Step 120, if the enterprise property of the non-target field enterprise is a partner, determining the investment link of the non-target field enterprise and the investment type and/or enterprise property of each invested enterprise in the investment link of the non-target field enterprise based on the investment information of the non-target field enterprise and an enterprise information base, wherein the enterprise property is a limited invested enterprise as a termination endpoint for the investment link;

firstly, determining enterprise properties of non-target field enterprises according to the names of the enterprises to be invested in the investment information of the investment enterprises, namely judging whether the enterprise properties of the non-target field enterprises are limited or partnered based on the names of the enterprises to be invested in the investment information of the investment enterprises, wherein the enterprise properties of the enterprises to be invested corresponding to the names of the enterprises to be invested are limited when the names of the enterprises to be invested are XXXXXX limited companies; correspondingly, when the name of the enterprise to be invested is "XXXX limited partner", the enterprise property of the enterprise to be invested corresponding to the name is partner;
furthermore, under the condition that the enterprise property of the non-target field enterprise is a partner, each thrown enterprise of the non-target field enterprise can be traced according to the name of the thrown enterprise in the investment information of the non-target field enterprise, then, the target field enterprise and the non-target field enterprise are determined from each thrown enterprise of the non-target field enterprise by combining the enterprise information base under the target field, the process is repeated, each thrown enterprise of the non-target field enterprise invested by the investment enterprise can be traced, when the enterprise property of the newly traced thrown enterprise is limited or when the newly traced thrown enterprise has no external investment, the tracing of the corresponding path is stopped, so that the investment link of the non-target field enterprise invested by the investment enterprise can be constructed, and the investment link takes the thrown enterprise with the limited enterprise property as a termination end point;
it should be noted that the investment information of the non-target field enterprise herein may be obtained in the same manner as the investment information of the investment enterprise, that is, the investment information may be obtained by mining based on the business information of the non-target field enterprise, or the investment information may be obtained by mining together with the investment information of the non-target field enterprise on the basis of the business information of the non-target field enterprise.

Then, the investment type and/or enterprise property of the invested enterprise in the investment link of the non-target field enterprise invested by the investment enterprise can be determined by using the investment information of the non-target field enterprise as a reference, specifically, the investment type and/or enterprise property of each invested enterprise in the investment link of the non-target field enterprise can be determined by combining the name of the invested enterprise in the investment information of the non-target field enterprise and executing the business partner identification on the basis of the investment link of the non-target field enterprise.
And step 130, determining the investment hierarchical relationship of the investment enterprises in the target field based on the investment types and/or the enterprise properties of the invested enterprises in the investment links of the target field enterprises and the non-target field enterprises.
Specifically, after the step 110 and the step 120 are performed, the investment types and/or enterprise properties of the target domain enterprises invested by the investment enterprises and the invested enterprises in the investment links of the non-target domain enterprises are obtained, the step 130 is executed, and based on the above two, the investment level relationship of the investment enterprises in the target domain is determined, and the determination process of the investment level relationship in the target domain includes the following steps:
firstly, determining an investment relationship between an investment enterprise and a target field enterprise according to the target field enterprise invested by the investment enterprise, specifically, under the condition that the target field enterprise exists in each invested enterprise of the investment enterprise, directly determining the investment relationship between the investment enterprise and the target field enterprise as direct investment;
meanwhile, the investment relationship between the target domain enterprises in the investment link of the investment enterprise and the non-target domain enterprises can be determined according to the investment types of the invested enterprises in the investment link of the non-target domain enterprises, or the investment relationship between the target domain enterprises in the investment link of the investment enterprise and the non-target domain enterprises can be determined according to the enterprise properties of the invested enterprises in the investment link of the non-target domain enterprises, and the investment relationship between the target domain enterprises in the investment link of the investment enterprise and the non-target domain enterprises can be determined jointly by combining the investment types and the enterprise properties of the invested enterprises in the investment link of the non-target domain enterprises.
Then, the investment relationship between the investment enterprise and the target domain enterprise, and the investment relationship between the investment enterprise and each target domain enterprise in the investment link of the investment enterprise and the non-target domain enterprise are taken as the reference to construct the investment hierarchical relationship of the investment enterprise under the target domain, and the investment hierarchical relationship shows the investment relationship between the investment enterprise and each target domain enterprise in the investment link of the investment enterprise and the non-target domain enterprise in a tree structure.
The investment relation mining method provided by the invention determines target field enterprises and non-target field enterprises invested by the investment enterprises according to the enterprise information base in the target field and the investment information of the investment enterprises in the target field, and determines the investment links of the non-target field enterprises and the investment types and/or enterprise properties of each invested enterprise in the investment links of the non-target field enterprises according to the investment information of the non-target field enterprises and the enterprise information base under the condition that the enterprise properties of the non-target field enterprises are partnered, wherein the investment links take the enterprise properties as limited invested enterprises as termination end points; the investment hierarchical relationship of the investment enterprises in the target field is determined by combining the investment types and/or enterprise properties of the invested enterprises in the investment links of the enterprises in the target field and the enterprises in the non-target field, so that the problems that the investment relationship is difficult to obtain in the traditional scheme, the investment relationship is time-consuming and labor-consuming to obtain due to the complex investment mode and errors are easy to occur are solved, the accuracy and the completeness of the acquisition of the investment hierarchical relationship are improved, and data support is provided for the disclosure of the investment wind direction and the investment trend of an investment institution; in addition, the method also helps the screening process of the investment projects with innovation based on the investment hierarchical relationship.
Based on the above embodiment, in step 120, determining the investment link of the non-target area enterprise and the investment type and/or enterprise nature of each invested enterprise in the investment link of the non-target area enterprise based on the investment information of the non-target area enterprise and the enterprise information base includes:

