It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Specific implementations of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a structure diagram of a tablet dosing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
the transmission seat 3 comprises a seat body 301, and a second tooth-shaped part 302 is arranged in the seat body 301;
the pressing transmission structure 2 is connected with the transmission seat 3 and can move along the axial direction of the transmission seat 3, and a first tooth-shaped part 201 is arranged on the pressing transmission structure 2;
the transmission discharging structure 4 comprises a base body 401, the base body 401 is elastically connected with the pressing transmission structure 2 and can independently rotate relative to the pressing transmission structure 2, a third tooth-shaped portion 402 matched with the second tooth-shaped portion 302 and the first tooth-shaped portion 201 is arranged on the base body 401, the second tooth-shaped portion 302 is used for enabling the base body 401 to rotate under the action of teeth when the base body 401 moves upwards, and a discharging portion 403 is arranged on the base body 401;
and the tablet storage structure 5 corresponds to the position of the transmission discharging structure 4, and the tablet storage structure 5 is used for contacting with the discharging part 403 to eject the tablets 8 in the tablet storage structure.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in the initial state, that is, when the pressing transmission structure 2 is not stressed, the second tooth profile 302 and the third tooth profile 402 are in the engaged state, and the third tooth profile 402 and the first tooth profile 201 have a misalignment, which means that after the third tooth profile 402 and the first tooth profile 201 contact, the teeth of the two teeth cannot be completely engaged, and there is a gap.
As shown in fig. 4, in practical application, the embodiment of the present invention applies a force to the pressing transmission structure 2, since the transmission discharging structure 4 is elastically connected to the pressing transmission structure 2, and at this time, the third tooth-shaped portion 402 is in contact with the first tooth-shaped portion 201 but cannot be in complete contact, the transmission discharging structure 4 is lowered synchronously, so that the discharging portion 403 ejects the tablet 8 at the corresponding position in the tablet storage structure 5, thereby realizing the feeding operation, and after the third tooth-shaped portion 402 in the transmission discharging structure 4 is separated from the second tooth-shaped portion 302, since the base 401 is elastically connected to the pressing transmission structure 2 and can rotate independently relative to the pressing transmission structure 2, at this time, the base 401 can rotate a small angle to make the third tooth-shaped portion 402 completely contact with the first tooth-shaped portion 201, and at this time, the third tooth-shaped portion 402 has a small misalignment relative to the second tooth-shaped portion 302, when the force applied to the pressing transmission structure 2 is removed, the base 401 moves upward synchronously with the pressing transmission structure 2, and after the third tooth-shaped portion 402 on the base 401 contacts the second tooth-shaped portion 302, because of a small misalignment, the base 401 rotates at the moment, and the rotation angle is approximately equal to the angle of one tooth position.
In one aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of positioning portions 303 are further disposed on corresponding positions of the seat body 301, specific positions of the positioning portions 303 can be disposed between every two or more teeth in the second tooth-shaped portion 302, and the second tooth-shaped portion 302 can limit the teeth of the third tooth-shaped portion 402, so that the teeth can be better limited in the positioning portions 303 after rotating, and rotation of the teeth can be prevented.
