Abstract

The invention provides a hydraulic rod with a buffering function, which comprises a protection plate 1 as shown in figure 1, wherein a hydraulic rod body 2 is fixed at the bottom end of the protection plate 1, the hydraulic rod body 2 is movably connected with a first buffer plate 4 and a second buffer plate 5, two first grooves 7 are formed in the bottom end of the first buffer plate 4, the hydraulic rod is structurally shown in figure 2, a first sliding rod 8 is fixed in each first groove 7, two first moving blocks 9 are connected to the first sliding rod 8 in a sliding manner, and the two first moving blocks 9 are respectively connected with two side walls of the first groove 7 through first springs 10 surrounding the side surfaces of the first sliding rod 8; two straight rods 11 are fixed at the top end of the second buffer plate 5, a second groove 12 is formed in the top end of each straight rod 11, a moving rod 13 is arranged on the top end of each moving rod 13, one end of each moving rod 13 is located in the corresponding second groove 12 and connected with the corresponding second groove through a second spring 14, a connecting block 15 is fixed at the other end of each moving rod, the connecting block 15 is connected with two first buffer rods 17 through first rotating shafts 16, the other ends of the two first buffer rods 17 are movably connected with the two first moving blocks 9 through second rotating shafts 18 respectively, the second springs 14 are compressed or stretched through the moving rods 13, and the first moving blocks 9 are driven by the two first buffer rods 17 to stretch or compress the first springs 10 to buffer the hydraulic rod body 2 together. The hydraulic rod with the buffering function has the buffering function, and the hydraulic device is guaranteed not to be damaged during working.

When the buffering device is used, under the action of external force, the second buffering plate 5 drives the straight rod 11 to move upwards, at this time, one end of the moving rod 13 compresses the second spring 14, and the other end of the moving rod drives the two first moving blocks 9 to slide outwards through the two first buffering rods 17 and compress the first springs, so that buffering is performed, and the buffering effect is good.
