the hollow cylinder is rotatably arranged between the fixing frames through a connecting shaft;
the two powder storage end cover assemblies are respectively nested at two ends of the hollow cylinder and used for storing flour;
the first connecting assembly comprises a first sliding rod and a pull rod, the first sliding rod penetrates through the powder storage end cover assembly, and the pull rod is fixed at one end, located outside the hollow cylinder, of the first sliding rod;
the sieve plate is attached to and arranged in the hollow cylinder, is close to the bottom of the powder storage end cover assembly and is fixed with the first sliding rod;
the flour conveying component is respectively connected with the flour storage end cover component and the sieve plate and is used for conveying flour in the flour storage end cover component to the sieve plate;
the reciprocating driving mechanism is arranged on the fixed frame and is used for driving the pull rod to move in a reciprocating mode;
the elastic limiting assembly is arranged on the bottom of the powder storage end cover assembly and is used for knocking the sieve plate through elasticity;
the fixing component is arranged in the powder storage end cover component and used for fixing the powder storage end cover component and the hollow cylinder; and
the stabilizing component is arranged on the base and used for stabilizing the hollow cylinder;

the knocking rod penetrates through the fixed sleeve and is fixed on the limiting sliding part, the outer diameter of the knocking rod is smaller than that of the limiting sliding part, and the head of the knocking rod is hemispherical; and

the driving motor is arranged on the fixed frame; and
the second connecting assembly comprises a pair of gears which are meshed with each other, and the two gears are respectively arranged on the rotating shaft and the output end of the driving motor;
the sliding sleeve is connected with an adjusting mechanism for adjusting the position of the sliding sleeve.
7. The flour anti-sticking device for processing the wonton wrappers according to claim 6, wherein the adjusting mechanism comprises:
the moving plate is rotatably arranged on the sliding sleeve;
the limiting piece is fixed on the movable plate and is in sliding connection with the fixed frame;
the bolt penetrates through the fixing frame and is in threaded connection with the limiting piece;
the screw is fixed on the side surface of the movable plate; and
the screw sleeve is rotationally arranged on the fixed frame and is in threaded connection with the screw rod;
the threaded sleeve is connected with a driving piece for driving the threaded sleeve to rotate.
