6. An air fryer according to claim 1, wherein a carrying handle is attached to said carrier plate, said carrying handle being located within said first air draft slot and said carrying handle having a height not exceeding a slot wall of said first air draft slot.
7. The air fryer of claim 1, wherein said hot air assembly comprises a blower member disposed in said first vent for delivering air to said cooking chamber and a heating member disposed in said cooking chamber for heating the air.
8. The air fryer according to claim 7, wherein said blowing member comprises a motor and a first fan disposed at an output end of said motor, said first fan being disposed toward said cooking cavity, said motor driving said first fan to rotate to deliver air to said cooking cavity.
9. The air fryer according to claim 8, wherein said blowing assembly further comprises a second fan disposed at an output end of said motor, said second fan disposed opposite said cooking cavity, said motor driving said second fan to rotate to deliver air to said motor.
10. An air fryer according to claim 9, wherein the pot further comprises an exhaust duct, the exhaust duct having a first exhaust duct for venting water vapour from the cooking chamber and a second exhaust duct for dissipating heat from the motor.