then, on the basis of the set of the invested enterprises of the non-target field enterprises, the enterprise information base under the target field is combined to determine the target field enterprises and the non-target field enterprises in the set of the invested enterprises of the non-target field enterprises, the process is repeated until the latest traced enterprises of the invested enterprises of the non-target field enterprises are limited in enterprise nature, or when the delivered business of the non-target area business which is invested by the latest traced investment business has no external investment, in other words, when the set of the enterprise to be invested is empty, the tracing of the corresponding path is stopped, thus obtaining each enterprise to be invested of the non-target field enterprise invested by the investment enterprise, and can construct the investment link of the non-target field enterprise invested by the investment enterprise accordingly, the investment link takes the enterprise property as the limited thrown enterprise as the termination end point;
then, on the basis of the investment link of the non-target field enterprise invested by the investment enterprise, the enterprise property of each invested enterprise in the investment link of the non-target field enterprise is determined by combining the name of the invested enterprise in the investment information of the non-target field enterprise;
or the investment link of the non-target field enterprise is taken as a reference, and the investment type of each invested enterprise in the investment link of the non-target field enterprise is determined by utilizing the executed transaction partner identification in the investment information of the non-target field enterprise;
or on the basis of the investment link of the non-target field enterprise, the enterprise property and the investment type of each invested enterprise in the investment link of the non-target field enterprise can be determined by combining the name of the invested enterprise in the investment information of the non-target field enterprise and the identification of the executive affair partner.
The method comprises the steps of determining the investment types of various invested enterprises in the investment link of the non-target field enterprise by combining an executed transaction partner identifier in investment information of the non-target field enterprise on the basis of the investment link of the non-target field enterprise, wherein the process of determining the investment types of various invested enterprises in the investment link of the non-target field enterprise can be specifically characterized in that the names of the invested enterprises in the investment information possibly carry the executed transaction partner identifier, which means that the invested enterprises corresponding to the names of the invested enterprises carrying the executed transaction partner identifier are executed transaction partners, so that the investment types of the invested enterprises are determined as dominant investment under the condition that the non-target field enterprise carries the executed transaction partner identifier, namely under the condition that the non-target field enterprise carries the executed transaction partner of any invested enterprise in the invested enterprise set; accordingly, in the event that a non-target domain business is a non-performing transaction partner for any of its set of commissioned businesses, the investment type for that commissioned business is determined as a participating investment.
Correspondingly, when the investment enterprise carries the identification of the business executing partner, namely when the investment enterprise is the business executing partner of the non-target field enterprise, determining the investment type of the non-target field enterprise as the dominant investment; accordingly, when the investment enterprise is a non-performing business partner of the non-target domain enterprise, the investment type of the non-target domain enterprise is determined as the participation investment.
The following description will be made of the determination process of the investment type and enterprise nature of each enterprise to be invested in the investment link when enterprise nature of non-medical enterprises is partnered, taking the medical field as an example:
fig. 3 is an exemplary diagram of a determination process of investment type and enterprise nature provided by the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, of each of the invested enterprises, the invested enterprise 1 is a pharmaceutical enterprise, i.e. a target domain enterprise, the enterprise nature of which is limited; the enterprise 2 to be delivered and the enterprise 3 to be delivered are both non-pharmaceutical enterprises, i.e., non-target field enterprises.
Wherein, the enterprise nature of the enterprise 2 to be thrown is limited; the enterprise property of the enterprise 3 to be invested is partnered, and at this time, an investment link of the enterprise 3 to be invested can be constructed according to the name of the enterprise to be invested in the investment information of the enterprise 3 to be invested and an enterprise information base in the medical field; on this basis, the investment type and enterprise nature of each of the invested enterprises (invested enterprise 31 and invested enterprise 32) in the investment link of the invested enterprise 3 can be further determined by combining the invested enterprise name in the investment information of the invested enterprise 3 and the identification of the business partner.
In the investment link of the invested enterprise 3, the investing enterprise is a partner of the executed transaction of the invested enterprise 3, and thus, the investment type of the invested enterprise 3 can be determined as the dominant investment.
Further, the enterprise nature of the commissioned enterprise 31 is partnership, and the enterprise nature of the commissioned enterprise 32 is limited; and, the commissioned enterprise 3 is a non-performing transaction partner of the commissioned enterprise 31, and thus, the investment type of the commissioned enterprise 31 can be determined as a participation investment; the commissioned enterprise 3 is a partner of the performance of the commissioned enterprise 32 and, thus, may determine the investment type of the commissioned enterprise 32 as the dominant investment.
Here, the dominant investment means that the investing enterprise invests in the invested enterprise (invested enterprise 32) directly or through a stock-holding enterprise; participating in the investment means that the investing enterprise invests in the invested enterprise (invested enterprise 31) indirectly through the participating enterprise or the fund (partnering).
For the investor, the dominant investment here can be expressed as the XXXX limited partner of the investment enterprise dominant investment (invested enterprise 3) dominantly investing the invested enterprise (invested enterprise 32); participation in the investment may be indicated by participation in the invested business (invested business 31) in the XXXX limited partner of the investment lead (invested business 3).
Based on the above embodiment, in step 120, determining the investment type of each invested enterprise in the investment link of the non-target domain enterprise based on the executed transaction partner identification in the investment information of the non-target domain enterprise and the investment link of the non-target domain enterprise, and then further comprising:
if any of the invested enterprises carrying the identification of the business execution partners in the investment link of the non-target field enterprise is the business execution partners of any other invested enterprise and the invested enterprise is not a fund manager of the other invested enterprise, determining the investment type of the invested enterprise on the other invested enterprise as the participation investment.
