limiting hole 40, the limiting mechanism 6 comprises an elastic part 60 and a bolt 61, one end of the elastic part 60 is arranged at the lower end of the bolt 61, the other end of the elastic part 60 is fixed on the end beam 4, and the upper end of the bolt 61 penetrates through the limiting hole 40.
The latch tongue 61 is in a column shape, the lower end of the latch tongue 61 is provided with a connector 610 connected with the elastic element 60 and a limit stop 611, and the upper end of the latch tongue 61 is provided with a tip 612. The tip 612 of the latch tongue 61 has a one-way guide ramp 613. The longitudinal beam 5 is provided with a lock hole 53 corresponding to the bolt 61.
In the present embodiment, the side members 5 of each set of side frames 10 are formed of two left and right divided pieces. Pulling the longitudinal beam 5 to rotate and open around the pin shaft 51, and pressing the lock tongue 61 into the limiting hole 40 of the end beam 4 along the guide inclined surface 613 by the longitudinal beam 5; when the lock hole 53 on the longitudinal beam 5 is opposite to the bolt 61, the bolt 61 springs into the lock hole 53 on the longitudinal beam 5; by means of a suitable positioning, the end beam 4 will now block the longitudinal beam 5, so that the longitudinal beam 5 cannot be opened any further. Meanwhile, since the back of the one-way guide inclined surface 613 of the latch 61 is a straight surface, the longitudinal beam 5 is limited and cannot be folded. Pressure may be applied to press the latch tongue 61 into the end beam 4 and then the longitudinal beam 5 may be reversed to fold the longitudinal beam 5 to either side of the side beam bar 100 as shown in phantom in figure 10.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the middle frame 11 is further provided with a control box 7 for controlling the lifting column 2. The outer side wall of the control box 7 is provided with a spring sheet 70, two sides of the spring sheet 70 are provided with lock catches 71, and the upper end of the middle beam plate 111 is provided with a lock groove 112 matched with the lock catches 71. The control box 7 is press-fitted to the center sill 111 by aligning the lock catches 71 with the lock grooves 112, and the lock catches 71 are sprung into the lock grooves 112 by the elastic force of the spring pieces 70, thereby quickly mounting the control box 7 to the center frame 11. The control box 7 can be removed from the intermediate frame 11 by pressing the elastic piece 70 back to the inner side of the control box 7.
The lifting upright post 2 is connected with the control box 7 through a cable to transmit power and signals. The lifting upright post 2 or the control box 7 is also connected with a controller (not shown), after the power is switched on, the hand controller is operated, the lifting upright post 2 extends or retracts, and the height of the desktop frame 1 is adjusted.
While particular embodiments of the present invention have been described in the foregoing specification, various modifications and alterations to the previously described embodiments will become apparent to those skilled in the art from this description without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims (17)

1. The utility model provides a ready-package table frame connection structure which characterized in that includes:
the desktop frame (1) comprises side frames (10) and a middle frame (11), wherein the side frames and the middle frame are nested and assembled, and can slide and stretch in the length direction;
the lifting upright post (2) is vertically arranged on the desktop frame (1);
the locking device (3) is connected to the desktop frame (1), and the locking device (3) comprises a bidirectional linkage mechanism (30) and a tensioning mechanism (31);
one end of the locking device (3) locks the lifting upright post (2) to the desktop frame (1) through the bidirectional linkage mechanism (30), and the other end synchronously fixes the side frame (10) and the middle frame (11) through the tensioning mechanism (31) so that the side frame and the middle frame can not slidably extend and retract in the length direction;
the side frames (10) have side frame rails (100), the middle frame (11) has a middle frame rail (110), and the locking device (3) is assembled on the side frame rails (100).
2. The quick-assembly table frame connecting structure of claim 1, wherein: the bidirectional linkage mechanism (30) comprises a mandrel (300), a first connecting rod (301), a second connecting rod (302), a third connecting rod (303) and a pin (304);
a first sliding groove (101) is formed in the side beam rod (100);
the mandrel (300) is connected with one end of the first connecting rod (301), the other end of the first connecting rod (301) is hinged with one end of the second connecting rod (302), and the other end of the second connecting rod (302) is hinged with the third connecting rod (303);
the end of the mandrel (300) is inserted into the first sliding groove (101) arranged on the side beam rod (100);
the second connecting rod (302) is rotatably connected with the side beam rod (100) through the pin (304).

The quick-assembly table frame connecting structure of claim 2, wherein: the bidirectional linkage mechanism (30) further comprises a wrench (305), wherein the wrench (305) is fixedly connected to the second connecting rod (302), or the wrench (305) and the second connecting rod (302) are integrally manufactured.

The quick-assembly table frame connecting structure of claim 1, wherein: the tensioning mechanism (31) comprises a sliding part (310) and a bushing (311), the sliding part (310) is provided with a bent part (312), and the bent part (312) is connected to one end of the bidirectional linkage mechanism (30);
the side beam rod (100) is also provided with a first sliding chute (101);
the bushing (311) is fixed in the side beam rod (100), the bushing (311) and the side beam rod (100) form a sliding gap (313) after being assembled, and the middle beam rod (110) is nested in the sliding gap (313);
the bush (311) is provided with a guide groove (314) with an open end, the sliding member (310) is accommodated in the guide groove (314) and can slide therein, and the bent portion (312) protrudes to the outside of the side sill (100) through the second sliding groove (102).

A ready-to-mount table frame connection structure as claimed in claim 10, wherein: the end beam (4) is also provided with a limiting mechanism (6) and a limiting hole (40); the limiting mechanism (6) comprises an elastic piece (60) and a lock tongue (61), one end of the elastic piece (60) is installed at the lower end of the lock tongue (61), the other end of the elastic piece (60) is fixed on the end beam (4), and the upper end of the lock tongue (61) penetrates through a limiting hole (40); the longitudinal beam (5) is limited through a limiting mechanism (6).
