Furthermore, reference herein to "an embodiment" means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment can be included in at least one embodiment of the invention. The appearances of the phrase in various places in the specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment, nor are separate or alternative embodiments mutually exclusive of other embodiments. It is explicitly and implicitly understood by one skilled in the art that the embodiments described herein can be combined with other embodiments.
The embodiment of the invention provides a photographing bracket 100, wherein the photographing bracket 100 can be used for installing electronic equipment with a photographing function, such as a mobile phone, a tablet, a camera and the like. Of course, in practice, the camera stand 100 may be used to mount other suitable products.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the photographing bracket 100 includes a main rod 1, a support leg 2, a movable cover 3, a reinforcing rib 4, and a locking structure 5, wherein the support leg 2 is located at the periphery of the main rod 1 and can be opened or closed relative to the main rod 1. It should be noted that, in general, any structure that can open or close the support legs 2 with respect to the main bar 1 is applicable. For example, in the embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the main rod 1 includes a support 11 and a rod body (not shown), the support 11 includes a seat body 111 and a guiding rod portion 112, wherein the rod body is sequentially inserted into the seat body 111 and the guiding rod portion 112, the seat body 111 is connected to the guiding rod portion 112, and specifically, the seat body 111 may be fixedly connected to the guiding rod portion 112 or slidably connected to the guiding rod portion 112, which is not limited herein. As shown in fig. 1, the support legs 2 are located at the periphery of the guide rod part 112 and are hinged to the seat body 111, so as to be capable of being opened or closed relative to the guide rod part 112 and the rod body. Specifically, in the embodiment, the rod body (not shown) may be a telescopic rod or a rod with a fixed length.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, in order to facilitate the release of the locked state of the legs 2 and simplify the overall structure of the photographing bracket 100, the movable cover 3 is disposed at the bottom end of the main rod 1. In this embodiment, the movable cover 3 may be disposed at the bottom end of the main rod body of the main rod 1.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the reinforcing rib 4 has a locking end 41 and a hinge end 42, the locking end 41 of the reinforcing rib 4 is hinged to the movable cover 3, and the hinge end 42 of the reinforcing rib 4 is hinged to the inner wall of the leg 2, so that the reinforcing rib 4 can be opened or closed together with the leg 2, and the reinforcing rib 4 can be used to improve the support stability of the leg 2. And in this embodiment the hinged end 42 of the reinforcing bar 4 is able to slide along the length 200 of the foot, and a sliding space (not shown) is formed between the reinforcing bar 4 and the foot 2. It will be appreciated that during the collapsing or expanding of the legs 2, the hinged end 42 of the reinforcing bar 4 can not only hinge with the inner wall of the leg 2, but can also slide on the leg 2 along the length direction 200 of the leg.
It should be noted that even though the hinged end 42 of the reinforcing rib 4 can slide along the length direction 200 of the leg under some circumstances, in the open state, because the force direction of the reinforcing rib 4 supporting the leg 2 usually forms a certain angle with the length direction 200 of the leg, even the reinforcing rib 4 and the leg 2 can be in a vertical supporting posture, the reinforcing rib 4 can be easily abutted against the leg 2, and the phenomenon of unstable support due to sliding can not occur.
As shown in fig. 2, in order to ensure that the stand bar 2 is not easily opened when the stand bar 2 is in the folded state and simplify the structural installation of the photographing bracket, the fastening structure 5 is located between the locking end 41 of the reinforcing rib 4 and the inner wall of the stand bar 2. When the supporting leg 2 is in the folded state, the fastening structure 5 may be mainly used to fasten the supporting leg 2 to the locking end 41 of the reinforcing rib 4, so that the supporting leg 2 is in the locked state.
It can be understood that, when the support leg 2 and the reinforcing rib 4 are both in the furled state, the support leg 2 and the reinforcing rib 4 are both arranged along the length direction 200 of the support leg, and when the user connects the support in the furled state to the locking end 41 of the reinforcing rib 4 through the buckle structure 5, the hinge end 42 of the reinforcing rib 4 can slide for a certain distance in the sliding space along the length direction 200 of the support leg, so as to prevent the support rib 4 and the support leg 2 from abutting against each other and interfering in the process of the buckle 52, and the buckle connection between the support leg 2 and the reinforcing rib 4 cannot be realized.