Specifically, when the enterprise property of the non-target domain enterprise (fund) is a partner, there is a case that the execution business partner of the non-target domain enterprise (fund) entrusts the non-target domain enterprise (fund) to other fund management enterprises having an independent legal qualification, at this time, the fund manager of the non-target domain enterprise (fund) is not the execution business partner but the fund management enterprise having an independent legal qualification, that is, when the execution business partner of the non-target domain enterprise (fund) and the fund manager are not the same law, the investment information obtained by directly mining the investment information by the business information or by combining the investment information on the basis of the business information is not complete, that is, it is difficult to obtain all the funds governed by the fund manager, and therefore, the fund presentation platform is needed to obtain all the funds governed by the fund manager, and the above process is repeated by taking the investment information as the investment information of the non-target field enterprises to determine the investment type of the fund manager.
In the above process, in the investment link of the non-target domain enterprise, in a case where any of the commissioned enterprises carrying the identification of the executed transaction partner is the executed transaction partner of any other commissioned enterprise, and the commissioned enterprise is not the fund manager of the other commissioned enterprise, that is, in a case where the executed transaction partner of the other commissioned enterprise and the fund manager are not the same legal person, the investment type of the commissioned enterprise on the other commissioned enterprise is determined as the participation investment.
Correspondingly, in the investment link of the non-target field enterprise, under the condition that any invested enterprise carrying the identification of the executed transaction partner is the executed transaction partner of any other invested enterprise and the invested enterprise is the fund manager of the other invested enterprise, namely under the condition that the executed transaction partner of the other invested enterprise and the fund manager are the same legal person, the investment type of the invested enterprise on the other invested enterprise is determined as the dominant investment.
For example, when the non-target domain enterprise carries the executed transaction partner identifier and is not the executed transaction partner of any one of the invested enterprises in the invested enterprise set but is not the fund manager of the invested enterprise, namely the executed transaction partner of the invested enterprise and the fund manager are not the same legal, the investment type of the non-target domain enterprise on the invested enterprise is determined as the participation investment.
For another example, when the non-target domain enterprise carries the executed transaction partner identifier, and the non-target domain enterprise is the executed transaction partner of any one of the invested enterprises in the invested enterprise set and is the fund manager of the invested enterprise, namely the executed transaction partner of the invested enterprise and the fund manager are the same legal, the investment type of the non-target domain enterprise on the invested enterprise is determined as the dominant investment.
Correspondingly, under the condition that the investment enterprise carries the identification of the executed transaction partner, if the investment enterprise is the executed transaction partner of the non-target field enterprise with the property of the enterprise invested by the investment enterprise as a partner and is not the fund manager of the non-target field enterprise, the investment type of the investment enterprise on the non-target field enterprise is determined as the participation investment.
Under the condition that the investment enterprise carries the identification of the business executing partner, if the investment enterprise is the business executing partner of the non-target field enterprise of which the property of the enterprise is partner and is a fund manager of the non-target field enterprise, the investment type of the investment enterprise to the non-target field enterprise is determined as the dominant investment.
Based on the above embodiment, step 130 includes:
determining an investment relationship between the investment enterprise and the target field enterprise based on the target field enterprise;
determining the investment relation between the investment enterprises in the target fields in the investment links of the investment enterprises and the non-target field enterprises based on the investment types and/or the enterprise properties of the invested enterprises in the investment links of the non-target field enterprises;
and determining the investment hierarchical relationship of the investment enterprises in the target field based on the investment relationship between the investment enterprises and the target field enterprises and the investment relationship between the investment enterprises in the target field and the target field enterprises in the investment links of the investment enterprises and the non-target field enterprises.
Specifically, in step 130, the process of determining the investment hierarchy relationship of the investment enterprise in the target domain according to the investment type and/or enterprise nature of each invested enterprise in the investment links of the target domain enterprise and the non-target domain enterprise may specifically include the following steps:
firstly, referring to target field enterprises invested by investment enterprises, determining the investment relationship between the investment enterprises and the target field enterprises, namely directly determining the investment relationship between the investment enterprises and the target field enterprises as direct investment under the condition that the target field enterprises exist in various invested enterprises of the investment enterprises;
meanwhile, the investment relationship between the investment enterprises in the target fields in the investment links of the investment enterprises and the non-target field enterprises can be determined according to the investment types of the invested enterprises in the investment links of the non-target field enterprises;
or determining the investment relation between the enterprises in the target fields in the investment links of the investment enterprises and the enterprises in the non-target fields according to the enterprise properties of the invested enterprises in the investment links of the enterprises in the non-target fields;
or jointly determining the investment relationship between the invested enterprises in the investment links of the invested enterprises and the non-target-domain enterprises by combining the investment types and the enterprise properties of the invested enterprises in the investment links of the non-target-domain enterprises.
Then, the investment relationship between the investment enterprise and the target domain enterprise, and the investment relationship between the investment enterprise and each target domain enterprise in the investment link of the investment enterprise and the non-target domain enterprise can be combined to jointly construct the investment hierarchical relationship of the investment enterprise under the target domain, wherein the investment hierarchical relationship shows the investment relationship between the investment enterprise and each target domain enterprise in the investment link of the investment enterprise and the non-target domain enterprise in a tree structure.
Based on the above embodiment, in step 130, determining the investment relationship between the investing enterprises and the target domain enterprises in the investment link between the investing enterprises and the non-target domain enterprises based on the investment types of the invested enterprises in the investment link between the non-target domain enterprises includes:
in an investment link of a non-target field enterprise, if the investment types of various invested enterprises from the non-target field enterprise to any target field enterprise are dominant investments, determining the investment relation between the investment enterprise and the target field enterprise as the dominant investment;
