Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to an article borrowing and returning method, an article borrowing and returning apparatus, and a storage medium.
Background
Typically, the item borrowing and return services for an organization are limited to items within the organization. At present, in order to improve the convenience and efficiency of borrowing and returning articles by users, a borrowing and returning mode can be adopted. The borrowing or borrowing means that the article borrowed by the user in one mechanism can be returned not only in the original mechanism but also in any other mechanism, namely the article can be borrowed and returned across mechanisms. The borrowing is also a novel service mode, and the articles can be shared in a wider range without being limited by time and space.
In the related art, a method for realizing the passing and returning by using a unified management system by each organization is adopted, namely, each organization uses the same management system to gather user information and article information of each organization, so that each organization can own the user information and the article information, and the passing and returning service among all organizations is realized.
However, the article cataloging data of each organization are often independent, so that the problem of article barcode number duplication can occur if the article information of each organization is directly gathered, and at the moment, articles need to be numbered again, so that a large amount of resources are wasted, and the complexity of the service of returning the article through borrowing is increased.

Before explaining the embodiments of the present application in detail, an application scenario of the embodiments of the present application will be described.
The article borrowing and returning method provided by the embodiment of the application is applied to a scene of cross-mechanism borrowing and returning of articles, namely can be applied to a scene of through borrowing and returning. In this scenario, the items that the user has lent from one institution may be returned not only from the original institution, but also from any other institution.
For example, the method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to a scenario of performing cross-library borrowing and returning on books. In some scenes, the user borrows the books managed by library A in library A, and the method provided by the embodiment of the application can return the books in any one of the libraries, and is not limited to return in library A. In other scenes, if a user returns the book managed by the library B to the library a, the user may borrow the book managed by the library B from the library a, and then the user may return the book to any one of the libraries. Therefore, the cross-library borrowing and returning of the books are realized, and convenience is provided for the user.
The system architecture related to the embodiments of the present application is described below.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an article borrowing and returning system provided in an embodiment of the present application, and referring to fig. 1, the article borrowing and returning system includes: a system 101 and a staging platform 102 for each of a plurality of authorities. Each system 101 of the plurality of systems 101 communicates with the relay platform 102 through a wired connection or a wireless connection.
The management organization is an organization for managing articles, and the articles are articles stored in the management organization and can be borrowed and returned, for example, the management organization can be a library or a bookstore, and the articles can be books managed by the library.
Each article of the management authority has an electronic tag. Optionally, an electronic tag may be attached to a surface of an article, and of course, the electronic tag may also be disposed on the article in other ways, which is not limited in this application. Illustratively, the electronic tag may be an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) tag. The chip of the electronic tag is provided with a data storage area, and the electronic tag of a certain article can be used for storing related information of the article, such as system identification, article identification and borrowing and returning state. The system identification stored in the electronic tag of the article is the identification of the system of the management organization managing the article, the article identification stored in the electronic tag of the article is used for uniquely identifying the article, and the borrowing and returning state stored in the electronic tag of the article is used for indicating whether the state of the article is in a warehouse or is borrowed.
For any of the plurality of authorities, the system 101 of the authority may record the related information of the items managed by the authority, such as the item identifier, the borrowing status (i.e. the item identifier and the borrowing status stored in the electronic tag of the item) of the items managed by the authority, and further record the system identifier of the items managed by the authority, i.e. the system identifier of the system of the authority (i.e. the system identifier stored in the electronic tag of the item). The system of the management authority may include, for example, a self-help borrowing and returning machine disposed in the management authority, and of course, may also include other devices disposed in the management authority and operable by a user, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
The relay platform 102 may be one server or a server cluster including a plurality of servers. The transfer platform 102 may store a corresponding relationship between the system identifier and the system address of the system 101 of each of the plurality of authorities, and the transfer platform 102 may communicate with the system 101 of any one of the plurality of authorities, for example, the transfer platform 102 may send the information about the borrowing and returning operation of an item, which is sent by the system 101 of any one of the authorities, to the system 101 of the authority to which the item belongs, so that the system 101 of the authority to which the item belongs may modify the borrowing and returning status of the item recorded by itself.
