In the invention, a liquid inlet fixing sleeve of the water pump 18 is provided with a four-way through angle valve 45, a liquid inlet of the four-way through angle valve 45 is communicated with three liquid inlet pipes 19, and the water pump 18 can be communicated with a plurality of liquid inlet pipes 19 through the four-way through angle valve 45.
In the invention, the rubber layer 46 is fixedly connected to the side of the pressing plate 41 far away from the second bolt 40, and the guide plate 36 can be more stably fixed through the rubber layer 46.

The working principle is as follows: firstly, the plate 8 is connected through the cable 25, the driving motor 6 is started to drive the rotating shaft 4 to rotate, the rotating shaft 4 winds the cable 25, the plate 8 is pulled upwards, then the hydraulic cylinder 7 is started, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 7 pushes the U-shaped sliding rod 3 to slide towards the direction of the cleaning box 1, the plate 8 is positioned right above the cleaning box 1, secondly, the rotating shaft 4 and the winding wheel 5 are rotated reversely, the plate 8 moves downwards, the plate 8 falls between two adjacent steel brush wheels 30 under the influence of the material guide plate 36 in the descending process, the stepping motor 34 is started to drive the worm 35 to rotate, the worm 35 is respectively meshed with the two worm wheels 33, the two steel brush wheels 30 start to rotate oppositely along with the rotation of the worm 35, and the steel brush wheels 30 can primarily clean the front side and the back side of the plate 8 in the process that the plate 8 falls from between the two steel brush wheels 30, thirdly, after the plate 8 falls into the cleaning box 1, starting a water pump 18, conveying degreasing fluid in a degreasing agent box 15 into the cleaning box 1 through a liquid inlet pipe 19 and a liquid outlet pipe 21 by the water pump 18, decomposing oil stains on the surface layer of the plate 8 by the degreasing fluid, then starting an ultrasonic generator 14 and an ultrasonic transducer 13, emitting ultrasonic waves to clean the oil stains on the surface layer of the plate 8, fourthly, after the oil stains are cleaned, starting a rotating motor 24 to drive a screw rod 23 to rotate, connecting the screw rod 23 with a sliding block 22 in a threaded manner, driving the sliding block 11 to move towards the left side along with the rotation of the screw rod 23, clamping the plate 8 by the sliding block 11 and a fixed frame 9, starting the driving motor 6 to drive a rotating shaft 4 to rotate, lifting the plate 8 upwards through a cable 25, scraping the oil stains on the surface layer of the plate 8 by a left scraper 10 and a right scraper 12 in the upward process of the plate 8, then the plate 8 moves up and down, the surface layer on the side of the plate 8 is scraped for many times by the left scraper 10 and the right scraper 12, the oil stain is removed, degreasing fluid is discharged by a drain pipe of the cleaning box 1, the builder in the builder box 16 is conveyed into the cleaning box 1 by the water pump 18, the operation of the fourth step is repeated to remove iron powder on the surface layer of the plate 8, then the clean water in the water tank 17 is conveyed into the cleaning box 1 by the operation again, the plate 8 is cleaned by the operation of the fourth step, the driving motor 6 is started to drive the rotating shaft 4 to rotate, the plate 8 is pulled out from the cleaning box 1, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 7 contracts to drive the plate 8 to move to the upper part of the oven 42, the plate 8 is moved into the oven 42, the heating tube 43 is started, the heating tube 43 heats the air in the oven 42, and the plate 8 is dried, after drying, the electromagnetic plate 44 is started, the plate 8 is made to reciprocate up and down through the rotating shaft 4, and then the residual iron powder on the surface layer of the plate 8 can be adsorbed through the electromagnetic plate 44, in the seventh step, after a large amount of oil stains and iron powder are accumulated in the steel brush wheel 30, the first bolt 38 and the second bolt 40 are unscrewed respectively, the fixation between the right support plate 27 and the fixed plate 37 and between the right support plate 27 and the guide plate 36 is released, then the right support plate 27 is pulled outwards and taken out, the rotating shaft 28 is separated from the right support plate 27, then the nut 32 is unscrewed, the fixation of the nut 32 on the steel brush wheel 30 is released, the steel brush wheel 30 is moved rightwards, and therefore the steel brush wheel 30 is taken out for replacement.