in the investment link of the non-target domain enterprise, if an invested enterprise with an investment type of participation exists in each invested enterprise from the non-target domain enterprise to any target domain enterprise, the investment relation between the investment enterprise and the target domain enterprise is determined as the participation investment.
Specifically, the process of determining the investment relationship between the investment enterprises in the target domains in the investment links between the investment enterprises in the non-target domains and the enterprises in the non-target domains according to the investment types of the invested enterprises in the investment links between the investment enterprises in the non-target domains can be divided into the following cases:
first, in an investment link of a non-target domain enterprise, if the investment types of each invested enterprise from the non-target domain enterprise to any target domain enterprise are all dominant investments, in this case, the investment relationship between an investment enterprise and the target domain enterprise can be directly determined as the dominant investment.
In the investment link of the non-target domain enterprise, if an invested enterprise with an investment type of participation investment exists in each invested enterprise from the non-target domain enterprise to any target domain enterprise, the investment relation between the investment enterprise and the target domain enterprise can be directly determined as the participation investment.
The dominant investment here means that the investing enterprise invests the invested enterprise directly or through the stock control enterprise; participating in the investment means that the investment enterprises indirectly invest in the invested enterprises through participating enterprises or funds (partnerships).
Based on the above embodiment, in step 130, determining the investment relationship between the investing enterprises and the target domain enterprises in the investment link between the investing enterprises and the non-target domain enterprises based on the enterprise properties of the invested enterprises in the investment link between the non-target domain enterprises includes:
in an investment link of a non-target field enterprise, if the enterprise properties of each invested enterprise from the non-target field enterprise to any target field enterprise are limited, determining the investment relation between the investment enterprise and the target field enterprise as direct investment;
in the investment link of the non-target domain enterprise, if the enterprise to be invested exists in the enterprise to be invested from the non-target domain enterprise to any one target domain enterprise, the investment relation between the investment enterprise and the target domain enterprise is determined as indirect investment.
Specifically, in the foregoing process, the process of determining the investment relationship between the target domain enterprises in the investment links between the investment enterprise and the non-target domain enterprises according to the enterprise properties of each commissioned enterprise in the investment links between the non-target domain enterprises may include the following several cases:
first, in an investment link of a non-target domain enterprise, if the enterprise nature of each invested enterprise from the non-target domain enterprise to any target domain enterprise is limited, in this case, the investment relationship between the investment enterprise and the target domain enterprise can be directly determined as direct investment.
In the second embodiment, in the investment link of the non-target domain enterprise, if there are commissioned enterprises having enterprise properties that are partnered among the various commissioned enterprises from the non-target domain enterprise to any one of the target domain enterprises, the investment relationship between the investment enterprise and the target domain enterprise may be determined as the indirect investment.
It should be noted that the direct investment here means that the investment organization does not invest the invested enterprise through the self-control fund (partner); indirect investing means that investment institutions invest in invested enterprises through self-participation funds (partnerships).
In addition, the direct investment and the indirect investment are partially overlapped with the above dominant investment and the participating investment, that is, there may be a case that the investment relationship between the target field enterprise and the investment enterprise is the dominant investment, the direct investment or the indirect investment, and there may also be a case that the investment relationship between the target field enterprise and the investment enterprise is the participating investment, the direct investment or the indirect investment.
Based on the above embodiment, in step 130, determining the investment relationship between the investment enterprise and the target domain enterprise based on the target domain enterprise includes:
and if the target field enterprise exists, determining the investment relation between the investment enterprise and the target field enterprise as direct investment.
Specifically, in the process of determining the investment relationship between the investment enterprise and the target domain enterprise according to the target domain enterprise, the investment relationship between the investment enterprise and the target domain enterprise may be directly determined as the direct investment in a case where the target domain enterprise exists in each of the invested enterprises of the investment enterprise.
Based on the above embodiments, fig. 4 is an exemplary diagram of the investment hierarchy relationship in the target domain provided by the present invention, and the following describes, taking the medical domain as an example, a process for determining the investment hierarchy relationship of an investment enterprise in the target domain according to the investment relationship between the investment enterprise and a target domain enterprise and the investment relationship between the investment enterprises in the target domains in the investment links of the investment enterprise and the non-target domain enterprise:
referring to fig. 4, the enterprise 1 to be delivered is a pharmaceutical enterprise, i.e., a target domain enterprise; the enterprise 2 to be commissioned and the enterprise 3 to be commissioned are both non-medical enterprises, namely non-target field enterprises, wherein the enterprise nature of the enterprise 2 to be commissioned is limited; the enterprise nature of the commissioned enterprise 3 is partnership.
In the investment link of the invested enterprise 3, the investing enterprise is a partner of the executed transaction of the invested enterprise 3, and thus, the investment type of the invested enterprise 3 can be determined as the dominant investment.
Further, if the investment enterprise is not the fund manager of the invested enterprise 3, the investment type of the invested enterprise 3 needs to be changed, that is, the investment type of the investment enterprise on the invested enterprise 3 is changed from the original dominant investment to the participation investment; accordingly, if the investing enterprise is the fund manager of the invested enterprise 3, the investment type of the invested enterprise 3 does not need to be changed, that is, the investing enterprise still has the dominant investment for the invested enterprise 3.
The enterprise nature of the commissioned enterprise 31 is a partner, and the commissioned enterprise 3 is a non-performing business partner of the commissioned enterprise 31, and thus, the investment type of the commissioned enterprise 31 can be determined as a participating investment; the enterprise to be invested 32 is a pharmaceutical enterprise, i.e., a target domain enterprise, the enterprise nature of which is limited, and the enterprise to be invested 3 is an executive partner of the enterprise to be invested 32, and thus, the investment type of the enterprise to be invested 32 can be determined as a dominant investment.