When a user needs to borrow an article, the system 101 of any one of the multiple authorities determines whether the article belongs to the authority according to the content in the electronic tag of the article. If the article belongs to the management of the management organization, the article borrowing and returning operation is directly carried out in the system 101 of the management organization; if the article does not belong to the management of the management organization, the system 101 of the management organization sends information related to the borrowing and returning operation of the article to the system 101 of the management organization to which the article belongs through the transfer platform 102 to complete the borrowing and returning operation of the article.
For example, when a user borrows a book from one of a plurality of libraries, the system 101 of the library determines whether the book belongs to the library management according to the contents of the electronic tag of the book. If the book is not managed by the library, the system 101 of the library cannot find the relevant information of the book, and the system 101 of the library sends the information related to the borrowing and returning operation of the book to the system 101 of the library to which the book belongs through the transfer platform 102, so that the system 101 of the library to which the book belongs can find the relevant information of the book in the system thereof, and then the borrowing operation of the book can be realized.
The system 101 and the transit platform 102 of each of the plurality of authorities may execute the item borrowing and returning method described in the embodiment of fig. 2 below to implement cross-institution borrowing and returning of items, thereby improving the convenience and efficiency of the borrowing and returning service.
The article borrowing and returning method provided by the embodiment of the application is explained in detail below.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an article borrowing and returning method according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 2, the method includes the following steps.
Step 201: the first system acquires electronic tag information of a target article to be borrowed and returned, wherein the electronic tag information is information recorded in an electronic tag of the target article and comprises a target system identifier, a target article identifier and a borrowing and returning state.
The first system is a system of a first authority. The first system may be the system 101 of any one of the plurality of authorities shown in fig. 1.
The first management entity is an entity for managing items, and is any one of a plurality of management entities, for example, the first management entity may be a library or a bookstore, and the items managed by the first management entity may be books.
The target item is an item which is stored in the first management organization and can be borrowed and returned, and the target item is an item which needs to be borrowed or returned by a user.
The electronic tag information is related information of the target item stored in the electronic tag of the target item, wherein the related information comprises a target system identifier, a target item identifier and a borrowing and returning state.
The target system is a system of an authority among a plurality of authorities for managing the target item, that is, a system of an authority to which the target item belongs. The target system identification is used for uniquely identifying the target system and is a unique identification code of the target system. The target object identification is used for uniquely identifying the target object and is a unique identification code of the target object. The loan status includes loan or stock, that is, the loan status is loan, indicating that the target item has been borrowed by the user from the regulatory agency; the borrowing and returning state is in the library, which indicates that the target object is not borrowed and is still present in the management organization.
In this case, the first system acquires the electronic tag information of the target item to be borrowed, and can know the target system identifier, the target item identifier, and the borrowing and returning state of the target item.
When a user borrows an article in a management mechanism, the user generally needs to have an article borrowing authority, and when the user returns the article in the management mechanism, the user can return the article directly or can return the article after having the article returning authority. In this case, the first system may perform step 201 in the following three cases.
In the first case, the first system displays a login page after detecting an article lending instruction; receiving a user account and a login password input on the login page; if the user account and the login password pass the verification, it is determined that the user account has the item lending authority, and step 201 is performed.
The item lending instruction is used for indicating that the item is required to be lent, namely, the item lending operation is required to be performed. The article lending instruction can be triggered by a user, and the user can trigger the article lending instruction through operations such as click operation, sliding operation, voice operation, gesture operation and somatosensory operation.
The user account is registered in the first system, the user account registered in the first system has a borrowing and returning permission for the articles stored in the first management mechanism, and the user account is a user identity, for example, the user identity can be an identity number of the user or a mobile phone number of the user.
In this case, if the user account and the login password pass the verification, which indicates that the user has registered the user account in the first system, the user account has the item lending authority, that is, the item may be lent in the case of logging in the user account. Thus, the user account can borrow the items stored in the first management mechanism.
Optionally, after receiving the user account and the login password input on the login page, the first system displays a registration window to remind the user to register the user account in the first system when the user account and the login password are not verified; and if a registration request carrying the user identity and the login password is received, registering the user account according to the user identity and the login password carried in the registration request.
If the user account and the login password fail to be verified, the user needs to register the user account in the first system and then can have the article lending authority. In this case, the first system prompts the user to register, the user triggers a registration request after inputting the user identity and the login password in the registration window, the first system takes the user identity input by the user as a user account and the login password input by the user as the login password corresponding to the user account after receiving the registration request, and then the first system stores the user account and the login password corresponding to the user account, so that the registration of the user account can be completed.
