501. when leakage occurs at the threaded connection position of the pressure taking control valve 01 of the pressure taking device and the single-screw head 02 on the gas transmission pipeline, the pressure taking control valve 01 is closed, and a pressure gauge joint at the gas outlet of the pressure taking control valve 01 is detached.
502. The grease injection port at the inner end 223 of the grease injection nozzle 22 of the pipe thread plugging device is connected with the air outlet of the pressure taking control valve 01.
503. The monofilament head 02 is held by two holding plates 11.
504. Two first connecting pieces 12 are respectively used for connecting two ends of the two clamping plates 11 and providing clamping force for the clamping plates 11.
505. Two second connectors 13 between the grease injection nozzle pressing plate 21 and the two first connectors 12 are fastened.
506. The grease gun is connected to the outer end 222 of the grease nipple 22 on the pipe thread plugging device.
507. The pressure control valve 01 is opened and the threaded connection between the pressure control valve 01 and the monofilament head 02 is loosened.
508. The sealing grease was injected into the pressure control valve 01 through the grease injection port of the grease injection nozzle 22 at a predetermined pressure using a grease injection gun.

In a possible realization mode, the grease filling port at the inner end 223 of the grease filling nozzle 22 of the pipe thread leakage plugging device is connected with the air outlet of the pressure taking control valve 01 through threads.
In one possible implementation, the clamping of the monofilament head 02 using two clamping plates 11 comprises:

In one possible implementation manner, the wrench is clamped on the pressure control valve 01 and drives the pressure control valve 01 to rotate back and forth, so that the threaded connection between the pressure control valve 01 and the monofilament head 02 rotates relatively, and the method comprises the following steps:
tightening the pressure control valve 01 to reduce the space inside the pressure control valve 01 and press the sealing grease into the connection position between the pressure control valve 01 and the monofilament head 02;

In a possible implementation manner, when the leakage point stops leaking, after closing the pressure control valve 01 and disassembling the pipe thread leakage stopping device, the method further comprises:

In a possible implementation manner, before the pressure gauge joint is installed at the air outlet of the pressure taking control valve 01 and the pressure taking control valve 01 is opened, the method further comprises the following steps:

601. when the threaded connection part of the pressure taking control valve 01 of the pressure taking device and the single-screw head 02 on the gas transmission pipeline leaks, the pressure taking control valve 01 is closed, and a pressure gauge joint at the gas outlet of the pressure taking control valve 01 is detached.
Wherein, closing pressure taking control valve 01 can prevent that the natural gas from leaking, dismantle the manometer gauge outfit and can provide the space for subsequent pipe thread plugging device's installation, can not cause the leakage of natural gas simultaneously.
602. The grease injection port at the inner end 223 of the grease injection nozzle 22 of the pipe thread leakage plugging device is connected with the air outlet of the pressure taking control valve 01 through threads.
In this step, the pipe thread plugging device is integrated, and the grease injection port of the grease injection nozzle 22 in the pipe thread plugging device is installed on the equipment needing grease injection in the operation field, that is, the grease injection port of the grease injection nozzle 22 is connected with the air outlet of the pressure taking control valve 01 through threads, and the threads are connected in a manner convenient for disassembly and assembly.
603. The two clamping plates 11 are used for clamping the monofilament head 02 by circular arc-shaped grooves 111.
The shape of the circular arc-shaped grooves 111 on the two clamping plates 11 is matched with the shape of the monofilament head 02, and the circular arc-shaped grooves are used for clamping and fixing the monofilament head 02 and preventing the monofilament head 02 from being separated from the clamping plates 11 under the action of huge pressure.
In one possible design, the arc-shaped groove 111 is provided with an anti-slip rubber pad 112. In this embodiment, since the outer portion of the monofilament head 02 is smooth and cylindrical, the anti-slip rubber pad 112 can prevent the monofilament head 02 from slipping off when the clamping unit 1 clamps the monofilament head 02.
604. The distance between the two clamping plates 11 is shortened by screwing the nuts at the two ends of the first connecting member 12, thereby providing a clamping force for the clamping plates 11.
In this step, the two clamping plates 11 may be respectively adjacent to the filament head 02 from both ends of the filament head 02, and then combined and connected by the first connecting members 12 at both ends.
Specifically, the first connecting members 12 may be first connecting bolts, and nuts are further disposed on two ends of each first connecting bolt for fastening the first connecting bolt, so as to provide a clamping force for the clamping plate 11, so as to better fix the single-screw head 02.