in the investment link of the non-target domain enterprise, if there is a invested enterprise with an investment type of participation in the investment among the invested enterprises from the non-target domain enterprise to any one of the target domain enterprises, determining an investment relationship between the investment enterprise and the target domain enterprise as the participation in the investment, for example, the investment relationship between the investment enterprise and the invested enterprise 311 in fig. 4;

Through the above processes, the complete investment hierarchy of the investment enterprises in the target field can be obtained, and the investment hierarchy shows the investment relations between the investment enterprises and the target field enterprises invested in the investment enterprises and between the target field enterprises in the investment link of the non-target field enterprises in a tree structure.
Based on the above embodiment, step 110 includes:

Meanwhile, considering the condition that most of changes of the industrial and commercial information of the enterprise are delayed, if the investment information mining is carried out based on the industrial and commercial information alone, certain hysteresis exists in the obtained investment information, in other words, the timeliness of the investment information is difficult to guarantee, in view of the above, in the embodiment of the invention, the investment information mining can be carried out jointly on the basis of the industrial and commercial information by combining the investment information of the investment enterprise, so that complete and reliable investment information is obtained, and the specific process can be that the investment information mining is carried out based on the industrial and commercial information of the investment enterprise, so that the industrial and commercial source investment information of the investment enterprise is obtained; mining investment information based on the investment information to obtain information source investment information of investment enterprises; and combining the industrial and commercial source investment information and the information source investment information based on the correlation of the industrial and commercial source investment information and the information source investment information on the investment time and the invested enterprise so as to obtain the investment information of the investment enterprise.
Then, the name of the enterprise to be invested in the investment information of the investment enterprise can be matched with the name of the enterprise in an enterprise information base in the target field, and a matching result is obtained;
and then, determining a target domain enterprise and a non-target domain enterprise which are invested by the investment enterprise according to a matching result of the name of the enterprise to be invested in the investment information and the enterprise information base, wherein the process can be specifically that when the matching result is that the matching is successful, namely, any name of the enterprise to be invested in the investment information of the investment enterprise is matched with the enterprise information base in the target domain, it can also be understood that when the name of the enterprise which is consistent with the name of the enterprise to be invested exists in the enterprise information base in the target domain, the name of the enterprise to be invested and the name of the enterprise in the enterprise information base refer to the same enterprise, so that the enterprise to be invested corresponding to the name of the enterprise to be invested can be determined to be the enterprise in the target domain, namely, the target domain enterprise.
Correspondingly, if the matching result is that the matching fails, that is, any of the names of the submitted enterprises in the investment information of the investment enterprises is not matched with the enterprise information base in the target field, it can also be understood that no enterprise name consistent with the name of the submitted enterprise exists in the enterprise information base in the target field, and the enterprise in the non-target field of the submitted enterprise corresponding to the name of the submitted enterprise can be determined to be the non-target field enterprise.