In this case, after the first system registers a user account for the user, the user account has an article lending authority, and the user may log in the user account to perform an article lending operation, that is, may lend an article from the first management mechanism.
Optionally, when the first system registers the user account for the user, if the registration request carries the personal information such as the user name, the first system may further store the personal information such as the user name.
The operation of the first system for verifying the user account and the login password is similar to the operation of a device for verifying a user account and a login password in the related art, which is not described in detail in the embodiments of the present application.
In the second case, the first system executes step 201 after detecting the item return instruction.
The item return instruction is used for indicating that the item needs to be returned, namely that the item return operation needs to be executed. The article returning instruction can be triggered by a user, and the user can trigger the article returning instruction through operations such as click operation, sliding operation, voice operation, gesture operation and somatosensory operation
In this case, the user does not need the right to return the article, and can directly return the article, thereby saving system resources, simplifying the article return process, and facilitating the operation of returning the article by the user.
In the third situation, the first system displays a login page after detecting an article return instruction; receiving a user account and a login password input in the login page; and if the user account and the login password pass the verification, determining that the user account has the item return authority, and executing step 201.
In this case, if the user account and the login password pass the verification, which indicates that the user has registered the user account in the first system, the user account has an item return authority, that is, the item can be returned when the user account is logged in. Therefore, the process from the borrowing to the returning of the goods is clearer, namely, a borrower and a returning person can be known definitely.
Optionally, after receiving the user account and the login password input in the login page, if the user account and the login password are failed to be verified, the first system displays a registration window to remind the user to register the user account in the first system; and if a registration request carrying the user identity and the login password is received, taking the user identity and the login password carried in the registration request as a registered user account.
In this case, after the first system registers a user account for the user, the user account has an item return authority, and the user can perform an item return operation by logging in the user account, that is, an item can be returned in the first management mechanism, so that the first system can know the person who returns the item.
Specifically, the operation of step 201 may include the following steps (1) to (4):
(1) the first system reads the electronic tag of the target object to obtain target information, wherein the target information at least comprises an electronic tag identification.
The target information is information obtained by the first system reading the electronic tag of the target article, that is, the target information is information stored in the electronic tag of the target article. The first system can read the electronic tag of the target item when the user needs to borrow the target item.
The electronic tag identification is used for uniquely identifying the electronic tag and is a unique identification code of the electronic tag.
The first system may selectively perform the following step (2), step (3) or step (4) according to the content in the target information.
(2) And if the target information also comprises a target system identifier, a target article identifier and a borrowing and returning state, taking the target system identifier, the target article identifier and the borrowing and returning state as the electronic tag information.
If the target information further includes the target system identifier, the target article identifier and the borrowing and returning state, it is indicated that the content stored in the electronic tag is complete, that is, all the related information of the target article can be read and obtained from the electronic tag. Thus, the target system identification, the target article identification and the borrowing and returning state can be used as the electronic tag information.
(3) And if the target information also comprises a target article identifier and a borrowing and returning state and does not comprise a target system identifier, storing the first system identifier as the target system identifier to the electronic tag, and taking the target system identifier, the target article identifier and the borrowing and returning state as the electronic tag information.
If the target information further includes the target item identifier and the borrowing status, and does not include the target system identifier, it indicates that the target system identifier is not stored in the electronic tag, that is, the target item is first borrowed, that is, the target item is an item belonging to the first management organization and has not been lent, and therefore the first system identifier is stored in the electronic tag as the target system identifier, so that the target system identifier, the target item identifier, and the borrowing status can be used as the electronic tag information.
The first system identifier is used for uniquely identifying the first system and is a unique identification code of the first system.
Optionally, the operation of storing the first system identifier as the target system identifier in the electronic tag may be: converting the data formats of the electronic tag identification, the target article identification and the borrowing and returning state contained in the first system identification and the target information into a uniform preset data format; and storing the first system identifier, the electronic tag identifier, the target article identifier and the borrowing and returning state which are converted into the preset data format into the electronic tag of the target article.
The preset data format is a preset data format, and the preset data format is used for unifying the data formats of the electronic tags of the articles managed by the management institutions.
In this case, the data format of the electronic tag of the target item can be unified when the target item is lent for the first time, so that the system of any one of the management authorities can easily read the information of the target item stored in the electronic tag when the next loan operation is performed.