In this step, the second connecting member 13 functions to: the clamping plate 11 and the grease injection nozzle pressing plate 21 are connected to fix the pressure control valve 01 and the monofilament head 02, thereby further preventing the monofilament head 02 from being separated from the pressure control valve 0101 by pressure.
606. The grease gun is connected to the outer end 222 of the grease nozzle 22 on the pipe thread plugging device.

The sealing grease is a chemical substance used for sealing and insulating valves and O-shaped rings on power equipment, has two forms of liquid and solid, has the use temperature ranging from 50 ℃ to 210 ℃, and has the advantages of good water-resistant sealing property and good electrical appliance insulation property of mineral oil resistance and most chemicals resistance. The sealing grease is injected into the pressure control valve 01 through the grease injection nozzle 22, and flows to the threaded connection between the pressure control valve 01 and the monofilament head 02 through the pressure control valve 01, thereby performing a sealing function at the threaded connection.
In one possible embodiment, the amount of sealing grease injected into the pressure-taking control valve 01 is greater than the volume of the pressure-taking control valve 01, so that the sealing grease is pressed into the threaded connection.
609. The pressure control valve 01 is tightened to reduce the space inside the pressure control valve 01, and the sealing grease is pressed into the connection position between the pressure control valve 01 and the monofilament head 02.
Specifically, by loosening the pressure control valve 01, moving the pressure control valve 01 a certain distance in a direction away from the filament head 02, thereby providing a larger space for the sealing grease inside the pressure control valve 01, injecting the sealing grease into the pressure control valve 01, then tightening the pressure control valve 01, the space inside the pressure control valve 01 becomes smaller, and because of the pressure of the grease injection at the rear end of the grease injection nozzle 22, the sealing grease that has been injected into the pressure control valve 01 does not return to the grease injection nozzle 22, but is pressed into the connection position between the pressure control valve 01 and the filament head 02, and thereafter repeating the above process, a sufficient amount of sealing grease can be injected into the connection position between the pressure control valve 01 and the filament head 02, thereby applying the sealing grease to the entire threaded connection position.
610. By loosening the pressure control valve 01, the pressure control valve 01 is moved a predetermined distance in a direction away from the monofilament head 02, thereby providing a space for the sealing grease inside the pressure control valve 01.
611. A sealing grease is injected into the internal space of the pressure control valve 01.
612. When the leakage point stops leaking, the pressure taking control valve 01 is closed, and the pipe thread plugging device is disassembled.
613. And (5) sealing the outer side of the repaired leakage point by using glue.
This step may further seal the leak.
In one possible implementation, the glue is a two-component glue, e.g., epoxy, polyurethane or 2 nd generation acrylic glue, in two packages, a resin and a hardener, which are mixed just before use.
614. And cleaning the excess sealant outside the pressure taking control valve 01.
In this step, the excess sealant is removed to prevent clogging.
615. The pressure gauge joint is installed at the air outlet of the pressure taking control valve 01, and the pressure taking control valve 01 is opened.
After this step, production can be resumed.
All the above optional technical solutions may be combined arbitrarily to form optional embodiments of the present application, and are not described herein again.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the two clamping plates 11 are used for clamping the monofilament head 02, and the two ends of the two clamping plates 11 are connected through the first connecting piece 12, so that the clamping plates 11 and the monofilament head 02 are relatively fixed in use; the grease injection nozzle 22 arranged on the grease injection nozzle pressing plate 21 is connected with the pressure taking control valve 01, so that the grease injection nozzle 22 and the pressure taking control valve 01 are relatively fixed in use; because this first connecting piece 12 is chewed the clamp plate 21 through second connecting piece 13 and notes fat and is connected, under the condition that need not the gassing, can annotate the fat through the mode that single-filament head 02 and pressure control valve 01 are fixed respectively, consequently need not to annotate the fat through the mode of unloading natural gas, has better economic benefits, also can not cause harm to the environment.