In addition, the movable cover 3 can release the locked state of the legs 2 to be opened by compressing the size of the sliding space. It can be understood that, when the leg 2 is connected to the locking end 41 of the stiffener 4 by the snap structure 5, so that the leg 2 is in the locked state, the user can operate the movable cover 3 to deform the stiffener 4 hinged to the movable cover 3, or move the locking end 41 of the stiffener 4 along with the movable cover 3, and at the same time, the hinge end 42 of the stiffener 4 can provide an internal thrust far away from the main rod 1 to the inner wall of the leg 2, so as to simulate an opening motion mode in which both the locking end 41 of the leg 2 and the stiffener 4 are outwardly opened, thereby releasing the fit of the snap 52 between the locking end 41 of the stiffener 4 and the leg 2, and opening the leg 2.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 1, the support legs 2 are generally provided in at least three numbers, and each support leg 2 is uniformly provided around the main bar 1, that is, may form a tripod, a tetrapod, or the like. Specifically, in the present embodiment, a snap structure 5 is provided between each leg 2 and the corresponding reinforcing rib 4. In this way, all the feet 2 can be unlocked simultaneously when the mobile cover 3 is operated. Of course, in other embodiments, the fastening structure 5 may be disposed between one of the support legs 2 and the corresponding reinforcing rib 4, so that when the movable cover 3 is operated, all the support legs 2 can be opened conveniently by unlocking the support legs 2. Specifically, in the present embodiment, three support legs 2 are provided, wherein the three support legs 2 and the locking ends 41 of the corresponding reinforcing ribs 4 are all locked by the snap connection of the snap structure 5.
In summary, compared with the prior art, the camera support 100 has at least the following beneficial effects:
on the basis of the original function of folding the camera support 100, the function that the hinged end 42 of the reinforcing rib 4 can slide along the length direction 200 of the support leg is newly added, and the locking end 41 of the reinforcing rib 4 is arranged on the movable cover 3, so that the movable cover 3 can compress the size of the sliding space formed between the support leg 2 and the reinforcing rib 4, thereby forming an action mode of opening the buckle structure 5, realizing the release of the locking state of the support leg 2, and opening the support leg 2. Generally, this camera support 100's simple structure is reliable, conveniently accomodates the transportation, and easy to assemble manufacturing, and is with low costs, the sexual valence relative altitude, and the user uses and experiences well.
Embodiment one of the camera stand 100 of the present invention
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the solution of the present invention, the technical solution in the first embodiment of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to fig. 1 to 12.
Further, as a specific implementation manner in the first embodiment of the present invention, when the movable cover 3 is pressed in the length direction of the main rod 1, the movable cover 3 can move along the main rod 1 to compress the size of the sliding space between the reinforcing rib 4 and the supporting leg 2, and in the moving process of the movable cover 3, the movable cover 3 can also drive the locking end 41 of the reinforcing rib 4 to move along the length direction of the main rod 1, and meanwhile, the hinged end 42 of the reinforcing rib 4 can shift in the direction away from the main rod 1 under the linkage of the locking end 41 to abut against the inner wall of the supporting leg 2, so that the locking end 41 of the reinforcing rib 4 and the supporting leg 2 fixedly connected by the buckle structure 5 can be separated by a pulling force similar to the outward opening of the two, and the locked state of the supporting leg 2 can be released.
It will be appreciated that, in this embodiment in particular, the movable cover 3 is slidably attached to the bottom end of the main bar 1 along the length direction 200 of the leg. When the support leg 2 is in the locked state, the hinge end 42 of the reinforcing rib 4 can slide along the length direction 200 of the support leg, so that the movable cover 3 has a space pressed down along the length direction of the main rod 1, that is, the movable cover 3 has a possibility of squeezing the size of the sliding space. As shown in fig. 1, the pressing direction 300 of the movable cover 3 is generally a direction toward the holder 11 of the main lever 1 along the longitudinal direction of the main lever 1.
Further, as a specific implementation manner in the first embodiment of the present invention, in order to realize that the locking end 41 of the reinforcing rib 4 and the leg 2 are fixedly connected through the fastening structure 5, the fastening structure 5 includes a slot and a fastener, which can be mutually fastened and connected, wherein the slot is opened in one of the locking end 41 of the reinforcing rib 4 and the inner wall of the leg 2, and correspondingly, the fastener is disposed in the other of the locking end 41 of the reinforcing rib 4 and the inner wall of the leg 2.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, 4 to 6, and 12, a buckle 52 is protruded at a position corresponding to the locking end 41 of the reinforcing rib 4 on the inner wall of the leg 2, and correspondingly, the locking end 41 of the reinforcing rib 4 is provided with a slot 51. In other words, the catch 52 of the catch structure 5 is disposed on the inner wall of the leg 2, and the catch groove 51 is disposed on the locking end 41 of the reinforcing bar 4. Preferably, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, in order to facilitate the snap 52 on the inner wall of the bracket to be snapped into the snap groove 51 on the reinforcing bar 4, the locking end 41 of the reinforcing bar 4 is formed with a guiding arc 411.
Of course, in other embodiments, the latch of the latch structure 5 may be disposed at the locking end 41 of the stiffener 4, and correspondingly, the slot may be opened on the inner wall of the leg 2.