(4) If the target information does not comprise the target system identification, the target article identification and the borrowing and returning state, searching the target system identification, the target article identification and the borrowing and returning state from the first system according to the electronic tag identification, storing the searched target system identification, the searched target article identification and the found borrowing and returning state to the electronic tag, and taking the target system identification, the target article identification and the borrowing and returning state as the electronic tag information.
If the target information does not include the target system identifier, the target article identifier, and the borrowing/returning status, which indicates that the first system cannot read the relevant information of the target article from the electronic tag of the target article, the electronic tag of the target article may not store the relevant information of the target article. In this case, the target system identifier, the target article identifier, and the borrowing and returning status are searched from the first system, and then the searched target system identifier, target article identifier, and borrowing and returning status are stored in the electronic tag, and the target system identifier, the target article identifier, and the borrowing and returning status are used as the electronic tag information.
It should be noted that, the first system may store information related to an article managed by the first management entity, and specifically, for a certain article managed by the first management entity, the first system may store an electronic tag identifier of an electronic tag of the article, and may store the electronic tag identifier of the article in correspondence with the system identifier, the article identifier, and the borrowing/returning status of the article. Thus, the first system can find the system identifier, the item identifier and the borrowing and returning state of the item from the first system according to the electronic tag identifier of the item.
Optionally, the operation of the first system for searching the target system identifier, the target item identifier and the borrowing/returning status from the first system according to the electronic tag identifier may be: and the first system searches the target system identifier, the target article identifier and the borrowing and returning state from the database of the first system according to the electronic tag identifier.
The database stores the related information of the target item corresponding to the electronic tag identified by the electronic tag identifier, for example, the database stores the system identifier, the item identifier, and the borrowing/returning status of the target item corresponding to the electronic tag identified by the electronic tag identifier.
For example: if the database is an RFID database and the electronic tag identifier is 02, the system identifier 01, the article identifier 1023 and the returning status stored corresponding to the electronic tag identifier 02 can be obtained from the RFID database shown in table 1, and it can be determined that the searched target system identifier 01, the target article identifier 1023 and the returning status are in.
TABLE 1
Electronic label identification Item related information
01 System identification: 01. article identification: 1022. borrowing and returning state: lending out
02 System identification: 01. article identification: 1023. the borrowing and returning state: in-store
03 System identification: 01. article identification: 1024. borrowing and returning state: lending out
…… ……
In the embodiment of the present application, only the electronic tag identifier and the information related to the article stored in the RFID database are described in table 1 above, and table 1 above does not limit the embodiment of the present application.
It should be noted that if the first system does not find the target system identifier, the target item identifier, and the borrowing and returning status from the first system according to the electronic tag identifier, the target item cannot be borrowed and returned because of lack of related information.
Optionally, the operation of storing the searched target system identifier, target item identifier and borrowing and returning status to the electronic tag may be: converting the data formats of the electronic tag identification and the searched target system identification, target article identification and borrowing and returning state into a unified preset data format; and storing the electronic tag identification, the target system identification, the target article identification and the borrowing and returning state which are converted into the preset data format into the electronic tag of the target article.
In this case, by unifying the data format of the searched target system identifier, target article identifier and borrowing and returning state and storing the unified data format into the electronic tag of the target article, the system of any management organization can read the information of the target article stored in the electronic tag when the next borrowing and returning operation is performed.
Further, after the first system acquires the electronic tag information of the target object to be borrowed, the target system identification can be compared with the first system identification; if the target system identification is the same as the first system identification, modifying the borrowing and returning state of the target object recorded in the first system; and modifying the borrowing and returning state recorded in the electronic tag so as to complete the borrowing and returning operation of the target object. If the target system identification is different from the first system identification, the following step 202 may be performed.
In this case, if the target system identifier is the same as the first system identifier, it indicates that the target system is the first system, that is, the target item belongs to the management of the first management entity, so the first system can directly modify the borrowing and returning status of the target item recorded in the first system, and then modify the borrowing and returning status recorded in the electronic tag of the target item, so that the borrowing and returning operation of the target item can be directly completed. Optionally, if the first system detects that the article lending instruction is an article lending instruction, modifying the lending state of the target article recorded in the first system into lending, and then modifying the lending state recorded in the electronic tag into lending; and if the first system detects that the item is returned, modifying the borrowing and returning state of the target item recorded in the first system into the library, and then modifying the borrowing and returning state recorded in the electronic tag into the library.
