In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the forming output channel includes a lower plate and two side walls located above the lower plate. By adopting the embodiment, the lower supporting plate is used for keeping the support of the formed crutch candy, and the two side walls are used for limiting and guiding the formed crutch candy, so that the normal output of the crutch candy after forming is ensured.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, two belt conveying pairs run on the lower supporting plate, belt wheels of the two belt conveying pairs are vertically arranged, and opposite surfaces of the conveying belts in the two belt conveying pairs form two side walls located above the lower supporting plate. By adopting the embodiment, two side walls positioned on the lower supporting plate are formed by the opposite surfaces of the conveying belts in the two conveying pairs, so that the two side walls of the forming output channel can move forwards along with the formed crutch sugar, and the friction damage possibly caused by the side walls of the forming output channel to the formed crutch sugar is avoided.
In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, an inlet guide plate is provided at the inlet of the profile outlet channel. By adopting the embodiment, the inlet guide plate can replace two side walls of the forming output channel to guide and limit the crutch sugar blank in the forming process, and the forming effect is better.
In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, a forming output conveyor belt is provided at the end of the lower pallet, and the conveying surface of the forming output conveyor belt corresponds to the supporting surface of the lower pallet. By adopting the embodiment, the formed crutch sugar can be conveniently conveyed to the next required station through the forming output conveying belt.
In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the two side walls of the profile output channel extend above the profile output conveyor. The above only illustrates some preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto and many modifications and changes can be made. As described above, the two side walls 11 of the molding output lane may be formed of plate-like members attached to both sides of the lower pallet 10, instead of the surfaces of the belt pairs 2 facing each other.