and determining the investment hierarchical relationship of the investment enterprises in the target field based on the investment relationship between the investment enterprises and the target field enterprises and the investment relationship between the investment enterprises in the target field and the target field enterprises in the investment links of the investment enterprises and the non-target field enterprises.
The method provided by the embodiment of the invention determines the target field enterprise and the non-target field enterprise invested by the investment enterprise according to the enterprise information base in the target field and the investment information of the investment enterprise in the target field, and determines the investment link of the non-target field enterprise and the investment type and/or enterprise property of each invested enterprise in the investment link of the non-target field enterprise according to the investment information of the non-target field enterprise and the enterprise information base under the condition that the enterprise property of the non-target field enterprise is a partner, wherein the investment link takes the enterprise property as a limited invested enterprise as a termination end point; the investment hierarchical relationship of the investment enterprises in the target field is determined by combining the investment types and/or enterprise properties of the invested enterprises in the investment links of the enterprises in the target field and the enterprises in the non-target field, so that the problems that the investment relationship is difficult to obtain in the traditional scheme, the investment relationship is time-consuming and labor-consuming to obtain due to the complex investment mode and errors are easy to occur are solved, the accuracy and the completeness of the acquisition of the investment hierarchical relationship are improved, and data support is provided for the disclosure of the investment wind direction and the investment trend of an investment institution; in addition, the method also helps the screening process of the innovative investment projects based on the investment hierarchical relationship.
The invention also provides an investment relationship query method, fig. 5 is a schematic flow diagram of the investment relationship query method provided by the invention, the execution subject of the method is an investment relationship query system or a server, as shown in fig. 5, the method comprises:

Step 520, inquiring a target investment relation corresponding to the name of the inquired enterprise in the inquiry request of the investment relation from an investment hierarchical relation library, wherein the investment hierarchical relation library is constructed on the basis of the investment hierarchical relation determined by the investment relation mining method;
specifically, in step 510, on the basis of having received the investment relationship query request, step 520 may be executed, i.e., a target investment relationship, i.e., an investment relationship corresponding to the name of the enterprise to be queried in the investment relationship query request, may be queried from a pre-constructed investment level relationship library, where the target investment relationship is substantially an investment relationship between the investment enterprise corresponding to the name of the enterprise and the enterprise to be invested, i.e., an investment level relationship of the investment enterprise in the target field, and it may also be understood that the investment relationship represents the investment relationship between the investment enterprise corresponding to the name of the enterprise and the enterprise to be invested in a tree structure.
After the target investment relationship is obtained, investment item information and/or investment information of each invested enterprise of the investment enterprises corresponding to the inquired enterprise name can be further obtained, and the obtained investment item information and/or investment information can be classified and arranged correspondingly by referring to a tree-shaped mode of the target investment relationship.

And step 530, displaying the target investment relation.

In another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer program product comprising a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, the computer program comprising program instructions which, when executed by a computer, enable the computer to perform the investment relation mining method or the investment relation query method provided by the above methods, wherein the investment relation mining method comprises: determining target field enterprises and non-target field enterprises invested by the investment enterprises based on an enterprise information base in a target field and the investment information of the investment enterprises in the target field; if the enterprise property of the non-target field enterprise is a partner, determining an investment link of the non-target field enterprise and the investment type and/or enterprise property of each invested enterprise in the investment link of the non-target field enterprise based on the investment information of the non-target field enterprise and the enterprise information base, wherein the investment link takes the enterprise property as a limited invested enterprise as a termination end point; and determining the investment hierarchical relationship of the investment enterprises under the target domain based on the investment types and/or enterprise properties of the invested enterprises in the investment links of the target domain enterprises and the non-target domain enterprises. The investment relation query method comprises the following steps: receiving an investment relation query request; inquiring a target investment relation corresponding to an inquired enterprise name in the investment relation inquiry request from an investment hierarchical relation library, wherein the investment hierarchical relation library is constructed on the basis of the investment hierarchical relation determined by the investment relation mining method; and displaying the target investment relation.
In yet another aspect, the present invention also provides a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, the computer program being implemented by a processor to perform the investment relation mining method or the investment relation query method provided by the above methods, wherein the investment relation mining method includes: determining target domain enterprises and non-target domain enterprises which are invested by the investment enterprises based on an enterprise information base in a target domain and investment information of the investment enterprises in the target domain; if the enterprise property of the non-target field enterprise is a partner, determining an investment link of the non-target field enterprise and the investment type and/or enterprise property of each invested enterprise in the investment link of the non-target field enterprise based on the investment information of the non-target field enterprise and the enterprise information base, wherein the investment link takes the enterprise property as a limited invested enterprise as a termination end point; and determining the investment hierarchical relationship of the investment enterprises under the target field based on the investment types and/or enterprise properties of the invested enterprises in the investment links of the target field enterprises and the non-target field enterprises. The investment relation query method comprises the following steps: receiving an investment relation query request; inquiring a target investment relation corresponding to an inquired enterprise name in the investment relation inquiry request from an investment hierarchical relation library, wherein the investment hierarchical relation library is constructed on the basis of the investment hierarchical relation determined by the investment relation mining method; and displaying the target investment relation.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement it without inventive effort.

Claims (11)

1. An investment relationship mining method, comprising:
determining target field enterprises and non-target field enterprises invested by the investment enterprises based on an enterprise information base in a target field and the investment information of the investment enterprises in the target field;
if the enterprise property of the non-target field enterprise is a partner, determining an investment link of the non-target field enterprise and the investment type and/or enterprise property of each invested enterprise in the investment link of the non-target field enterprise based on the investment information of the non-target field enterprise and the enterprise information base, wherein the investment link takes the enterprise property as a limited invested enterprise as a termination end point;
and determining the investment hierarchical relationship of the investment enterprises under the target domain based on the investment types and/or enterprise properties of the invested enterprises in the investment links of the target domain enterprises and the non-target domain enterprises.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining the investment link of the non-target domain enterprise and the investment type and/or enterprise nature of each invested enterprise in the investment link of the non-target domain enterprise based on the investment information of the non-target domain enterprise and the enterprise information base comprises:
determining an investment link of the non-target field enterprise based on the name of the enterprise to be invested in the investment information of the non-target field enterprise and the enterprise information base;
determining enterprise properties of each invested enterprise in the investment links of the non-target field enterprises based on the name of the invested enterprise in the investment information of the non-target field enterprises and the investment links of the non-target field enterprises;
and/or determining the investment type of each invested enterprise in the investment links of the non-target field enterprises based on the executed transaction partner identification in the investment information of the non-target field enterprises and the investment links of the non-target field enterprises.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining the investment types of each invested business in the investment links of the non-target domain business based on the executed transaction partner identification in the investment information of the non-target domain business and the investment links of the non-target domain business further comprises:
and if any one of the invested enterprises carrying the identification of the business execution partner is the business execution partner of any other invested enterprise and the any one of the invested enterprises is not the fund manager of the any other invested enterprise in the investment link of the non-target field enterprise, determining the investment type of the any one of the invested enterprises to the any other invested enterprise as the participation investment.
4. The investment relationship mining method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the determining the investment hierarchy relationship of the investment enterprise under the target domain based on the investment type and/or enterprise nature of each invested enterprise in the investment links of the target domain enterprise and the non-target domain enterprise comprises:
determining an investment relationship between the investment enterprise and the target domain enterprise based on the target domain enterprise;
determining an investment relationship between the investment enterprise and each target domain enterprise in the investment link of the non-target domain enterprise based on the investment type and/or enterprise nature of each invested enterprise in the investment link of the non-target domain enterprise;
and determining the investment hierarchical relationship of the investment enterprises in the target domain based on the investment relationship between the investment enterprises and the target domain enterprises and the investment relationship between the investment enterprises in the target domain and the investment links of the investment enterprises and the non-target domain enterprises.

