Preferably, three indicator lights 18 corresponding to the tact switch 12, the identification sensor 13 and the magnetic attraction conductive component 14 are arranged outside the placing groove 11, and the three indicator lights 18 are electrically connected with the MCU control circuit 17, respectively, so that the working conditions of the tact switch 12, the identification sensor 13 and the magnetic attraction conductive component 14 are more visualized.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent management method for U disk use condition and information security is characterized in that the intelligent management method is used for intelligently managing at least one U disk, and a unique identification mark code is preset on the U disk subjected to the intelligent management;
setting an identification code uniquely matched with a marking code marked in advance on the U disk according to the marking code;
entering a USB flash disk management project information setting interface matched with the USB flash disk through the identification code according to the requirements of the USB flash disk use condition management information and the data safety management information, and setting USB flash disk management project information matched with the USB flash disk;
docking the intelligently managed USB flash disk and generating a docking signal;
acquiring a preset mark code on the USB flash disk based on the docking signal, and matching the mark code with a preset identification code to acquire USB flash disk management project information of the USB flash disk;
analyzing the U disk management project information, and executing the service condition management or data safety management of the U disk, wherein:
the usage management includes: performing accumulation counting operation and accumulation timing operation based on the use condition management information, performing accumulation counting by obtaining an accumulated value according to the generation of each docking signal, and performing accumulation timing through the time length from the elimination of each docking signal to the generation of the docking signal again to obtain counting result information and timing result information;
the data security management comprises: providing erasing voltage to the USB flash disk based on the data safety management information, erasing data in the USB flash disk, and obtaining data erasing information;
and receiving the USB flash disk management item information, counting result information, timing result information and data erasure information, and acquiring a data report response to the user terminal.

The intelligent management method for U-disk usage and information security as claimed in claim 1, wherein a count result peak value and a timing result peak value are set by a user terminal in setting the usage management information, the count result peak value and the timing result peak value are required to be set by the user terminal for peak values of the count result information and the timing result information, the count result or the timing result is supervised based on the count result peak value information and the timing result peak value information, and a quality warning indication is given to the user terminal when the count result information matches the count result peak value information or the timing result information matches the timing result peak value information.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step of performing the accumulation counting based on each generation of the docking signal, a receiving authority for receiving the docking signal is set, if the receiving authority is on, the accumulation counting is performed based on each generation of the docking signal, if the receiving authority is off, the accumulation counting is not performed based on each generation of the docking signal, the on or off of the receiving authority is performed by setting a buffer time period to time after the docking signal is lost, when the generation of the docking signal is in the timing phase, the receiving authority is off, and when the generation of the docking signal is not in the timing phase, the receiving authority is on.

The intelligent management method for the use condition and the information security of the U disk according to claim 1, characterized in that before the setting of the data security management information, a verification code of the access authority is set, if the access authority is opened, the setting of the data security management message is performed, if the access authority is not opened, the setting of the data security management message is prohibited, the opening or the closing of the access authority is determined by acquiring an input code of a user terminal and judging whether to open the access authority based on the input code and a preset verification code, if the input code is consistent with the verification code, the access authority is opened, otherwise, the closing of the access authority is maintained.
5. An intelligent management system for U disk use condition and information security is characterized in that an intelligent management terminal is arranged for carrying out intelligent management on at least one U disk, and a unique identification mark code is preset on the U disk subjected to the intelligent management; the intelligent management terminal includes:
the USB flash disk information setting module is used for setting an identification code which is uniquely matched with a pre-marked mark code on the USB flash disk according to the pre-marked mark code;
the user terminal operation module is used for entering a USB flash disk management project information setting interface matched with the USB flash disk through the identification code according to the requirements of the USB flash disk use condition management information and the data safety management information, and setting USB flash disk management project information matched with the USB flash disk;
the USB flash disk docking driving module is used for docking the intelligently managed USB flash disk and generating a docking signal;
the mark code identification module is used for acquiring a mark code preset on the USB flash disk based on the docking signal, and matching the mark code with the preset identification code to acquire USB flash disk management project information of the USB flash disk;
the USB flash disk analysis processing module is used for analyzing the USB flash disk management project information and executing the service condition management or the data security management of the USB flash disk, wherein:
the usage management includes: performing accumulation counting operation and accumulation timing operation based on the use condition management information, performing accumulation counting by obtaining an accumulated value according to the generation of each docking signal, and performing accumulation timing through the time length from the elimination of each docking signal to the generation of the docking signal again to obtain counting result information and timing result information;
the data security management comprises: providing erasing voltage to the U disk based on the data safety management information, erasing data in the U disk, and obtaining data erasing information;
and the USB flash disk information reaction module is used for receiving the USB flash disk management project information, the counting result information, the timing result information and the data erasing information and obtaining a data report to react to the user terminal.

The intelligent management system for use and information security of a U-disk according to claim 5, wherein when the use management information is set, a count result peak value and a timing result peak value are set for peak values of the count result information and the timing result information through the user terminal operation module, the count result or the timing result is monitored based on the count result peak value information and the timing result peak value information, and when the count result information matches the count result peak value information or the timing result information matches the timing result peak value information, a quality warning indication is sent to the user terminal.

The system as claimed in claim 5, wherein the USB flash disk analysis processing module sets a receiving authority for receiving the docking signal during the cumulative counting based on each generation of the docking signal, if the receiving authority is on, the USB flash disk analysis processing module performs the cumulative counting based on each generation of the docking signal, if the receiving authority is off, the USB flash disk analysis processing module does not perform the cumulative counting on each generation of the docking signal, and the receiving authority is turned on or off by setting a buffer time period in the USB flash disk analysis processing module to count after the docking signal is lost, wherein when the generation of the docking signal is in the timing phase, the receiving authority is off, and when the generation of the docking signal is not in the timing phase, the receiving authority is on.

The intelligent management system for the use condition and the information security of the U disk according to claim 5, wherein before the data security management information is set, the U disk information setting module sets an authentication code of an access authority, if the access authority is opened, the data security management message is set, if the access authority is not opened, the data security management message is prohibited from being set, the access authority is opened or closed by sending an input code through the user terminal operation module, judging whether the access authority is opened or not based on the input code and the preset authentication code, if the input code is consistent with the authentication code, the access authority is opened, otherwise, the access authority is kept closed.

An intelligent management device for U disk use and information security, based on the intelligent management system for U disk use and information security of any one of claims 5-8, characterized in that, it comprises a main body for intelligent management of U disk, at least one placement groove is provided on the main body for placing the U disk for intelligent management, a touch switch acting on the butt-joint drive module of U disk is provided at the bottom of the placement groove, an identification sensor acting on the mark code identification module is also provided in the placement groove, a magnetic attracting conductive component is provided between the placement groove and the U disk, a display screen acting on the U disk information reaction module and an operation key acting on the user terminal operation module are provided at the front part of the main body, an MCU control circuit is provided in the main body, an intelligent management system for U disk use and information security is provided in the MCU control circuit, the MCU control circuit is respectively electrically connected with the touch switch, the identification sensor, the magnetic attraction conductive part, the display screen and the operation keys, after the USB flash disk is correctly placed in the placing groove, the identification sensor corresponds to the mark code on the USB flash disk, the magnetic attraction conductive part attracts, and the main body provides erasing voltage for the USB flash disk through the magnetic attraction conductive part.

The intelligent management device for use condition and information security of the U disk according to claim 9, wherein three indicator lamps corresponding to the touch switch, the identification sensor and the magnetic attraction conductive component are disposed outside the placement groove, and the three indicator lamps are electrically connected to the MCU control circuit.