Claims (10)

1. A method for plugging a pipe thread, the method comprising:
when the threaded connection part of a pressure taking control valve (01) of the pressure taking device and a single-thread head (02) on a gas transmission pipeline leaks, the pressure taking control valve (01) is closed, and a pressure gauge joint at the gas outlet of the pressure taking control valve (01) is detached;
connecting a grease injection port at the inner end (223) of a grease injection nozzle (22) of the pipe thread plugging device with an air outlet of the pressure taking control valve (01);
clamping the monofilament head (02) by using two clamping plates (11);
two first connecting pieces (12) are respectively connected with two ends of the two clamping plates (11) and provide clamping force for the clamping plates (11);
two second connecting pieces (13) between the grease injection nozzle pressing plate (21) and the two first connecting pieces (12) are fastened;
connecting a grease injection gun with the outer end (222) of a grease injection nozzle (22) on the pipe thread plugging device;
opening the pressure taking control valve (01), and loosening the threaded connection between the pressure taking control valve (01) and the single-screw head (02);
injecting sealing grease into the pressure taking control valve (01) through a grease injection port of a grease injection nozzle (22) at a preset pressure by using a grease injection gun;
clamping the pressure taking control valve (01) by using a wrench, and driving the pressure taking control valve (01) to rotate back and forth, so that the threaded connection between the pressure taking control valve (01) and the monofilament head (02) rotates relatively, sealing grease is promoted to enter the threaded connection, and a leakage point of the threaded connection is sealed;
when the leakage point stops leaking, closing the pressure taking control valve (01), and disassembling the pipe thread plugging device;
and installing the pressure gauge joint at the air outlet of the pressure taking control valve (01), and opening the pressure taking control valve (01).
2. A pipe thread plugging method according to claim 1, wherein said clamping said monofilament head (02) using two clamping plates (11) comprises:
and clamping the monofilament head (02) by using the circular arc-shaped groove (111) on the clamping plate (11).
3. The pipe thread plugging method according to claim 1, wherein a grease injection port of an inner end (223) of a grease injection nozzle (22) of the pipe thread plugging device is in threaded connection with an air outlet of the pressure control valve (01).
4. A pipe thread leakage plugging method according to claim 1, wherein said connecting both ends of said two clamping plates (11) respectively by using two first connecting members (12) and providing clamping force to said clamping plates (11) comprises:
the distance between the two clamping plates (11) is shortened by screwing the nuts at the two ends of the first connecting piece (12), so that the clamping force is provided for the clamping plates (11).
5. A method for plugging a pipe thread according to claim 1, wherein said two second connections (13) between said fastening grease-injection nozzle-presser (21) and said two first connections (12) comprise:
and the distance between the grease injection nozzle pressing plate (21) and the two first connecting pieces (12) is shortened by screwing nuts at two ends of the second connecting piece (13).
6. A pipe thread plugging method according to claim 1, wherein an amount of sealing grease injected into said pressure-taking control valve (01) is larger than a volume of said pressure-taking control valve (01).
7. A pipe thread leakage plugging method according to claim 1, wherein said using a wrench to clamp on the pressure control valve (01) and drive the pressure control valve (01) to rotate back and forth to rotate the threaded connection between the pressure control valve (01) and the monofilament head (02) relatively, comprises:
tightening the pressure taking control valve (01) to reduce the space in the pressure taking control valve (01) and press sealing grease into the connection position between the pressure taking control valve (01) and the monofilament head (02);
moving the pressure taking control valve (01) a preset distance in a direction away from the monofilament head (02) by unscrewing the pressure taking control valve (01), thereby providing a space for sealing grease again inside the pressure taking control valve (01);
and injecting sealing grease into the internal space of the pressure taking control valve (01).
8. A pipe thread plugging method according to claim 1, wherein after said closing a pressure control valve (01) when said leakage point stops leaking and disassembling said pipe thread plugging device, said method further comprises:
and (4) sealing the outer side of the repaired leakage point by using glue.
9. A method for stopping leakage of pipe threads as claimed in claim 8, wherein the glue is a two-component glue.
10. The pipe thread plugging method according to claim 1, wherein before installing the pressure gauge joint at an air outlet of the pressure taking control valve (01) and opening the pressure taking control valve (01), the method further comprises:
and cleaning the redundant sealant outside the pressure taking control valve (01).