The investment relationship mining method according to claim 4, wherein the determining the investment relationship between the investment enterprise and each target domain enterprise in the investment link of the non-target domain enterprise based on the investment type of each invested enterprise in the investment link of the non-target domain enterprise comprises:
in an investment link of the non-target field enterprise, if the investment types of all the invested enterprises from the non-target field enterprise to any target field enterprise are dominant investments, determining the investment relation between the investment enterprise and the any target field enterprise as a dominant investment;
in the investment link of the non-target domain enterprise, if an invested enterprise with an investment type of participation exists in each invested enterprise from the non-target domain enterprise to any target domain enterprise, determining the investment relation between the investment enterprise and any target domain enterprise as participation investment.

The investment relationship mining method according to claim 4, wherein the determining the investment relationship between the investment enterprise and each target domain enterprise in the investment link of the non-target domain enterprise based on the enterprise nature of each invested enterprise in the investment link of the non-target domain enterprise comprises:
in an investment link of the non-target field enterprise, if enterprise properties of each invested enterprise from the non-target field enterprise to any target field enterprise are limited, determining an investment relation between the investment enterprise and any target field enterprise as direct investment;
in the investment link of the non-target domain enterprise, if an enterprise to be invested exists in the enterprise to be invested from the non-target domain enterprise to any target domain enterprise, wherein the enterprise to be invested is a partner enterprise, the investment relation between the investment enterprise and any target domain enterprise is determined as indirect investment.
7. The investment relationship mining method according to claim 4, wherein the determining the investment relationship between the investment enterprise and the target domain enterprise based on the target domain enterprise comprises:
and if the target field enterprise exists, determining the investment relation between the investment enterprise and the target field enterprise as direct investment.

The method for mining investment relationship according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the determining of the target domain business and the non-target domain business invested by the investment business based on the business information base under the target domain and the investment information of the investment business under the target domain comprises:
mining investment information based on the industrial and commercial information of the investment enterprises to obtain the investment information of the investment enterprises;
matching the name of the enterprise to be invested in the investment information of the investment enterprise with an enterprise information base in the target field to obtain a matching result;
and determining the target field enterprises and the non-target field enterprises which are invested by the investment enterprises based on the matching result.
9. An investment relation query method, comprising:
receiving an investment relation query request;
inquiring a target investment relation corresponding to the name of the inquired enterprise in the investment relation inquiry request from an investment hierarchical relation library, wherein the investment hierarchical relation library is constructed on the basis of the investment hierarchical relation determined by the investment relation mining method according to any one of claims 1 to 8;
and displaying the target investment relation.
10. An investment relationship mining apparatus, comprising:
a thrown enterprise determining unit, configured to determine, based on an enterprise information base in a target domain and investment information of an investment enterprise in the target domain, a target domain enterprise and a non-target domain enterprise invested by the investment enterprise;
a type property determining unit, configured to determine, based on the investment information of the non-target domain enterprise and the enterprise information base, an investment link of the non-target domain enterprise and an investment type and/or enterprise property of each commissioned enterprise in the investment link of the non-target domain enterprise, if the enterprise property of the non-target domain enterprise is a partner, where the investment link takes an enterprise property as a limited commissioned enterprise as a termination endpoint;
and the investment hierarchical relationship determining unit is used for determining the investment hierarchical relationship of the investment enterprises in the target domain based on the investment types and/or enterprise properties of the invested enterprises in the investment links of the target domain enterprises and the non-target domain enterprises.
11. An investment relation inquiry apparatus, comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving an investment relation query request;
a query unit, configured to query a target investment relationship corresponding to a name of a query enterprise in the investment relationship query request from an investment hierarchy relationship library, where the investment hierarchy relationship library is constructed based on the investment hierarchy relationship determined by the investment relationship mining method according to any one of claims 1 to 8;
and the display unit is used for displaying the target investment relation.
