The number and structure of the storage spaces can be configured according to requirements, and fig. 1 shows the situation that a first space, a second space and a third space are sequentially arranged up and down; the above space can be configured into a refrigerating space, a freezing space, a temperature changing space or a fresh-keeping space according to different purposes. Each storage space may be divided into a plurality of storage areas by a partition plate, and articles are stored using racks or drawers.
The refrigerator 100 may also include a refrigeration system, and in one particular embodiment, the refrigeration system may be a compression refrigeration system including an evaporator, a fan, and a compressor, among other components. The refrigeration system provides different amounts of cold to the refrigerated space and the refrigerated space such that the temperatures within the refrigerated space and the refrigerated space are also different. Wherein the temperature in the refrigerated space is generally between 2 ℃ and 10 ℃, preferably between 3 ℃ and 8 ℃. The temperature in the refrigerated space is generally in the range of-22 ℃ to-14 ℃. The optimal storage temperatures of different kinds of foods are not the same, and thus the storage spaces suitable for storage are not the same. For example, fruit and vegetable foods are suitable for storage in a refrigerated space, while meat foods are suitable for storage in a frozen space.
The door 200 is disposed on the front surface of the case 110 to close the storage space. The door bodies 200 may be disposed corresponding to the storage spaces, that is, each storage space corresponds to one or more door bodies 200. Specifically, as mentioned above, the bottom of the front cover 320 is provided with the clamping groove 321 matching with the extension portion 314, so that the body 310 and the front cover 320 can be clamped and fixed. Then the body 310 and the connecting piece 330 are screwed and fixed through the first screw groove 315 and the second screw groove 316 of the body 310 and the first screw hole 331 and the second screw hole 332 of the connecting piece 330; the front cover 320 is screw-fixed with the connector 330 by the third screw groove 322 of the front cover 320 and the third screw hole 333 of the connector 330. The connection 330 is screwed with the body 310 and the front cover 320, respectively, so that the body 310 and the front cover 320 are further fixed beyond the above-mentioned snap-in connection.
In step S904, two side decorative strips 213 are respectively mounted on two sides of the handle 300 to form a first assembly. Specifically, the connecting piece 330 is further provided with a fourth screw hole 334, and the side decorative strip 213 is provided with a fifth screw hole 215 matched with the fourth screw hole 334, so that the side decorative strip 213 and the connecting piece 330 are screwed and fixed. The fifth screw hole 215 may be provided at the front upper end of the side molding 213. The handle 300 and the two side molding 213 are assembled to form a first assembly.
In step S906, the lower end box 214 and the door 211 are respectively mounted on the first assembly to form a second assembly. Specifically, the front lower ends of the side decorative strips 213 may be further provided with other screw holes to be screw-fastened with the lower end case 214, so that the lower end case 214, the two side decorative strips 213, and the handle 300 are assembled as one body. Then, the door 211 is fixedly installed on the front side of the whole, and the upper portion of the door 211 is attached to the front wall 323 of the front cover 320. The front cover 320 is integrally arc-shaped, and the door panel 211 is disposed at the front side of the front cover 320 and is also matched with an arc-shaped panel. The round arc improves the attractiveness to a certain extent, and effectively improves the use experience of users. On the basis of the first assembly formed by assembling the handle 300 and the two side molding strips 213, the lower end case 214 and the door panel 211 are mounted to the first assembly, and assembled to form a second assembly.
In step S908, the second assembly is foam-fixed to the door liner 212 to obtain the door body 200 for the refrigerator. That is, the second assembly and the door liner 212 are fixed by foaming. The bubble formation process is to first dissolve a gas in a liquid polymer or heat the polymer to a molten state, while generating a gas and forming a saturated solution, and then form countless tiny nuclei by nucleation. The formation and shaping of the foam is therefore generally divided into three stages: formation of bubble nuclei, growth of bubble nuclei, stabilization of bubble nuclei. And then expanding the foam into a foam body with a required foam body structure, and finally fixing the structure of the foam body through assimilation shaping to obtain the foam plastic product. In this embodiment, the second assembly member and the door liner 212 are foamed and fixed, so as to effectively improve the firmness and further enhance the overall stability of the door body 200.
As mentioned above, the door body 200 for a refrigerator of the present embodiment is actually applied to a door body for sealing a drawer. The door body 200 may be fixedly coupled to the drawer body such that a user withdraws and inserts the drawer body through the door body 200 outwardly and inwardly from the forward opening of the drawer cylinder, thereby taking and placing items in the sealed drawer. As shown in fig. 3, the door liner 212 may be fixedly coupled to the drawer body by the reinforcing iron 216 so that the door body 200 is assembled with the drawer body as one body, and a user may withdraw and insert the drawer body outwardly and inwardly from the front opening of the drawer cylinder through the handle 300 of the door body 200. In addition, the reinforcing iron 216 may further improve the stability of the door liner 212 and the connection of the drawer body to the door body 200. It should be noted that, the door body 200 for a refrigerator of the present embodiment has a plurality of matching positioning structures, so that the assembly positioning is accurate, and the assembly accuracy is improved.
In the method for assembling a door body for a refrigerator of the present embodiment, two connectors 330 are respectively connected with a body 310 and a front cover 320 to form a handle 300; two side decorative strips 213 are respectively arranged at two sides of the handle 300 to form a first assembly; the lower end box 214 and the door panel 211 are respectively installed on the first assembly to form a second assembly; and foaming and fixing the second assembly with the door liner 212 to obtain the door body 200 for the refrigerator. The assembly process of the refrigerator door body 200 is effectively simplified, the assembly efficiency is improved, the assembly time is saved, and the production cost is effectively reduced.
