Background
Museums, astronomical museums and the like have special exhibition areas for exhibiting human cultural heritages, astronomical observation devices and the like so as to prompt objective laws of human social development and spread scientific and cultural knowledge to the public. In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Specific implementations of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a display case provided for an embodiment of the present invention includes:
a base 100;
the section bar 200 is arranged on the base 100;
the cabinet body 300 is arranged on the sectional material 200; the cabinet body 300 is made of glass;
the top box 400 is arranged on the cabinet body 300;
the cross sections of the base 100, the section bar 200, the cabinet 300 and the top box 400 are S-shaped.
When the display case 500 of the present invention is used, the exhibit is placed in the case body 300. The display cabinet 500 is S-shaped as a whole, has excellent curve aesthetic feeling, is greatly different from the traditional square and rectangular display cabinets, has strong attraction to people and can cause people to stand for a long time.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the S-shaped cross section is a closed figure composed of two S-shaped curves and two line segments, wherein the two S-shaped curves are not connected to each other.
Specifically, fig. 3 is a top view of the display case 500 of the present invention, and fig. 4 is a bottom view of the display case 500 of the present invention. As can be seen from the figure, the display case 500 of the present invention has a cross section with a distinct S-shape, wherein the S-shape is a closed figure consisting of two S-shaped curves and two approximately parallel straight segments.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the base 100 is provided with support legs capable of adjusting height.
In particular, another disadvantage of the conventional square and rectangular display cases is that the height adjustment is not convenient, and the present embodiment solves the problem well by providing the supporting legs on the base 100 to adjust the height.
The support legs of the present embodiment may be electrically height-adjustable, or manually height-adjustable. Taking the electric height adjustment as an example, the support leg can be an electro-hydraulic telescopic part, an electro-mechanical telescopic part and the like. As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a second groove is provided on the inner wall of the top box 400; the end of the cabinet 300 away from the profile 200 is disposed in the second groove.
Specifically, the upper portion of the cabinet 300 is disposed in the second groove on the inner wall of the top case 400, and is fixed by structural adhesive. The existence of second recess has made things convenient for the equipment of cabinet body 300, and the error of second recess is in 3 mm.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the top box 400 is provided with an insulating glass on a side thereof adjacent to the cabinet 300.
In particular, in exhibition places such as museums and astronomical museums, exhibited exhibits are extremely precious. The ultra-white glass is ultra-transparent low-iron glass, and is also called low-iron glass and high-transparency glass. It is a high-quality, multifunctional, novel and high-grade glass variety, its light transmittance can be up to above 98%, and it has the characteristics of crystal clear, high-grade and elegant. The laminated glass is a composite glass product which is formed by two or more pieces of glass, wherein one or more layers of organic polymer intermediate films are sandwiched between the two or more pieces of glass, and the glass and the intermediate films are permanently bonded into a whole after special high-temperature prepressing (or vacuumizing) and high-temperature high-pressure processing.
Commonly used organic polymer interlayers are: PVB, SGP, EVA, PU, and the like. In this embodiment, a PVB film can be used as the intermediate film.
The super-white laminated glass composed of the super-white glass and the laminated glass is clean and tidy, has uniform light transmission and does not have irregular refraction; the anti-collision safety door has the characteristics of impact resistance, collision resistance, explosion resistance, high safety and the like. The four sides of the glass are polished by fine grinding, the dimensional accuracy errors of all the appearances and the diagonal lines are less than +/-1 mm/m, the flatness error is less than 0.1mm/m, and the glass is bonded by special structural adhesive to ensure the attractiveness and the bonding fastness.

The ultra-white laminated glass is prepared by the production process in example 2, and needs to have the following properties:
1. the surface can not have visible defects such as scratches, bubbles, stones, pockmarks, die indentations, interlayer inclusions and the like under the inspection of the distance of 600mm under natural light;
2. tolerance:
dimensional tolerance: the arc length and the height are less than or equal to 1 mm; the error of the diagonal line is less than or equal to 2 mm;
no stack error exists;
the goodness error of each part is less than or equal to 2 mm;
the flatness error is less than or equal to 2 mm;
the error of torsion resistance is less than or equal to 2 mm;
the errors of the curvature, the camber and the torsion of the straight line edge are less than or equal to 1 mm;
3. the annealing process is strictly controlled, and the phenomena of cracks and spontaneous explosion cannot occur;
4. the fine edge grinding can not have edge and corner breaking phenomena, and cracks can not exist at all parts;
5. the ultra-white laminated glass is formed by splicing ultra-white glass and laminated glass, and adjacent contact parts cannot have obvious phenomena of deformation, distortion and inconsistent joint sizes.
The cabinet 300 has an S-shaped cross section, which is a closed figure composed of two S-shaped curves and two approximately parallel straight line segments. The maximum curve radius of one S-shaped curve is 17m, and the maximum radius of the other S-shaped curve is 3400 m. The height of the cabinet door 401 is 2350mm, and the average width of the cabinet door 401 is 1500 mm.
Example 4
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an assembling method of a display cabinet, including the steps of:
fixing the profile 200 on the base 100;
placing a cabinet body 300 in the section bar 200, and injecting structural adhesive at the joint of the section bar 200 and the cabinet body 300 for curing;
the top case 400 is placed on the cabinet 300, and structural adhesive is injected into the joint of the cabinet 300 and the top case 400 for curing, so as to obtain the assembled display case 500.
The present embodiment provides a method for assembling the display case 500, and in the actual use process, the assembling and the installation of the display case 500 are often performed together.
When the display case 500 is installed, a rectangular base 600 is first placed, and after the horizontal height of the base 600 is adjusted, the base 100 of the display case 500 is disposed in the base 600.
