Abstract
本申请实施例提供一种非独立NSA组网与独立SA组网的切换方法、装置与系统,用于解决4G基站与5G基站之间的时间未同步导致的通信速率较低问题,保障终端在NSA组网与SA组网间的平滑切换。该方法主要包括:对于处于演进的通用陆基无线接入E‑UTRA与新无线NR的双连接EN‑DC状态的终端,接收到来自E‑UTRA小区测量第一NR小区的指示和来自NR小区测量第二小区的指示,在E‑UTRA小区与第一NR小区的时间不同步时,根据第二NR小区的测量结果,上报第一NR小区的测量报告消息,其中,第一NR小区与第二NR小区为同一小区。