If the target system identifier is different from the first system identifier, which indicates that the target system is not the first system, i.e. the target item does not belong to the first management authority, the following step 202 is executed to implement the borrowing and returning operation of the target item.
Step 202: and if the target system identification is different from the first system identification, the first system sends a first message to the transfer platform, wherein the first message carries the target system identification and the target article identification.
The first message is used for indicating the transfer platform to modify the borrowing and returning state of the target item recorded in the target system.
Because the systems of each management organization are deployed through local privatization, have independent service addresses and interface protocols, and the management organizations are independent from each other, the systems of the management organizations cannot be directly communicated with each other generally, so that the communication among the management organizations is realized through the transit platform in the embodiment of the application, and the cross-organization borrowing and returning management of the articles is realized.
In this case, if the target system identifier is different from the first system identifier, the first system needs to send a first message to the transfer platform, so that the transfer platform modifies the borrowing and returning status of the target item recorded in the target system. That is, in the case where the first system cannot directly communicate with the target system, the borrowing and returning operation of the target item may be performed in the target system by means of the relay platform.
Optionally, the first system may send the first message to the relay platform via SIP2(Standard exchange Protocol V2.00, version 2.0 of the Standard exchange Protocol).
Step 203: and after receiving the first message sent by the first system, the transfer platform sends a third message to the target system identified by the target system identification, wherein the third message carries the target system identification and the target article identification.
In this case, the transfer platform sends the third message to the target system, and may send information related to the borrowing and returning operation of the target item to the target system, so that the target system modifies the borrowing and returning status of the target item recorded in the target system.
Alternatively, the staging platform may communicate with the target system via SIP 2.
Step 204: and after the target system receives the third message sent by the transfer platform, modifying the borrowing and returning state of the target object recorded in the target system, and after the modifying of the borrowing and returning state of the target object recorded in the target system is completed, sending a modification success message to the transfer platform.
And after receiving the third message sent by the transfer platform, the target system searches the target system identifier and the detailed information of the target object corresponding to the target object identifier from the target system, wherein the detailed information of the target object comprises the borrowing and returning state of the target object. The target system then modifies the borrowing and returning status in the detailed information of the target item to the opposite status, for example: if the borrowing and returning state in the detailed information of the target object is lending, the borrowing and returning state is modified to be in the library; and if the borrowing and returning state in the detailed information of the target object is in the library, modifying the borrowing and returning state into lending. Therefore, the related record of the borrowing and returning operation of the target object in the target system can be realized, and the borrowing and returning operation of the target object is completed.
Optionally, the first message and the third message may also carry a first system identifier and a user account currently logged in the first system. In this case, the target system may further record the user account and the first system identifier of the borrowing and returning operation. In this way, the target system can know which user operation the borrowing and returning operation is performed at, and can also know which management organization the borrowing and returning operation is performed at, and the target system can record the user account of the borrowing and returning operation and the system identifier of the borrowing and returning operation system in the detailed information of the target object.
The modification success message is used for notifying the transfer platform that the borrowing and returning state of the target item recorded in the target system is modified and completed, namely, the borrowing and returning operation of the target item is completed in the target system.
Step 205: and after receiving the modification success message sent by the target system, the transfer platform sends a second message to the first system.
In this case, after receiving the modification success message sent by the target system, the transit platform knows that the borrowing and returning state of the target item recorded in the target system is modified and completed, and since the first system instructs the transit platform to modify the borrowing and returning state of the target item recorded in the target system, the transit platform needs to send a second message to the first system after knowing that the borrowing and returning state of the target item recorded in the target system is modified and instructing the first system to continue the next operation, that is, continue to execute the following step 206.
Step 206: and after receiving the second message sent by the transfer platform, the first system modifies the borrowing and returning state recorded in the electronic tag so as to complete the borrowing and returning operation of the target object.
The second message is used for indicating the first system to modify the borrowing and returning state recorded in the electronic tag and completing the borrowing and returning operation of the target object.
In this case, the first system modifies the borrowing and returning state in the electronic tag to update the electronic tag of the target item, so that the borrowing and returning operation of the target item can be completed in the first system. The first system may modify the borrow-return status in the electronic tag to a status opposite thereto, for example: if the borrowing and returning state in the electronic tag is loan, the borrowing and returning state is modified to be in the library; if the borrowing and returning state in the electronic tag is in the library, the borrowing and returning state is modified into lending.
