Technical Field

Background
In the field of aviation aircrafts and aeroengine tests, air cannons are commonly used for simulating bird impact, hail impact and other conditions, a projectile body is accelerated by compressed air in an air cannon pipeline, and the projectile body is launched after the position of a discharge chamber reaches a specified speed. The device is mainly used for verifying the strength of a shell of a machine body or the performance of an aircraft and has higher precision requirements on the landing point of an elastomer.
When the impact test of the air cannon is carried out, the projectile body is ejected from the inside of the cannon barrel, and the impact position has great influence on the test result. Particularly, for the whole engine swallowing test with higher test cost, the impact positions of the projectile bodies are different, so that the test effect and the test result are obviously affected. The aiming system of the air cannon is used for ensuring that the shot elastic body can accurately hit a target area.
The existing air cannon aiming system generally adopts laser for alignment, and laser lines are projected on a target to realize aiming.
The existing air gun sighting device mainly comprises two types:
a split laser sighting device is composed of a laser emitter bracket and a target ring. When the split laser sighting device works, a target ring with good concentricity needs to be arranged on a sighting path in advance, and the direction of laser on a bracket in a bore is manually adjusted to enable the laser to pass through the target ring and be projected on a target. At least 2 persons are required for aiming, and meanwhile, the requirements on the machining precision, the size and the like of the target ring are high;
the other is a built-in laser sighting device which is a sighting device movably and detachably arranged in an air gun, the position and the angle of the laser transmitter need to be adjusted before use, the front end and the rear end holding parts are adjusted in double degrees of freedom, the adjusting process is complex, the operation is complex, the concentric requirements of a light source of a transmitter and a sighting device supporting outer ring cannot be easily achieved and cannot be verified, and therefore the sighting point of the transmitter cannot be guaranteed to be a falling point of a projectile body.

Detailed Description
In order to make the purposes, technical solutions and advantages of the implementation of the present application more clear, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1, the air gun sight provided in the present application comprises a central light emitting assembly 1, a sight outer ring 2, a calibration member 3 and an adjustment assembly 4.
The sight outer ring 2 of the air gun sight comprises an outer ring front end 21, an outer ring rear end 22 and a connecting part 23, wherein the outer ring front end 21 and the outer ring rear end 22 are integrally processed by adopting an aluminum alloy material through the connecting part 23. The outer diameter sizes of the front end 21, the rear end 22 and the connecting part 23 of the outer ring are the same, and the outer ring is adapted to the inner diameter of a gun barrel of an air gun and is in small clearance fit with the inner diameter of the gun barrel. In some embodiments of the present application, the small gap is no greater than 0.05mm. When the air gun sight is placed in the gun barrel, accurate positioning can be realized, and system deviation is reduced; meanwhile, the front and rear adjusting ends of the outer ring of the sighting device can be ensured to be fixed on the same reference, and the stability of the sighting device is further improved.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the central light emitting component 1 adopts a hollow pen container structure, which includes a front section 11, a rear section 12 and a laser emitter 13, wherein the front section 11 is provided with an installation position of the laser emitter 13, the rear section 12 is a hollow structure and can form a penetrating space of a power line 14 of the laser emitter, the front section and the rear section are connected into a whole through a thread structure, and a sealing structure 15 can be arranged between the front section and the rear section. The replacement of the laser transmitter 13 may be performed when the laser transmitter is damaged.
The calibration part 3 mainly consists of two bearings, namely a first bearing and a second bearing, wherein the first bearing is a ball bearing 31, the second bearing is a self-aligning bearing 32, the self-aligning bearing 32 is fixed in a support of the rear end 22 of the outer ring through a switching device, and the ball bearing 31 is fixed in a support of the front end 21 of the outer ring. The center of the center-aligning bearing 32 at the rear end is fixedly matched with the rear section 12 of the center light-emitting assembly 1, so that the center light-emitting assembly 1 is concentric with the center-aligning bearing 32 and limited to move axially. Since the laser beam emitted from the gun sight cannot be ensured to be concentric with the laser emitter 13, the adjusting component 4 with multiple degrees of freedom is arranged in the ball bearing 31 at the front end.
As shown in fig. 4, the adjusting assembly 4 includes a frame 41, a clamping device 42 and an adjusting device 43, the frame 41 is of a circular annular structure and has a certain thickness, and a plurality of radially extending threaded holes are provided in an inner hole of the annular structure, wherein the number of the threaded holes is not less than three, and in this embodiment of the present application, the number of the threaded holes is four. The clamping means 42 may be of a bolt-like structure which is screwed into a radial threaded hole, the front end of the central light emitting assembly 1 being clamped and adjusted by means of a plurality of clamping means 42. An axially extending mounting hole is provided on the end surface or radial surface of the frame 41 near the radial threaded hole, a price adjusting device 43 is mounted in the axial mounting hole, the adjusting device 43 can also adopt a bolt-like structure, and the threaded part of the adjusting device is matched with the threaded part of the clamping device 42, so that a screw rod structure is formed.
When the air gun sight is used for emitting, the rotary ball bearing is used for calibrating whether the emitted laser beam is positioned at the center of the sight, and the clamping device 42 is pushed or controlled to move radially through the adjusting device 43 arranged outside the knob, so that the laser emitter 13 in the front section of the central light-emitting component 1 is finely adjusted, and the adjustment of laser rays in a small angle range is completed.
As shown in fig. 5, when the calibration assembly 4 rotates, the laser beam can appear in the form of an infinite approach point, so that the air gun sight can be considered to be centered, and the position of the center of the gun barrel can be further determined. The air gun sight can improve the positioning precision of the air gun sight in an extremely simple operation mode, once the position of a laser point of the sight is determined, the sight of the same-diameter gun barrel can be directly considered to be determined, the efficiency of calibrating the gun barrel can be greatly improved, the air gun sight is more obvious in the calibration of a gun group system, and the operation time is saved to a great extent.
The air gun sight provided by the application has the following advantages:
