The bait dispenser of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the rotating plate is arranged in a circular shape, the bait dispenser further comprises a plurality of limit bearings arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the rotating plate, outer rings of the limit bearings are fixedly connected with the support frame, inner rings of the limit bearings are fixedly connected with limit rods, and partial circumferential surfaces of the limit rods are connected with the rotating plate.