Optionally, in a case where the user borrows the target item, after the first system modifies the borrowing and returning status in the electronic tag, the user may directly pass through the security entrance of the first management entity with the borrowed target item. And if the borrowing and returning state in the electronic tag is not modified by the first system, the security entrance guard of the first management mechanism gives out an alarm sound when the user passes through the security entrance guard of the first management mechanism with the borrowed articles.
It should be noted that the article borrowing and returning method provided in the embodiment of the present application requires that each management organization opens the service of borrowing and returning, and if some management organizations do not open the service of borrowing and returning, the articles managed by the management organization cannot be borrowed and returned across organizations, but only can be borrowed and returned in the management organization.
Another point to be noted is that the article borrowing and returning method provided in the embodiment of the present application takes the system identifier as a core, and gets through article identification across management institutions and systems, so as to achieve the purpose of borrowing and returning articles among different areas, different institutions and different systems, and the implementation of the transfer platform provides more efficient, more convenient and more intelligent services for users of various management institutions. In addition, the article borrowing and returning method provided by the embodiment of the application does not need to unify or replace the systems of the existing management mechanisms, each system can process the problems of unification and correction of the data format of the electronic tag, and the like, the docking cost and the workload in the management mechanisms can be effectively reduced, the using habits of the user for many years are completely reserved on the basis of not influencing the existing services of each management mechanism and not changing the personalized services of each management mechanism, and the service requirements of general borrowing and returning are quickly met. Finally, the article borrowing and returning method provided by the embodiment of the application can realize the identification of the electronic tags of the articles of any management organization only by adding a preset data format on the system (such as a self-help borrowing and returning machine) of each management organization, so that the expansion cost is low and the implementation frequency is high.
For the convenience of understanding, the above-mentioned item borrowing and returning method is exemplified by taking the first system as the first library management system, the target item as the target book, and the borrowing and returning operation as the book borrowing, and referring to fig. 3. Referring to fig. 3, the method includes the following steps 301-311.
Step 301: the first library management system detects a book lending instruction and displays a login page. The user inputs a user account and a login password in the login page, and the first library management system verifies the input user account and the input login password.
Step 302: if the user account and the login password fail to be verified, the first library management system needs to remind the user to register the user account, and the user can borrow the book only after obtaining the book borrowing authority. When the first system receives the registration request, the user account is registered for the user, the user has the book borrowing authority, the book can be placed on the self-service book borrowing and returning machine, and the self-service book borrowing and returning machine is enabled to read the electronic tag of the target book.
Step 303: if the user account and the login password are successfully verified, the user can directly place the book on the self-service book borrowing and returning machine, and the self-service book borrowing and returning machine is enabled to read the electronic tag of the target book.
Step 304: and after reading the electronic tag of the target book, the self-service book borrowing and returning machine obtains the electronic tag information of the target book, wherein the electronic tag information comprises a target system identifier, a target book identifier and a borrowing and returning state.
Step 305: and the first library management system compares the target system identification with the first library management system identification and judges whether the target system identification is the same as the first library management system identification.
Step 306: and if the target system identification is the same as the first library management system identification, directly modifying the borrowing and returning state of the target book recorded in the first library management system into borrowing, and then modifying the borrowing and returning state recorded in the electronic tag of the target book into borrowing, so that the target book is successfully borrowed.
Step 307: and if the target system identification is different from the first library management system identification, the first library management system sends a first message to the transfer platform to indicate the transfer platform to modify the borrowing and returning state of the target book recorded in the target system into borrowing.
Step 308: and the transfer platform sends a third message to the target system, and instructs the target system to modify the borrowing and returning state of the target book recorded in the target system into borrowing.
Step 309: the target system modifies the borrowing and returning state of the target book recorded in the target system into borrowing, and sends a modification success message to the transfer platform.
Step 310: and after receiving the modification success message sent by the target system, the transfer platform sends a second message to the first library management system.
Step 311: and after receiving the second message sent by the transfer platform, the first library management system modifies the borrowing and returning state recorded in the electronic tag of the target book into borrowing, and completes the borrowing operation of the target book, namely the target book is successfully borrowed, so that the book borrowing operation across libraries is realized.
