As can be seen from the above description, the cloud quality control platform according to the embodiment of the present invention uses a cloud computing technology to build a cloud quality control system including an administrator workstation and a quality control expert workstation, so as to implement quality management and control on medical images and reports.

The present embodiment is different from embodiment 2 only in that a standard inquiry workstation and an expert management workstation are newly added.

Wherein, expert management workstation is used for examining and screening the quality control expert, specifically is: every month, a certain number of reports are extracted, different experts do quality control, the overall quality control evaluation is not included, the reports are only used for checking the quality control experts, the scores obtained by each expert are transversely compared and displayed (as shown in figure 17), and the reports are eliminated if the experts do not meet the requirements.
As can be seen from the above description, the quality control management system of the present application is a cloud quality control system that is constructed by using a cloud computing technology and includes an administrator workstation and a quality control expert workstation, and can implement quality management and control on medical image images and reports, and the quality control management system improves quality control efficiency, and ensures rationality and auditability of a quality control process, thereby providing a perfect tool and means for more precise quality management of medical image administration departments (including image departments, hospitals, industry agreements and health administration departments).
It should be further emphasized that the usage scenario of the quality control management system of the present application includes, but is not limited to, a certain enterprise, a certain association, a certain hospital, a certain medical administration, a certain image department, etc. which are specialized in quality control of medical image reports. Any organization or group of organizations may use the system of the present application as far as the requirements relating to medical image reporting and image quality control are concerned, with the permission of the applicant.
Based on the same conception, the embodiment of the invention provides a quality control method for medical image reports and images, which is suitable for the embodiment of the system. As shown in fig. 18, the method mainly includes:

And S108, receiving the processing operation of the arbitration expert on the allocated complaint request to obtain a complaint result.
Steps S103 to S108 may be understood as a process of starting quality control, specifically:
the quality control manager creates sampling tasks as required, then the system randomly samples (data is desensitized) from the sampling reports according to sampling conditions, then the quality control manager distributes to appointed experts according to rules, the experts score and submit the reports after seeing the reports distributed to the experts, after all reports sampled once are scored, doctors/technicians who are in quality control can see the quality control conditions of the reports of the experts, if the results are not different, complaints can be initiated, complaints are conducted by complaint managers, the quality control results after treatment are filed and counted, and the supervisors/central managers/exhibition hall solvers can see multi-dimensional statistical results.
Corresponding to the embodiment of the method, the invention provides a quality control system for medical images and reports provided by the embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 19, the system may include: one or more processors 101, one or more input devices 102, one or more output devices 103, and memory 104, the processors 101, input devices 102, output devices 103, and memory 104 being interconnected by a bus 105. The memory 104 is used for storing a computer program comprising program instructions, the processor 101 being configured for invoking the program instructions for performing the methods of the above-described method embodiment parts.
It should be understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the Processor 101 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a deep learning graphics card (e.g., NPU, nvida GPU, google TPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware component, etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.

Further, corresponding to the foregoing quality control method and the system shown in fig. 19, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a readable storage medium storing a computer program, where the computer program includes program instructions, and when the program instructions are executed by a processor, the computer program implements: the quality control method of the medical report and the image.
The computer readable storage medium may be an internal storage unit of the system according to any of the foregoing embodiments, for example, a hard disk or a memory of the system. The computer readable storage medium may also be an external storage device of the system, such as a plug-in hard drive, Smart Media Card (SMC), Secure Digital (SD) Card, Flash memory Card (Flash Card), etc. provided on the system.