A use process of a Q420 galvanizing degreasing iron removal system comprises the following steps:
s1, starting the driving motor 6 to drive the rotating shaft 4 to rotate, winding the cable 25 by the rotating shaft 4, moving the plate 8 upwards, starting the hydraulic cylinder 7, and pushing the U-shaped sliding rod 3 to slide towards the direction of the cleaning box 1 by a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 7 so that the plate 8 is positioned right above the cleaning box 1;
s2, reversely rotating the rotating shaft 4 and the reel 5, enabling the plate 8 to move downwards, enabling the plate 8 to fall between two adjacent steel brush wheels 30, starting the stepping motor 34 to drive the worm 35 to rotate, driving the two steel brush wheels 30 to start to rotate oppositely, and enabling the steel brush wheels 30 to preliminarily clean the front and back surfaces of the plate 8 in the process that the plate 8 falls between the two steel brush wheels 30;
s3, after the plate 8 falls into the cleaning box 1, starting a water suction pump 18, conveying degreasing fluid in a degreasing agent box 15 into the cleaning box 1 through a liquid inlet pipe 19 by the water suction pump 18, decomposing oil stains on the surface layer of the plate 8 by the degreasing fluid, then starting an ultrasonic generator 14 and an ultrasonic transducer 13, and transmitting ultrasonic waves to clean the oil stains on the surface layer of the plate 8;
s4, after oil stain cleaning is finished, starting the rotating motor 24 to drive the screw rod 23 to rotate, enabling the screw rod 23 to be in threaded connection with the sliding block 22, enabling the sliding block 22 to drive the sliding plate 11 to move towards the left side, enabling the sliding plate 11 and the fixed frame 9 to clamp the plate 8, starting the driving motor 6 to drive the rotating shaft 4 to rotate, enabling the plate 8 to be lifted upwards through the mooring rope 25, enabling the left scraper 10 and the right scraper 12 to scrape the oil stain on the surface layer of the plate 8, enabling the plate 8 to move up and down back, and scraping the oil stain on the surface layer of the side of the plate 8 through the left scraper 10 and the right scraper 12 for multiple times;
s5, after oil stain is removed, discharging degreasing liquid through the degreasing agent box 15, conveying the strength agent in the strength agent box 16 into the cleaning box 1 through the water suction pump 18, repeating the operation of the step S4 to remove iron powder on the surface layer of the plate 8, then conveying clean water in the water tank 17 into the cleaning box 1 through the operation again, and repeating the operation of the step S4 to clean the plate 8;
s6, starting the driving motor 6 to drive the rotating shaft 4 to rotate, pulling the plate 8 out of the cleaning box 1, then enabling the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 7 to contract to drive the plate 8 to move to the position above the oven 42, moving the plate 8 into the oven 42, starting the heating tube 43, enabling the heating tube 43 to heat air in the oven 42, starting the electromagnetic plate 44 after the plate 8 is dried, enabling the plate 8 to move up and down in a reciprocating mode through the rotating shaft 4, and further enabling the residual iron powder on the surface layer of the plate 8 to be adsorbed through the electromagnetic plate 44;
s7, when a large amount of oil stains and iron powders are accumulated in the steel brush wheel 30, the first bolt 38 and the second bolt 40 are unscrewed respectively, the fixation between the right support plate 27 and the fixed plate 37 and the guide plate 36 is released, then the right support plate 27 is pulled outwards and taken out, the rotating shaft 28 is separated from the right support plate 27, then the nut 32 is unscrewed, the fixation of the nut 32 on the steel brush wheel 30 is released, the steel brush wheel 30 is moved rightwards, and the steel brush wheel 30 is taken out and replaced.

s2, reversely rotating the rotating shaft (4) and the winding wheel (5), enabling the plate (8) to move downwards, enabling the plate (8) to fall between two adjacent steel brush wheels (30), starting the stepping motor (34) to drive the worm (35) to rotate, driving the two steel brush wheels (30) to start to rotate in opposite directions, and enabling the steel brush wheels (30) to preliminarily clean the front and back surfaces of the plate (8) in the process that the plate (8) falls between the two steel brush wheels (30);
s3, after the plate (8) falls into the cleaning box (1), starting a water suction pump (18), conveying degreasing fluid in a degreasing agent box (15) into the cleaning box (1) through a liquid inlet pipe (19) by the water suction pump (18), decomposing oil stains on the surface layer of the plate (8) by the degreasing fluid, then starting an ultrasonic generator (14) and an ultrasonic transducer (13), and emitting ultrasonic waves to clean the oil stains on the surface layer of the plate (8);
s4, after oil stain cleaning is finished, a rotating motor (24) is started to drive a screw rod (23) to rotate, the screw rod (23) is in threaded connection with a sliding block (22), the sliding block (22) drives a sliding plate (11) to move towards the left side, the sliding plate (11) and a fixed frame (9) clamp a plate (8), a driving motor (6) is started to drive a rotating shaft (4) to rotate, the plate (8) is lifted upwards through a mooring rope (25), oil stain on the surface layer of the plate (8) can be scraped down through a left scraper (10) and a right scraper (12), the plate (8) is then moved up and down back and forth, and oil stain on the surface layer on the side of the plate (8) is scraped through the left scraper (10) and the right scraper (12) for multiple times;
s5, after oil stain removal is finished, discharging degreasing fluid through a drain pipe of the cleaning box (1), conveying the builder in the builder box (16) into the cleaning box (1) through a water pump (18), repeating the operation of the step S4 to remove iron powder on the surface layer of the plate (8), then conveying clear water in the water tank (17) into the cleaning box (1) through the operation again, and repeating the operation of the step S4 to clean the plate (8);
s6, starting a driving motor (6) to drive a rotating shaft (4) to rotate, pulling out a plate (8) from a cleaning box (1), then enabling a piston rod of a hydraulic cylinder (7) to contract to drive the plate (8) to move to the upper side of an oven (42), moving the plate (8) into the oven (42), starting a heating tube (43), heating air in the oven (42) by the heating tube (43), starting an electromagnetic plate (44) after the plate (8) is dried, and enabling the plate (8) to move up and down in a reciprocating mode through the rotating shaft (4), so that residual iron powder on the surface layer of the plate (8) can be adsorbed by the electromagnetic plate (44);
