The portable rechargeable self-heating lunch box according to any one of claims 1-3, 5, 7 or 8, wherein the self-heating lunch box body comprises an outer case with an upper opening, an upper cover and an inner case, the upper cover is openably and closably arranged on the outer case, and the upper cover is provided with air holes; when the upper cover covers the shell, an accommodating cavity for accommodating the inner box is formed between the upper cover and the shell.