Further, as a specific implementation manner in the first embodiment of the present invention, the reinforcing rib 4 is a strip-shaped member having elasticity or a portion thereof having elasticity. In other words, the entire bead 4 may have elasticity, or a portion of the bead 4 may have elasticity. Thus, when the stand bar 2 is in the locked state and the snap connection between the stand bar 2 and the reinforcing rib 4 by the snap structure 5 needs to be released by pressing the movable cover 3, the reinforcing rib 4 has at least a portion of elasticity, so that the movable cover 3 has a space to move in the pressing direction 300 when the movable cover 3 is pressed, and the locking end 41 of the reinforcing rib 4 can move in the pressing direction 300 together with the movable cover 3 more smoothly.
It should be noted that, considering that the reinforcing ribs 4 mainly play a role of supporting stability of the reinforcing leg 2, when only a part of the reinforcing ribs 4 has elasticity, usually the middle part of the reinforcing ribs 4 or the part near the locking end 41 has elasticity, thereby facilitating improvement of supporting stability of the photographing bracket 100.
Further, as a specific implementation manner in the first embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 5 and fig. 11, in order to realize the hinge joint of the hinge end 42 of the reinforcing bar 4 to the inner wall of the foot 2, the inner wall of the foot 2 is provided with a hinge groove 21, wherein the hinge end 42 of the reinforcing bar 4 is hinged to the foot 2 in the hinge groove 21, and the hinge end 42 of the reinforcing bar 4 can slide in the hinge groove 21 along the length direction 200 of the foot. It should be noted that the hinge end 42 is fitted into the hinge groove 21.
Particularly in this embodiment, in order to simplify the overall structure and facilitate the installation and manufacture, it is preferable that the hinge end 42 of the reinforcing rib 4 has a hinge portion 421 and a transition rod portion 422, as shown in fig. 3 to 5 and 11; the inner wall of the supporting leg 2 is concavely provided with a groove 22, the bottom of the groove 22 is concavely provided with a hinge groove 21, wherein the hinge portion 421 of the hinge end 42 is accommodated in the hinge groove 21 to be hinged with the supporting leg 2 and can slide in the hinge groove 21.
In addition, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, a mounting cover 23 is disposed on an inner wall of the supporting leg 2 to cover the groove 22, and the mounting cover 23 and the groove 22 together form an avoiding channel 24, wherein the avoiding channel 24 is communicated with the hinge groove 21 and is mainly used for the transition rod portion 422 to pass through and move, so as to guide the movement of the transition rod portion 422. It can be understood that when the hinge 421 of the hinge end 42 of the reinforcing rib 4 is hinged to the hinge slot 21, the transition rod 422 can swing along the escape passage 24. Similarly, when the hinge portion 421 slides in the hinge groove 21, the transition rod portion 422 can slide along the avoiding channel 24.
Further, as a specific implementation manner in the first embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, 5 and 11, a first elastic member 25 is disposed in the hinge groove 21 of the leg 2, wherein one end (specifically, an end close to the escape passage 24) of the first elastic member 25 may abut against the hinge portion 421 of the hinge end 42 of the reinforcing rib 4 along the length direction 200 of the leg.
It should be noted that, when the supporting legs 2 need to be folded, the user can move the supporting legs 2 toward the direction of the support 11 of the main rod 1, so as to make the supporting legs 2 enter the locking state through the snap connection of the snap structure 5. When the legs 2 are in the locked state and need to enter the open state, the user can press the movable cover 3 along the pressing direction 300, so that the legs 2 are unlocked from the locked state. During the process of releasing the locking connection of the locking structure 5, the movable cover 3 drives the locking end 41 of the reinforcing rib 4 to move along the pressing direction 300, so that the hinge end 42 of the reinforcing rib 4 presses the first elastic member 25, and the first elastic member 25 correspondingly exerts an elastic force opposite to the hinge end 42, so that after the locking connection of the locking structure 5 is released, the movable cover 3 can be restored to the state before being pressed under the action of the locking end 41 of the reinforcing rib 4 under the action of the elastic force opposite to the first elastic member 25. In addition, when the leg 2 is in the opened state, the first elastic member 25 is provided in the sliding direction of the hinge end 42 of the reinforcing rib 4, so that it is further ensured that the leg 2 does not easily slide.
In a word, by arranging the first elastic member 25 in the hinge groove 21, the support leg 2 can be ensured to be more smoothly opened after being unlocked, and can be stably supported when being opened, which is beneficial to enhancing the user experience.
Further, as a specific implementation manner in the first embodiment of the present invention, in order to dispose the movable cover 3 on the bottom end of the main rod 1 and facilitate the installation and manufacture of the photographing bracket 100, as shown in fig. 6, 7 and 10, the bottom end of the main rod 1 is convexly provided with an installation convex pillar 13 along the axial direction thereof.