In the embodiment of the application, the first system obtains the electronic tag information of the target object to be borrowed and returned, that is, the target system identifier, the target object identifier and the borrowing and returning state can be obtained, and if the target system identifier is different from the first system identifier, which indicates that the target object does not belong to the first management organization, a first message is sent to the transfer platform to indicate the transfer platform to modify the borrowing and returning state of the target object recorded in the target system. And then the transfer platform sends a third message to the target system, and the target system modifies the borrowing and returning state of the target item recorded in the target system after receiving the third message so as to complete the borrowing and returning operation of the target item in the target system. And after the target system completes the borrowing and returning operation of the target item, the first system modifies the borrowing and returning state recorded in the electronic tag, so that the borrowing and returning operation of the target item is completed in the first system. Thus, cross-agency borrowing and returning of the target object are realized. Moreover, the system of each management mechanism is relatively independent, articles do not need to be numbered again, and convenience and efficiency of the borrowing and returning service are improved.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of an article borrowing and returning method according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 4, the method includes the steps of:
step 401: the method comprises the steps of obtaining electronic tag information of a target object to be borrowed, wherein the electronic tag information is information recorded in an electronic tag of the target object, the electronic tag information comprises a target system identifier, a target object identifier and a borrowing and returning state, and the target system is a system of a target management mechanism for managing the target object.

Step 402: and if the target system identifier is different from the first system identifier, sending a first message to the transfer platform, wherein the first message carries the target system identifier and the target article identifier to indicate the transfer platform to modify the borrowing and returning state of the target article recorded in the target system, and sending a second message after the modification of the borrowing and returning state of the target article recorded in the target system is completed.
The related content of step 402 has already been described in detail in step 202, and is not described again in this embodiment of the present application.
Step 403: and after receiving a second message sent by the transfer platform, modifying the borrowing and returning state recorded in the electronic tag to complete the borrowing and returning operation of the target object, wherein the borrowing and returning state is lending or in-store.
The related content of step 403 has already been described in detail in step 207, and this is not described in detail in this embodiment of the application.
In the embodiment of the application, the electronic tag information of the target object to be borrowed is obtained, that is, the target system identifier, the target object identifier and the borrowing and returning state can be obtained, if the target system identifier is different from the first system identifier, it is described that the target object does not belong to the first management organization, a first message is sent to the transfer platform to indicate the transfer platform to modify the borrowing and returning state of the target object recorded in the target system, that is, the transfer platform is used to complete the borrowing and returning operation of the target object in the target system, and then the borrowing and returning state recorded in the electronic tag is modified, so that the borrowing and returning operation of the target object in the first system is completed. Thus, the cross-organization borrowing and returning of the target object are realized. Moreover, the system of each management mechanism is relatively independent, articles do not need to be numbered again, and convenience and high efficiency of the service of borrowing and returning are improved.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of an article borrowing and returning method according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 5, the method includes the steps of:
step 501: receiving a first message sent by a first system, wherein the first message carries a target system identifier and a target article identifier recorded in an electronic tag of a target article, and the target system is a system of a target management mechanism for managing the target article.
The related content of step 501 has already been described in detail in step 203, and this is not described in detail in this embodiment of the application.
Step 502: and sending a third message to the target system identified by the target system identification, wherein the third message carries the target system identification and the target article identification so as to indicate the target system to modify the borrowing and returning state of the target article recorded in the target system.
The related content of step 502 has already been described in detail in step 204 and step 205, and is not described again in this embodiment of the present application.
Step 503: and after receiving the modification success message sent by the target system, sending a second message to the first system to indicate the first system to modify the borrowing and returning state recorded in the electronic tag and complete the borrowing and returning operation of the target object, wherein the borrowing and returning state is lending or in stock.
The related content of step 503 has already been described in detail in step 206, and is not described again in this embodiment of the present application.
In the embodiment of the application, after receiving the first message sent by the first system, the third message is sent to the target system identified by the target system identifier, and then the target system modifies the borrowing and returning state of the target item recorded in the target system, completes the borrowing and returning operation of the target item in the target system, and returns a modification success message after the borrowing and returning state of the target item is modified. And after receiving the modification success message sent by the target system, sending a second message to the first system to indicate the first system to modify the borrowing and returning state recorded in the electronic tag, so that the borrowing and returning operation of the target item is completed in the first system. Thus, cross-agency borrowing and returning of the target object are realized. Moreover, the system of each management mechanism is relatively independent, articles do not need to be numbered again, and convenience and high efficiency of the service of borrowing and returning are improved.
